The gentleman that does the repairs is very nice but the owner doesnt care about satisfying the customer. I dropped my zero turn off two weeks ago. I was told it needed a pulley, belts and it would be done by the following Wednesday. Was not done when said the following Wednesday so I called on Thursday. Was told had to order belts and would be done Monday. Didnt hear anything on Monday or Tuesday so I called Wednesday and was told still waiting on belts so I purchased the belts elsewhere and took to them to finish repair. Owner said I knew belts were ordered and said looks like I was buying spare belts. A business shouldnt tell a customer that a repair will be done on a certain time then drag it out over two weeks when I found the belts in the area in a half hour. No more of my business here. BTW the two belts were $100 which I had to pay for twice.

Bad experience, not impressed by any means. We always try to help out small and local businesses but they just lost a potential long term customer. Owner was rude, not professional in any capacity along with an extreme lack of communication. First and last time here. Do NOT recommend!
