This was my 2nd experience with Mattress by Appointment in Shelby, and both times were a success! The owners are very knowledgeable of their products, and take the time to make sure you make the right purchase. The most recent purchase at MBA was for my parents, and I shopped with my mom (who can be very indecisive 😂), and the owners were extremely patient with her, allowing her to sit/lay on several beds, and placed no pressure on her to purchase. We were there for quite some time, but they did not seem to mind at all. My future bed purchases will definitely be from Mattress by Appointment- Shelby.

I have purchased mattresses twice from this store. Each time on the weekend and both time they were happy to meet me at the store to pick out mattresses. Excellent service from very friendly folks. Fantastic prices! I will only see them in the future for sure!

Hands down this is the best place to go if you need or want a mattress. You cannot beat their prices. Shayne and Lisa will make sure you are having the best sleep of your life. The mattresses are high quality and they have plenty to choose from. They can also set you up with an adjustable base, protective cover and delivery. We bought 2 from them and are fixing to replace our sleep number bed with one of their hybrid mattresses😴

They truly go out of their way to help people find the perfect mattress at a great price. Theres no way I would shop anywhere else after the excellent customer service I received. Ive bought multiple mattresses from them and each time has been a great experience. I highly recommend
