Bought my car there a couple of years ago and they remember me. Had the oil changed but they made an error but stood up and fixed it right up.

I want to leave an exceptional review for David the Service Manager. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service, and within 30 minutes David called me to resolve my issues. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. David not only cared for me as a customer, but he also cared for me as a person! This is superb customer service and I would recommend his service to anyone I know! Keep up the great work!!!

Only needed an oil change and they were “to busy”. Of course as I sat in my car trying to find someone to do it I counted 3 employees standing and talking. Just how long does it take to ONLY change the oil?
