There great, they installed a sliding glass door for my shower a few years back and just recently a couple of my brackets had broke they came when I called with no charge I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks again.

They were not very helpful, actually. My windshield is completely broken, and they told me to just bring it in and they could fix it. How am I supposed to get it there?? Their price was also the most expensive estimate.

This is the only place you need to go for all your glass and mirror needs. They do all our auto glass work and they do it in a very professional and timely manner with Customer Service being Mr. Pitts number 1 priority!!!

They replaced a rear window in our car approximately 4 years ago. The window glue started coming loose and we had to tape it to the car to prevent it from falling off. They refuse to fix it and claim to only have a 1.5 year warranty on their work. That’s not a very long warranty when you are dealing with car windows. Now we have to pay for the same window twice.

I called on a Tuesday to have a chip in my windshield repaired. They told me it would be the next week before they could repair a chip. By that time I may have needed a new windshield! Lady on the phone couldnt wait to get rid of me. Not recommended.

I have been waiting over a week just to get an estimate on replacing the glass for two windows in my house. Who takes that long just for an estimate? I gave them one star cause I can’t give them none.
