The workers are friendly and very helpful. The prices were better then other places.

Its an autoparts store... They have the parts you need usually cheaper than anywhere else. All the 1 star reviews seem to be complaining about stuff that doesnt even make sense. They arent a mechanic shop so dont be mad They arent going to leave the desk to go help you, it gets very slow and crowded but if you havent noticed its a small store, dont be mad that the people are trying to help you, dont be mad that they person behind the desk doesnt know everything about every single car every made and dont be mad They wont break the rules or inconvenience other customers just to serve you. There very well could be lazy workers here that have no intention on doing their job right but Ive never had a problem.

Used to only shop at advance and auto zone. My Jeep broke down at a boat dock last night about 8:30 and I needed an alternator that they had in stock. GPS told me that A friend/part runner would make it by 9:03. Gentleman who answered the phone told me that he shuts down at 9 and that he was not willing to help. I explained my frustrating situation and the fact that I was stuck at a now dark boat dock with my wife. He couldn’t have cared less. One star is too much for them. I know everyone wants to go home when the clock hits 9, but what happened to just being a decent person? I’ll never step foot in an advance again. Btw, called O’Reilly and the associate who answered the phone was more than willing to wait an extra three minutes. I had usually avoided O’Reilly as I had previously perceived them as a little less knowledgeable. Last night they won my respect/money and proved me wrong. Long story short. Spend your money elsewhere.

James REALLY helped me out by helping me find a lower strut mount bolt for my drift car! I went to all of the other parts stores in town before coming in to see James. Not only was he the only one to be able to help, but he did so with the enthusiasm and care that I always WANT from auto parts stores. I’m a car guy, so I like dealing with real car people. James is one of those!

Very detailed customer oriented looked up my oil and filter for my car and we got what I needed in less then 5 min I had everything I was looking for. The service here is awesome. I know I will be returning to get my oil and filter again when I need it. Awesome experience!

The place is a joke now. The workers that were there at my visit didnt have a clue what they were doing except the young lady named Anna. The girl named Roxanne was sitting on her buttocks not willing to help Anna out when there was 3 or 4 customers waiting. Roxanne needs to be replaced and dropped down to just a regular employee. I will not be back until this happens

I went in to get some assistance and was never acknowledged. Finally when I was, the worker was coming out to help me, but instead waited on 3 men and never came out. I went back inside and another employee helped me. Very upset.
