Horrible. Ordered a motor online. It was defective, has a warranty on it. But it is impossible to get it resolved. No one returns a call. Been fighting with this for a month. If doing a large purchase save yourself the headache and order elsewhere

Helpful staff had 3 people hunting for a part that was listed as in stock but wasnt where it should have been.

I came in today to pick up some windshield wipers and was absolutely disturbed at the language the lady working behind the counter was using in front of customers. I went to pay for the merchandise and the two men working were joking around and basically rough housing while I was waiting to be checked out. I haven’t seen such an unprofessional group of employees in quite some time. Very disturbing and I expect at least some decency and some professionalism

Most unprofessional place Ive ever been to they dont respect their customers I went there 1 time 1 of the employees tried to fight me And they always hand out wrong parts 😑 thay are the worst people iv seen iv never seen this much bad customer support we own a shop behind Walgreens and if any customers comes in with a autozone part I well not touch there car unless thay take it back and go to a defrint parts place because everything I get from them is wrong

The Shelbyville store has had everything that I need to get my Jeep ready for the Jeep Invasion in Pigeon Forge. The workers have been super helpful.

Its alright, the prices are usually more expensive than other competitors but Id they have it and the other places dont I come here. I used to come here no matter what but had a few experiences recently where employees try to make me feel like I dont know what Im talking about. I went in for a part and whe. I told them the name of the part they looked it up and told me it didnt exist. I go to another parts store and tell them the same name and well it does exist it pops right up and they have it in stock.

Good experience with the store manager Alexis Thomas...she really went above and beyond and didnt mind getting under the hood and getting the job done!!!

There are some great folks working in this place & there are a few having permanent bad days.

Very disappointed. Went to get a everything for an oil change. Seen they had a great deal $32 for oil, oil filter, and air filter. Didnt need air filter but got one anyways since it was part of the deal. Finally found everything I need for my car get to cash register and it rings up $60+. Askbthe clerk how is it that high and he went over to the sign in window and said this expired on March 2nd. So for 22 days they was false advertising. I left everything on the counter and went to OReilly. I really dislike bait in swap or false advertisements.

I went in at a bad time of the day. Everyone was very busy, but I was taken care of pretty quickly. Very friendly folks.

I never have a good experience when I come here. I always give them a shot cause we are limited on parts stores around here. This place never has any of the parts on hand. The people that are supposed to be “parts professionals” 9 times out of a 10 don’t even know what U joints are or what a simple sway bar bushing is. Very disappointed.

Was very busy. Staff quickly looked up type of oil and amount we need. We had to go search it out. There were three open lines of 3 or more people. Two more were opened as we were in line which helped us out quicker.

My go to auto parts store

The guys that work here are always super helpful. They have gotten my part order wrong in the past. Thats why I cant rate a complete 5. But the last time I was there the guy that helped us was great.

Was made to wait 20 minutes before someone acknowledged I was at the counter, needed to test a part and no one out of the 6 people in the store knew how to do it. They told me only the boss knew how to do the test and I would have to come back tomorrow as she had already left for the day. Rude and lazy employees that arent trained to do the services that AutoZone offers.

Just be sure you get the correct part. I have had to return parts many times because they are just cashiers not mechanics. Have your old part with you and check bolt on pattern and plugs so you dont have to waste your time.

They do not even deserve a 1 star they are completely rude on the phone. I would rather drive 45 mins than do business with this store...... When your in a small town you should really be more customer service oriented....

Thay Never have everything you need. Stopped by for a thermostat for my truck. Thay had the t-stat but no gasket. Thay told me I get the t-stat there in Shelbyville, an then I could drive to Tellahomma to buy a $4 gasket. Makes really good sence dosent it!!

I will always recommend this place, they are extremely nice and helpful. One of the workers taught me how to change my own battery that way I dont have to ask others to help me do it.

The gentleman that served me was very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked my old battery and it showed it had a dead cell. He put on a new battery and all is good.

Was given the wrong part more than once. Staff isnt often very helpful or, at the least, dont seem very inclined to help without pestering. All in all, Advanced Auto is a better bet in Shelbyville.

I recently purchased a platinum car battery for $233. After installation, the car would not start. I assumed that the problem was more serious, so I contacted a local automobile repair facility. I had to have it towed to their location at a cost of $75. I was contacted and told that they installed a new battery and it started fine. When picking up the car, they showed me where the battery I purchased from Autozone was date stamped “10/2015”. Autozone sold me a 4 year old battery. I took the battery back to Autozone where they “rudely” refunded my money. I asked them if they rotated their batteries and the response was “only when we sell them.” I also asked them if they checked the charge on the battery prior to selling. Their response was “no.” Do not buy a battery from Zutozone and expect to receive a new battery that is charged!

Ok so after having to prepay for the $28 dollar rear wheel bearing. With my car broken down I had to find a way to prepay then find a ride to get the part. No suggestion of maybe needing a snap ring. But guess what? After 2 days of repairing I realize I need a snap ring. AutoZone doesnt carry it. But they can order the $8 dollar Part for me if i come in and prepay. George at the Shelbyville store acted like my disbelief was some kind of hadicap and told me as if i were retarded that he would need cash in hand before he could order the part. I have had it with Autozone.

Caleb Parsons is the store manager! Products at the Shelbyville Auto Zone are advertised as one price and rang up at a higher price and he refuses to admit false advertising or give the discount. The Meguires Supreme Shine Protectant rang up for $7.99 but the price placard clearly reads $6.99.

People who work here dont know the first thing about cars even though the computer tells them which part to get so apparently they are computer illiterate as well. Very poor service and I will not give them a dollar of mine as well again. Orileys from here on out!
