We bought a 2019 Explorer sport went back a week later to pick it up salesman had told my wife it was all ready to go including the things that we discussed being fixed and being detailed. Car looked like it had been run thru the do it yourself car wash down the street and inside wasnt cleaned very well. Still dusty. Chips in paint was touched up but nothing to great you can still see the spots . Car also had less than a half a tank of gas.

We came into Hubler just to look around but found a new truck we liked on the lot. Everyone we dealt was was so very nice and seemed so sincere. No bull just to make a sale. We appreciate that. We were greeted by everyone that saw us. The whole process was better than we hoped for. Thanks to Tony and Bo and everyone else.

I bought my Ford at Hubler Ford. I was happy with that part. I received a recall on my truck so I called the service department. They set a time, checked inventory and performed the repair as needed. It was a far better experience than I had received elsewhere.

Dealt with Dan Orr, who was recommended to me by a friend. Prior to my appointment I emailed him three trucks that I had looked at online and my specific desires for the truck I may purchase. When I arrived he not only had the three trucks I emailed him about on hand and ready for me to view, but he also browsed the inventory and found a few options for me to drive that I hadnt seen. In the end it was one of those trucks that I decided on. The final deal maker was that I had a request regarding the wheel and tires that I needed addressed, Dan made this happen and we signed the paperwork. So far I have been very pleased with my experience and would recommended Dan to anyone I knew. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was because I found that Ford apparently doesnt make it easy to find trucks with various options or to custom order, in the end I had to give up two options I really wanted to find.

The only reason I gave a star is the sales guy was amazing. The finance guy, lost our folder and then blamed us. The van we purchased had issues they refused to fix until after financing...then said was our problem. This is first and last time I’ll purchase from hubler. Literally less than 2 weeks after purchase the battery was bad and then I finally got it in with service (it needed oil change when I purchased it and fuel) they wanted me to pay $700 for brakes and rotors... DO NOT RECOMMEND

Except the fact that they told me they would tint the windows, and when they said they would have it done when I got there to pick it up... They didnt keep their word. They gave me a card for a window tint guy. He had no clue about the arrangement and wanted me to drop car back off at the dealership. I live an hour away.Chase, the next time you tell a buyer you have the car done, and ready, dont LIE to your customer. Does your reputation no good. All a Man really has is his Word. Michael Hopper was out sales man. He is relatively new at selling cars. He was very patient and didnt pressure us. We were not sure if we wanted new or newer certified preowned. Michael showed us all of our options and made a suggestion that we consider a certain 2016 Edge Sport. It had all the options we wanted except sunroof. However it had many more options we hadnt thought about. After almost 3 hours We decided to not purchase at that time. We thought about it and a week later arranged a 24 hr test drive. In the mean time they were able to work a better deal and give us more for our trade. We are happy with our purchase and the time Michael spent helping us and not pressuring us.

I usually do not deal with local dealerships, let alone a Hubler dealership. Hubler Ford just happen to have a Toyota Highlander that interested me. Keep in mind that I had been from Nashville, TN to Chicago, IL looking for a Highlander (hence the not dealing locally part) .. So I stop in at Hubler Ford after work to look at the Highlander. Hoping to get in and out unnoticed. Well that didnt work, I was just getting ready to leave the lot, BAM !! Dan Orr (salesman) tracks me down, and the rest is history. I buy the Highlander they had on there lot. Had a rotor issue that they addressed to my satisfaction for now.. As of now, I highly recommend Dan Orr at Hubler Ford. The only complaint I would have. When the salesperson states title fees, they should say doc and title fees. Im not a fan of dealer doc fees especially since I bring my own financing, lesson learned.. The doc/title fee is the reason for 4 stars, otherwise I would have left a 5 stars..

Once again, the team provided excellent service. My daughters vehicle needed service. When I went to make an appointment, I was told to just drop it off and they would fit me in. It was a holiday weekend and the schedule book was busy. When I showed up in the morning, they took the vehicle straight in and within 2 hours, the vehicle was diagnosed and work completed. Purchasing a vehicle is one of those things that its simultaneously exciting and cringe inducing. Huber made the process quick and as painless as possible. My only complaint was that I had to return a second time to fill out additional financing paperwork that was missed during my purchase.
