Had a RV break down in Kentucky on the interstate. A very unfortunate situation. We were lucky to have gotten a hold of this towing company. After giving them the location and a brief description of the vehicle, they gave us a great quote. They drove the rv 6 hours back to us here in Illinois. We are extremely grateful to John, Sam, and Jared for their outstanding services. Highly recommended and worth every penny. 5 Stars for sure!

Arrived within the time estimates and were very professional, courteous and accommodating. The driver, Chuck, was very personable and made the experience very comfortable and entertaining. Both the interior and exterior of the truck was immaculate!!! Really impressed. Would definitely recommend and use, if needed, in the future.

Talk about awesome customer service. I initially went with Simpsonville Towing because when I was calling places for estimates they were wonderfully friendly people to talk to on the phone. Then when on arrival the tow truck driver was even more friendly, we talked the entire time he was loading up my car. To top it off I thanked him for how nice everyone in the company had been and how much I appreciated it (since I was having an awful day with my broken down car). He let me know that’s why they try their best to be so friendly with people, because typically most people don’t call a tow truck for happy reasons. Talk about awesome, thank you Simpsonville Towing for making my bad day a little bit better!

This is the 1st time I decided to use this place and I am very well satisfied with the service that I got. The driver, David, was very professional, clean and professionally dressed. He had no problem delivering my vehicle to my destination. Once we arrived at the destination he had no problem putting my vehicle where I wanted it and most of all there was no further damage done to my vehicle and I will be using this this place again.

My old truck gave me some troubles on Friday the 13th but Mr Gaines was able to get me hooked up and headed home in no time! Tow truck was clean, he was super friendly and polite, and was very careful with loading and unloading my truck. Really appreciate the tow and will use you all again if the situation calls for it!
