My check engine light came on one morning while going to work. I took my car to Goodyear and repaired it quickly without having an appointment. The car runs great and I will use them again.

Called here looking to special order a tire. The phone rang over 20 times before a woman who seemed to be having a bad day by the tone of her voice, told me she had never heard of a Solar tire and had no way of ordering them because none of their distributors carried them. Hung up and called a half block down the street to their competition and they said, oh yeah I used to sell those, I can get it for you. Thank goodness for Campbells.

Great service. I dropped off 2 mower tires. They did a great job getting them to seal. Not all tire shops can mount mower tires. Thanks again Anthony. I definitely reccomend this business.

I live in Indianapolis and make a special trip to go this Goodyear location. The technicians and management are knowledgeable and friendly. I have been using this location to service my vehicles for 8+ years.

Great shop to have work on your vehicle. All others in town always try and hit me with some ridiculous price just because I drive a high end automobile. Not these guys. Knowledgeable mechanics that not only know what they are doing. But they are efficient as well. I tend to need work on the spot type help. And they are there for me most generally. Great work. Great service.I only say 4 stars cause i didnt think the tire price was to fair but...

If you are a woman make sure you get a second opinion my wife went and was told she needed new control arms on both sides that was not the case sad in this day and age people think they can take advantage of the opposite sex

I took my car in because it felt like the brakes were dragging. After explaining the issue, I was told that they wouldnt know what was wrong until after they looked at it. Received a call the next day and was told that it just needed brake pads. Picked up the car the next day after being charged over $300 dollars THAT DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. It turns out that the problem was much more serious than just brake pads, but they had no problem taking my money anyway.I will never do business with the Shelbyville store again. I plan to tell everyone I know about this experience and tell them to avoid this store.

Went in for my oil change appointment. Staff were very honest and helpful. Answered all my questions. Got me in and out. Even fixed a nail in my tire for free! Great people and will definitely be back.

Requested an oil change be completed. I noticed that the tire rotation was included for free so I requested that as well when I booked my appointment through the website. Upon picking up the car, I inspected it to find that they had not rotated the tires. I walked back to the front door to realize that they locked the door behind me. Additionally, no one would answer the phone. Lost my business for life.Update: I received a phone call from this company attempting to apologize, followed by an attempt to offer me a reason as to why it wasnt completed. If there was a reason the tires werent rotated, it should have been identified when I picked the car up and PAID for services rendered. Customer care and communication should be completed throughout the entire process, not after the fact in an attempt to make amends.

I had a small tire from a moving dolly that needed to be remounted, sealed, and reinflated so I could use the dolly again. They were able to fix it within about 1 hour and it cost about $20. This was just me being a walk in customer. The parking lot is very large with plenty of parking. The showroom is also too large and has many different types of tires and various rims and wheels for sale to make your vehicle look more sporty and cool. The staff seemed like they knew what they were doing and were happy that I was there as a customer. They have several days open for various types of tire changes and other similar work that they do. And they have a large selection of tires in stock for this being a small town.

Worst place ever to take ur car for tires period...Dropped of a car at 9:30 and called at 12:30 to be told they haven’t even started on it yet. Will not recommend this place at all.

It would have been better, but I went in for an oil change and 1w point inspection, they didnt check my other fluids or top them off, they never put air in my tires! I asked to turn off a light, the main guy said they would, I watch them pull my car out and it sit for 15 minutes with nobody in it or nobody working on it and they never did do what I ask them to do. $200 wasted because people were lazy!!!!!!

Patched my tire for free. Definitely better than Big O, who wanted to charge $15.50 for the same thing.

I was traveling from Chicago to Kentucky in pouring down rain. My maint requ. light came on. We always go to Goodyear at home, so I found the closest on. The employees knew exactly what was wrong (an oil change light that wasnt reset) I was back on the road in minutes. They were friendly and helpful. Thankful I could trust and out of town facility. Stopped in on my way to work because something came loose under my car. I was in and out in 10 minutes flat. They took care of me immediately and sent me on my way. Super great service!

Been here several times to buy tires and have some front end work done. After having front end work done (several hundred dollars worth) they still missed the sway bar links that had rusted away. I ended up replacing those my self. And when I went to have a coolant leak traced down they wanted to charge me $50 for a pressure test that another mechanic offered to do for free. Needless to say. I wont be going back there.

Cant change runflats. Literally told them on the phone I have RF on the car and they didnt bother to mention theyre incapable of servicing until I drive in. Find a real shop.
