I went in with a blown boat trailer tire with a second spare tire on the trailer parked along a highway. The manager(Raymond) immediately had the first tire fixed so I could replace the blown spare and get the trailer off the highway and back to the store. Again Raymond immediately had a technician change out the blown spare tire and reinstall it on the trailer. I dont know the young tech but he was professional and highly skilled. I recommend Shelbyville Big O to anyone with tire needs.

If your car drives decent and in need of a routine tune up, took it to big o and received it back all jacked up and payed them a bunch of money to mess up your car. Then I called back next day to let them know asap that somethings is wrong and they response is soonest i can get car in is in 1 week !! What a joke this place is!!

The customer service is wonderful, friendly, and HONEST. I needed one tire changed, but since I have an all wheel drive vehicle, needing all four tires was a huge possibility. However, since they knew that my tires were less than a year old, they went out of their way to measure them and called Subaru to see if all four needed to be replaced or just the one. They saved me $600 by doing that. They could have easily told me otherwise and I wouldn’t even know the difference, but instead they were honest. Thank you again!

I had tried multiple places to get tires mounted for Zero Turn Mower. Every tire store I tried made excuses of why they couldnt do them. The friendly folks at this store not only said they could mount them but did so in about 15 minutes while I waited. It is hard to get good service anywhere and I will definitely return here when I need Truck or Car tires. Thanks Again.

My wifes car was making some not so nice noises and I decided to have the issue checked out. I took it down to Big O and described my problem. The guys did a full break inspection and we found that my right rear break caliper had been stuck for a while and needed to be replaced.I got a quote and picked up the parts coming back the next day. I left the car and a couple hours later I got a call letting me know I was ready to go. When I paid the bill it was exactly the amount that was on the quote. I was delighted ! I think you will be too !

One of my worst McDonalds experiences. Sat in line for 5 min. Got to the menu to order no one....no one even acknowledged i was there. (Drive thru) after 5 min I said hello can I get some service....nothing after 5 more min I heard :Ill be with you in a minute. At least another 5 min before I hear what can I get for you today? Me: A large diet cokeI pull around to the window. TheCashier is taking an order so I wait...and wait...and wait. The employee closed the sliding window. A few minutes later he opens the window and says thatll be 1.06. I give him the money. I pull forward a little just in time to sit behind a car at the pick up window. The two people inside the car are complaining they take 10 min to get their food and drinks. (Its 85 degrees) i Finally get up to the window a employee sticks his head out the window to ask me what I ordered. The whole situation made me never want to see a McDonalds ever again.

Car indicated that it needed disc brake pads replaced, Big-O removed the rims and inspected. The pad were in good shape and did not require replacement.Most companies would have replaced the pads and charged even though they were not required.Raymond was very honest and advised that apparently the indicator was not reset, they added fluid for safe measures. I trust these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone......

It was a cool brisk day on the 19th of December in this already wretched year. I was cruising down 64 listening to the new jack harlow album. Suddenly my steering wheel wobbles, a deep waaoohhww waaooohhwww sound bellowed from the depths of my right passenger tire. I was about to lose control, luckily I made it to the side of the road dodging traffic like a 21st century frogger. I eventually got the spare tire on after fighting with the jack. Made it to a very busy big o tires, explained the situation and requested 4 new tires (needed new ones anyway). Within an hour this well ran castle of tires took care of all my tires for under 600 bucks. To add a little love they even placed and locked in my spare tire in my trunk. Hats off to you at Shelbyville big o, you crazy son of a .....you did it. Thank you!

William also did a good job modeling Raymonds behavior by mentoring another colleague at the front desk. They were friendly, appreciated the fact that I am a frequent customer, and efficiently provided the service I needed. They have my continued business. They are the only local shop in town that will perform the alignment for my vehicle per my specifications. I participate in autocross racing, and my specifications fall outside the manufactures recommended settings. All the other shops in town refused to do anything outside manufacture recommendations.Big O Tires of Shelbyville Kentucky, is courteous and professional. They provide excellent service. Admittedly the most recent alignment didnt fair well. I mentioned that the settings were not right. They corrected the issue and the next morning I was able to pick up the vehicle with everything as it should be.I stopped in several weeks later for the mounting/balancing of my new race tires, and was pleasantly surprised with a No Charge Sir given the problem I had before and my past patronage of their business. Needless to say it wasnt something they needed to do and I suggested as much. They would have none of that and insisted.Yep. I will be back.Outstanding Job !!!P.S. In case you didnt figure it out...yes I would recommend them to others.

Very pleasant staff. They got me in on time and finished up quick as well. I came in because my car was shaking and turns out my wheel was breaking on the inner side. Glad to have a reliable staff. They even suggested where to go and grab parts if I needed stock wheels cheap that I could put on myself.

I am new to Shelbyville and visited Big O tires today for the first time with a leaky tire. They could have gotten a new tire out of me..... but they didnt. If they were dishonest, they couldve lied. They couldve said I needed a new tire, and I wouldnt have known any different. Instead, they billed me $11 for the leaky valve stem repair, performed fast, friendly service, earned this 5 star review, my word-of-mouth recommendation, and customer loyalty.

These are some good ol country boys who know what their doing and are about more than a sale. I went in with a 2 bolt in my back tire and i had 2$ in my pocket. They not only plugged AND patched my tire...but then told me it was on the house. Not to worry about it.If it werent for these good ol country boys that day then I wouldnt have made it home. Wanted to get tires for my Jeep. They had them in stock in Indiana. Gentleman named William got up early on a Saturday morning to make the trip to pick them up so I could get them installed on Saturday to accommodate my work schedule. Outstanding customer service and support in my opinion.

I was traveling from Florida to Indiana and had a tire shred on Hwy. 64 just off the Shelbyville, KY exit. I was told by AAA staff that they were the best! Had to stay at the Red Roof Inn since I had the spare donut tire on and was told by the pizza man, they were the best! I called Big Os at 7:15am and explained my situation.... They not only told me to come on over, but after discussion replaced all four tires and fixed the broken lugnut bolt! Back on the road at 10:30 in the morning! Thank you to the friendly, efficient staff !

Customer service was excellent, however, the price was excessive. Also, a tire protection plan was included without my being consulted. A few days later I noticed it on my receipt and when I called it was promptly removed with no issues. My overall experience was good, the shop is professional with great service, I just feel I may have been hit a little harder on the price then necessary because I was traveling through. Another point, the technician took the time to tighten my lugs with a torque wrench instead of an impact which I greatly appreciated, and rehung my spare under the truck. The only reason for giving a score of four was the price, and I dont think the protection plan should be added without consulting with the customer.

I always get great, honest and friendly service when I go to Big O in Shelbyville which in my experience is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I havent gone to any other car service places in Shelbyville because I was referred here by family and never saw a reason to shop around.

Took my car in for an oil change, rotation and balance. Let Raymond know I would be back the next day to pick it up. He called that day not 2 hous later letting me know it was ready whenever. I never post reviews for businesses online, but I cant help but give Big O in Shelbyville 5 stars and let others know how well Ive been treated. Raymond and his team have always treated me extremely well. Ive brought my vehicles in for various issues and have, several times, been given free service for minor issues (determining issue with cylinder misfires, flushing radiator and replacing with new fluid, etc). No one else does this, period. It is unheard of. They have even looked into issues for me and only to find out the issue is beyond the services they provide...didnt charge me a dime to look into it. These are not your typical car service professionals. They know how to create customer loyalty. When my vehicles need new tires, I will definitely be getting them at Big O, even if Walmart down the road can beat them a little on price. Their past dealings with me have locked me in as a customer for life. If you need new tires, an oil change, or have some sort of minor vehicle issue, go to Big O first.

I had a issue with my truck and stoped in ready to racked over the coals to get a tire change before I pick a load. William seemed busy and stopped what he was doing and put me at easy. He came out assessed the situation and got me in and out in under 30 minutes. Lorenzo came out greeted me with a smile and jumped in to change my tire. To top it all off Raymond out did himself with a follow up phone call a few days later thanking me for my business. All around VIP service.

They worked me in the same day and provided a thorough diagnosis and estimate for repairs. I ended up not having the service performed at this time, due to the age of the vehicle. They didnt charge me anything to look at it. I will definitely be back when its time for tires.

My family has been coming to Big O in Shelbyville Ky for a while now, I am consistently impressed with their overall professionalism and excellent work. Just recently our 16 yr old daughter had a situation with her older vehicle in which it was making an extremely loud noise and sounded as if something was very wrong. I called big o they said for her to bring it right in. Long story short it ended up being a small stone that had become lodged that was making all that racket. They removed it charged us nothing and that was it. But what i was struck with frankly was the honesty, they could have told us it was something major and charged a great deal of money but thats not who they are. Thier honesty, integrity and strong work ethic has made us life long customers.

There was a miscommunication on my part. But the Team at Shelbyville Big O made a special trip to get my tires and install them even though I mixed up appointment availability. And they will accept my car Wednsday to shim up the car for alignment purposes. Shelbyville is old fashioned and people treat each other with kindness and respect. But Big O Especially the Manager and Brandon and William exceeded those qualities. I cannot Thank Them enough. You need Service they are your Team Thank You Big O.
