If I could rate this place zero or negative numbers, I would. Strongly recommend any other coffee place other than this one. Inconsistent hours and rude customer service.

Great service and respectful of husband (retired military) and realized we had a child in the back and gave us some whipped cream! So sweet!

Coffee is typical Starbucks coffee, not great not horrible, but the wait was horrendous. It really wasn’t even that busy. Also, nearly got hit trying to exit the parking lot because people here don’t know how to drive and think directional arrows don’t apply to them.

Stopped here on the way back home from a conference. Had to go inside to use the restroom so ordered inside as well. Large Starbucks with several different seating options. I wish something like this layout would make it to our area. Coffee itself was good. Restrooms clean -unisex and handicap accessible. Lots of outdoor seating. Right off 74 interstate Shelbyville.

My wifes mocha and my carmel machiatto were both watery and had a lot less flavor than we are used to. Wont stop at this one again when we want either of these drinks.

Shelbyville store at 74 and 44. 4 cars in front of us. At least 3 of them had only 1 coffee. It took 15 minutes to get mine! This is ridiculous. 4 cars minimum pulled out of line. Its a good thing that I have other stores to base my opinions on.

Quick service, the food was great!! Very hot and fresh food. I went through the drive-thru. it does not look like it gets very busy there because they barely had anything ready and there was no waiting line.

I stopped by here to give my dog a break from the drive we were on. Its unfortunate that they were closed due to staffing issues. The store and parking lot were very clean.

I love Starbucks. Best drinks in town as far as a frappuccino.

The drive thru is usually always backed up all the way to the road, so we dont get to go often. We prefer Brew 52 a lot more than Starbucks. Sbux is way overpriced and too busy

I love Starbucks. This is my local starbys. We have some super friendly folks working here. I am only bummed we tend to always be open wonky hours and out of products. This isnt staff issues its hiring issues and corporate. I know covid has affected everything. Hopefully we get back to normal and we all can enjoy our Starbucks on the regular!!

The drive thru was manic. 12 cars in line. I decided to park my car and enter the business. I was greeted promptly and ordered my ice coffee. Within 2 mins I was called to pick my coffee up, however it was a hot latte not cold.The associate was very apologetic and promptly remade my ice coffee.Great serviceGreat coffee

Shelbytucky Starbucks waited in line for 15 mins, only to realize there was no one at work....when the store was open, when we pulled in. Guess no one wants to work on New Years Eve and make extra money, or the store doesnt want to pay holiday pay!! Dear Starbucks, you need to get your sh@t together!! Happy New Year!! Frequent visitor but worst starbucks ever!!! By the way, we had to tell 15 people waiting in line that no one was inside. Whos the general manager of this store?

Great fast and friendly services.

Ungodly slow. Whether you are standing in line or sitting in the drive-thru, count on spending, at minimum, 20 minutes waiting....and waiting....and waiting. Even using the app to place an order 30+ min ahead for pickup, you will still spend at least another 10 minutes waiting upon arrival. Utterly abysmal.That being said, staff members are typically cheery and kind, and I’ve never had an order made incorrectly.

The baristas at this location are phenomenal! They have a sense of humor, they recommend new things when asked for their opinions, and they remember your typical drinks. They do their best when their is a long line and always apologize for the wait.

Very nice place to recharge with a coffee/Tea during long drive. Nice coffee, music and pleasant ambience inside.

This is typically my go to Starbucks but lately their hours are hit or miss. You never know when they will be open. Today I placed my order ahead through the app, the line was to the road so I pull in get my kids out of the car to get my coffee that should be ready and the door is locked! Drive through only, so now I wait 20 min in line to get my coffee that is ready on the counter waiting for me. I would not have ordered knowing I couldn’t go in and quickly grab it. Customers need to be updated on what is going on! Very disappointed as of late.

While I find Starbucks coffee to be considerably high in pricing, their service at this location is always of the highest quality. I have never had an order made incorrectly. They excel in customer service!

We waited in line for 20 minutes and didnt even move. The workers got there two minutes before they opened so nothing was ready obviously.

The slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to and thats when their open. The weekend before Christmas and their closed all day Saturday and closed by 4 on Sunday. When they are open the drive-thru is backed up out to the road and if you can go inside, which is hardly ever, its even worse. I usually will drive to Franklin to avoid this place. Even with a longer drive Ill have my coffee sooner.

Stood in line for 15 mins to get a chai latte, with almond milk and cinnamon powder. They gave me the wrong drink, so I didn’t want to wait in the long line once again. I got out of my car and went to the drive thru window and they acted shocked, that they made a mistake. I’m not ever pleased with this Starbucks! I’m not paying what I pay and not have what I ordered! This isn’t the first time they’ve made that same mistake! So there it was sitting on the counter. It doesn’t even taste right. I’m not a happy camper

Unfortunately this location was very slow. You would think it was that they were working hard on their drinks but my Mocha tasted like just warm milk. Disappointed at this location.

The girl working the window at 1:11 pm on 5/29/19 was so nice when I went to pay my card flew out of my hand and she felt it was her fault so she gave me a gift card and apologized. It was my fault but I appreciated how sweet and thoughtful she was! Definitely a starbucks Ill come back to when Im driving by.

Way to go Starbucks. You did a great job once again. My Americano was crafted perfectly. My double smoked bacon sandwich was delightful and as always are people were courteous friendly and fun to talk to. I know most Starbucks operate the same and most of them do a great job. This place is no exception

We love Starbucks, and go all the time after getting off work in the morning. However, their new hours are 1:30pm - 9pm. So theyre no longer catering to AM coffee drinkers at all. Its disappointing.

It shows on google maps that this location is open till 9:30 p.m., however I pulled at the drive thru at 9:08 and it was already closed.

Love it! Today we realized we can get the liquid cane sugar put in our coffee instead of the packets and its easier to mix and tastes better too. The people are always pleasant and the coffee always tastes great! The only reason I look forward to going to my Dr appts!

Always busy but line moves quickly

I went there and got a few drinks and I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold foam cold brew and they gave me whipped cream instead of cold brew, when I specifically asked for cold foam.

You may even see a helicopter land not 200ft from the parking lot, if you catch it on the right time/day. Pretty fast service.

A bit smaller than most stores with somewhat limited seating inside, but the people were nice and the java was fresh. They do have outdoor tables for nicer weather.

Ordered with my app and never got my order. Ordered 10 minutes before I got there and waited 10 minutes for a simple coffee

Its fine, but whoever designed this parking lot should be shot. The line for the drive thru blocks parked cars from getting out, and once a parked car gets out, its forced to go through the drive thru line. If it looks busy, just skip it, unless youve got 20 extra minutes to kill.

Delicious Dark Roast coffee!

They said they would bring the coffee to the car. After waiting 30 min I went in to check and there it was sitting on the bar getting cold.

The line was so long and the hours are very limited.

Not your typical Starbucks experience, which is something I look forward to while traveling. Our drinks and food were good, the dining room was clean, the experience from the staff was a major let down. They werent particularly rude, but they certainly were not pleasant. #disappointed

Great service the baristas really take the time to make a connection with you. I stop in regularly and they remember my name and my drink, which I love. They always try to make my drink even if they run out of the product they need by suggesting something I would like instead. They really brighten my day.

Starbucks is a regular stop, but this location is convenient & customer friendly. A great stop for hot & cold coffee drinks, great danish/pastry items & fresh sandwiches to take with you or they will heat so you can enjoy with your coffee. Get the app! Great way to get extra points & quicker rewards!

Went through the drive thru and was greeted with a warm, friendly voice and met with the same at the window. The staff was personable and attentive! If I lived closer, Id be back for sure!

Super friendly staff! My flat white was provided quickly and was perfect. However, cleanliness could have been better. Discarded trash was left on tables the whole time during my hour-long visit. The trash bin in the womens restroom was overflowing with paper towels that then littered the floor.

Considering this is the only Starbucks in town they arent bad... Id definitely go in and order, the window tends to take longer to get your order.

Every time you try to go the Shelbyville Indiana store they always close before their scheduled time to close. I’ve even called before to make sure their hours and they’ve claimed that they were short handed so they just close. I travel 30 minutes to get there but apparently even calling ahead doesn’t work. It’s sad that customers have to waste there time!!

Pretty much your typical Starbucks. Got there just before they shut the doors. Had two frozen drinks, both were good, but not really worth the price.

I was here because I was passing through and needed caffeine. Its right off the highway and they made my drink so perfect and so fast! The staff was also suppperrrrr friendly! Love this location!
