ALWAYS GREAT HELP AND QUALITY PRODUCTS

Came in the store to get a soda was there for about 10 minutes the line was 15 people deep.. there was 2 employees but only one and the cash register

I visit this gas station everyday in hopes it well get better but it just doesnt. Lines are painfully long and the staff can be rather rude. Today one of the staff members was cleaning the parking lot while the lines were excessive and she was smoking. Coming from my car and going back to I was greeted by her second hand smoke. Thortons is going downhill quick. Hoping that a better option come to the shelbyville area soon.

Staff is always pleasant, they have staff turnover frequently, the only complaint I have? The music at the pumps is too LOUD!! Please turn it down!!

Quick and easy one stop store!

Hot food that was almost four hours old. Lady got nasty with me when I was try to find a sandwich not expired. Called corporate office

There was a plastic shard in my freeze so like um not a fan anymore wont be getting those anymore lol.

Right when I walked in I was greeted with hostility, and it wasn’t a very great experience whatsoever.
