Its getting better but still takes 4 hours to get empty ....use to be minimum of 8 hours u spend so I guess its a hit and miss

This is kroger....my experience was fine...parking is a issue.. the pilot is small as usual....I went north 1 exit and slept on the ramp till I could check in...check in was smooth...I delivered on sunday 4am so there werent a ton of trucks delivering...check in at shack...Id vest...park....walk back to shack when theres a door to get ur bills...back into door. they come get ur Bills and bring them back...total I was there about 4 hrs with straight load of sweet potatoes..

I had a delivery here and my appointment time was 7:00am i docked my trailer at 9:15am they unloaded me and was done by 10:00am here it is going on 12:30pm and i still have not received my paperwork. To slow if you ask me and really could care less to come back out her.
