Racist company a lot of married couples in higher position if one doesnt like you the whole family doesnt. I was constantly harassed by the 3rd shift supervisor myself and any other woman of color. I was terminated without reason for the second time lol . If you do not say yessa messa then your not a good employee. I was making production where others were not and still was terminated for the color of my skin,eployees and former employees have either been terminated for no reason or made to quit by the same individuals . If you complain say goodbye to your job nothing will be done and management has been getting the same complaints on the same people for years but nothing has been done. I ask myself why everyone who works there always look so angry, I know now . There is no good work ethics with the supervisor on 3rd shift and on 2nd shift if the QC does not like you she will get you fired especially a African American you would think she was the supervisor. Your pay 13.25 your top out 14.00 no raises . I was trying to hold on until after the holidays but Bill wouldnt let me he retaliated against for speaking with someone in the union I guess I step out of line he wanted me to quit but I wouldnt even when I wanted to so he fired me. Am warning anyone who applies especially African Americans beware this is one of the most racist,unprofessional,rude,gossiping management, disrespectful, and just plan miserable company I ever worked for. I worked with some co-workers enjoy them. Last but not least I smiled ever day even when I sometimes didnt want to they dont like happy people and be careful if you do get a job there the 3rd shift supervisor will do 55 mph in the parking lot if someone makes him mad he came close to a head on collision be careful and be aware. I wrote this because am tired of being silent we are all human beings am a great worker and I know its more jobs in Shelbyville than there is people to fill them but let me make that decision not some racist supervisor with no work ethics and sits around and plot and gossip about employees . In the end God has the last say, people will not continue to prosper by making others miserable. One day someone will come and do whats right for the employees there. I have found another job with better pay and a professional environment . For the woman all of you on 3rd shift keep your head up and change will come, and its better jobs out here.
