I was skeptical about renting a unit online. I called and spoke with someone who reassured me. The online process was very easy to use. I signed the contract and was able to move things in right away. The property and unit itself are very well kept and clean.

I had previously left a negative review due to some issues with the previous owners of this facility and a rate increase. In less than 24 hours, a manager from SROA called me and bent over backwards to make things right/satisfactory. She went above and beyond the call of duty and it is people like this companies need on their teams. Because of this woman, I will continue to stay with this storage facility and would recommend them. Thank you, Krista!

Proceed cautiously! They do not show up at office. Do not answer phones at this location or at Corp office. They will lock your belongings down with no way to pay the bill. Nothing about this company is ethical! One star is generous. They do not deserve an ounce of customer service credit. DONT DO IT!!

Now why in the world would you have a place that stores peoples things but make it to where u cant get in after 10pm?? I got stranded with nowhere to go because my car was stuck in there.

Susie was fantastic! I am one who needs to visualize the size of unit in order to decide which one would work best for us. She let me tour a couple of their different units and helped me find the best fit for our needs. She was also very efficient and we completed the paperwork in under an hour so I could immediately start moving items in. The area was incredibly clean as well! I would definitely recommend StayLock Storage to others!

Susie is extremely sweet and very helpful with every part of the move. I was very impressed with the facility and how secure the units and the entire property is. The online and kiosk options are most definitely a huge plus for paying the rent. This is by far the newest and nicest option in the area. You wont be disappointed.

This place is brand new, lots of cameras, gated entrance, and lots of bait stations correctly placed to keep pests away.Bottom line, great units, great location, and top notch service.

Brand new facility. Everything seems great so far, just started renting a space this month. Easy 24 access and flexible in how payments are made. Interior storage (climate controlled) is decent, though ceilings are not exceptionally tall for stacks of containers over 7-8 feet.

Very nice and accommodating. Susie was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The units are clean and easy to get in and out of. I would recommend Community Storage to anyone!

The facility is perfect for us. Paved parking for our travel trailer. Secure and they have cameras for more security. This was very important to us, we have vandalism problems before.Susie was very personable and the process was simple. The rates are better than any other storage place with similar features.You cant miss here.

Brand New!! Fully gated, very easy to rent, no hassles. air conditioned storage rooms inside, very clean, would highly recommend if needing a storage facility.

They are very friendly, clean and professional! The unit we rented stayed dry and was always easy to get in and out of. I like that they have security cameras, that its gated and you have to have a code to get in! Plus, if you cannot get there during business hours you can still stop and pay your bill at the kiosk.

This facility is new to the city, and is making a positive impression already. The spaces are very clean and attractive, and the staff is friendly and helpful.If we should need space again in the future, we will return here.

I have been renting from this place for about 1 1/2 months with the heated and cooled. They had expressed to me that it is not climate controlled and with that being said it doesnt control humidity in the units. So some how lots of condensation came onto my table and furniture which in return tuned into green mold. So I wouldnt be using the heated and cooled units from this facility unless it is climate controlled which it is not. I have learned the hard way you can take this advice or leave it. But its a chance you take on your personal belongings. Good Luck to you renters.

Everything was fine but its not open 24/7 to access your storage unit now they only access it from a certain time . But they still charge the same price . The prices should have went down since you dont have 24/7 access . If your service changes the prices to change we should get charged less because we dont have 24/7 access.

Its strange to rent storage thru a kiosk, but they have one. Office is EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of a real person. Want your lifes story on paperwork. Kind of pricey- same size unit had prior with another company was over double the price.
