They were fair and did a excellent job. Thank you.
I wanted quality work and that is what they provided. Bob worked hard on my behalf to maximize what my insurance company paid. They tried to cheat me out of several necessary steps of a proper repair. Thanks Bob and team. Beautiful results. 2017 F-150 bed damage.Perfect Reflections does not have a dedicated receptionist so go somewhere else if you want donuts and coffee and a pretty gal greeting you as you walk through the front door. Bob always returned my calls and made several on my behalf to my insurance adjuster. That is a lot more important than a pretty smile.
They did a really great job my in was a hassle but they were very helpful and patient and keep me informed 😊 I would recommend them and if ever I needed I will be a return customer 😊
Great quick service.
Friendly, great work
I had what I thought was a small accident, as I could only see some paint damage, windshield & tire. As it turned out it was much more extensive than what could be seen. I worked with this company 20 years ago and this is where I felt comfortable going back. As usual, the insurance company didnt like the final bill and refused to pay. Bob insisted that the work he provided was necessary and the complete bill was paid, less my $ 250 deductible. The car outside was beautiful and it was also cleaed on the inside. Guess Perfect Reflection will be my life long body shop. Amazing attention to detail.
To treat their employees the way they do, is horrid.. they should be ashamed of themselves
Friendly service and the guy really took his time to do the estimate.
I was brand new to Shelton and asked a long time resident where to get my car fixed. He said Perfect Reflections, by the Gillis Auto Center, so thats where I went. Bob greeted me cordially and wasted no time taking pictures of my damage, while simultaneously listening to my concerns about costs. He was very understanding of my budget and did not try to sell me some expensive artistic vision of perfection. He quoted me exactly what I asked for, mismatched door and all.The parts arrived quicker than expected. The work was done quicker than I expected, in a morning while I waited. And finally, most importantly, the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Perfect Reflections Auto Body will get any body work I have in the future, and my recommendation to anyone who asks.
Helped with State Farm Yahoos. Did excellent job.

Came in on a wednesday and was told I could bring it this weekend and have it back on monday, signed the paperwork said I would see them then. Called in on friday and the guy I spoke to had no Idea who I was and said that he would scheduled in next weekend, but just argued with me until he found the recipe and realized they had messes up. Called in the next thursday and was told the same thing again, explained this happen the last week and I had already rescheduled twice. He scheduled me for 2 weeks from then...Finally, I then asked if they had any contact with the insurance company and he said not yet but that he would reach out to them. After 2 weeks and a few days he decided this might be something that needed doing. He was unable to find the claim, at all, I had to call the insurance company who told me he was unable to find it in his search due to his lack of understanding and that they had tried to assist him. You see, the claim happen in another state and he had never ran into that before, though I had told him from the start. He had just been stalling the appointment till he could figure it out... Once he figured it out he realized the repair was 1,000$ over what insurance would pay and explained to me that farmers only covers parts for repairs for the year of your car and you asked for new parts, and that thats how farmers has always been the whole time Ive worked with them. Now, I talked to this same guy when I signed up, gave him the claim and insurance companies name. When he asked me what type of parts I want(giving me the option, though, he knows the insurance company and how they operate, considering they were paying for it) I said the best they would cover, because I was doing it through the farmers insurance, he said new then, so I said, If they cover it. Pretty funny at this point, so I told him I could not and would not pay the amount, but for some reason he had ordered the parts to fix it. Thats right, he ordered them the day I came in and never followed up with the insurance company and was now trying to tell me he could not return the parts, telling me it was my fault and I needed to pay for them. He then told me he could hold onto my car if I dont pay. Had to remind him that he did not have my car because he kept canceling my appointments...He thought he had my car, and threatened to keep it... So at this point I have no idea what this guy is thinking. Im cretin he was trying to cheat me, if not he had no idea how to do his job. Told him I would come in at some point in the week and talk to him about it. Once I did he stopped bsing and lying and did his job, everything in order the way we discussed from the start. Was able to bring my car in later that week and it was done 4 days later. After all that they had done a decent job repairing my car. The older man who had helped me the past two visits to the shop was much more knowledgeable and helpful, did not have to deal with the guy who had tried to cheat me again. The repairs came to 270$ over the estimate, I was okay with that and paid it and moved on. Since I paid 270$ I decided to dispute it with the insurance company, when it came down to it, they told me the repair company had marked up some prices, according to them. So I ended up losing 270$ and went through the hassle of the Perfect Reflections staff lying and trying to cheat me, Would have left a good review too, three stars at least. But then the insurance company contacted me and said that they had sent 500$ more for repairs but not to me, they sent it to the repair company, a month ago. And the repair company had not called of sent me anything in the mail, so I contacted them. They sent me a check right away, for the 270$, because thats what the insurance company did not cover the first time. So rather than cut me the check for the amount the insurance had sent, they cut me one for 270 and pocketed the difference. Would have just thought they were a bad business and unorganized but the last part is theft, not sure if its illegal, but if you ask me, its stealing.
They never finished the carpet job they were paid for. No cut outs for putting the seats back in.
Friendly service and great work.
