WOW!!!!. I took my car their to get repaired through my insurance. They only took cash or check which was kind of a bummer at first. The staff their was amazing, they sent me daily progress reports. I have never dealt with an auto body place that was so customer friendly. I will never take my car anywhere else. They did such a great job on my car.

Brought my 2005 Hyundai xg350 to get an estimate for some minor damage to rear tail light and rear bumper. Car was in excellent condition with 110,000 miles. No rust as prior to me buying three years ago had never seen winter weather. Dropped car off on Monday, told that car might be totaled which I found very hard to believe. Came up with a $ 2,300.00 estimate which the insurance company found acceptable. Expected to have the repaired car back by Friday. Had not heard back from R & C so I contacted them nine days later to find out that the car was just sitting there untouched because of no communication from the Insurance Co. and they had tried to get a hold of (BS). I asked if I could call them from there and within ten minutes we were in touch. That afternoon they removed the bumper and said they found additional damage of over $ 900.00 and that the insurance company would total the car as they valued it at $ 3,000.00. The car was worth much more than that to us so we had to accept a check from the insurance co. for less as they had to deduct the salvage value. I believe the estimate was bogus and R& C did not want to work on our older car. I wanted to take the car somewhere else and pay out of my pocket to perform the necessary repairs. Time was running out on the rental car so I wanted the car back ASAP. They told me they had to put pieces back on before I could take it. Went back 36 hours later and the car wasnt touched so I took it anyway. Would never recommend them to anyone. No communication and lack of professionalism.

I came here to have “only” the front bumper and fender painted and “specifically” asked for only those parts to be repainted/repaired and remounted on my car. They agreed to give me a quote based on this specific request. Instead, I was given a quote that included the door of my car and .3 hours to “re-aim” the fog lights, including many other things I did not want. In my opinion, this place tried to rip me off, and had clearly had no compassion for combat veterans like me looking for value in auto body services. Even after asking again for those specific parts to be repaired, they refused! Their quote was over $2,000 more than another auto body I went to! I suggest you go somewhere else where the people are more competent and compassionate to customer needs.

I was consistently updated on the progress of the vehicle. The vehicle was promised to me within a certain timeframe in that window of time was Matt. I found the shop to be very professional, courteous and answered all of my questions.It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use this shop again.

This place is professional and does excellent work. I felt comfortable leaving my car here after an accident and at pick up it was back to new and spotless. My car was in great hands here and I would certainly return again in the future. I cant recommend them more!

I have been using R&C for 25 Years. They have done everything from minor dings to severely damaged front and rear to total losses. One of the cars I brought in did not look bad, and they could have easily done a ton of work to it, but Ray explained the car would never be right again. This last one was for some damage to passenger side. Ray handled everything from soup to nuts. He contacted insurance, put together quote, sent everything out and delivered the car as promised. When I picked it up, he had even fixed an annoying issue I had. Plus, the car looked better than it has in the last year. I have recommended R&C numerous times, and will continue to recommend them. They do great work and handle all the pain of having to have a car repaired professionally, friendly, and courteously.Rich Wagner

First time here! From reading reviews, I was expecting more! I had a small repair for which I paid out of pocket. When I picked up car, the small repair was taken care of adequately but that was it. I guess I expected car to be cleaned and other small marks to be removed but I learned my lesson not to expect any more than this from this business. First time, last time!

R&C did a fantastic job and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I received a phone call updating me every day or two which was fantastic. Highly recommend them!

The R & C must stand for Robbery & Cheating, for these two qualities are at the epicenter of this vile enterprise. I am a 20-year-old girl, quite naive when it comes to automobile repairs, and Ray saw this and took complete advantage of it. His assistant must be in on the fraudulence as well-- upon walking in and gently asking for an estimate, she ignored my request and aggressively pushed me to make an appointment. I then met with Ray and we went out to my car to inspect the damage. I was expecting him to at least give a summary of what he would be doing as well as a cost range, but all he said was well take care of this for you. No details, no estimate, NOTHING! After going back home and reading some reviews, specifically the one from Lucky Gurl, it all makes sense now. This man is a con artist-- he will not only do a poor job, but he will also fraud your insurance. He doesnt go into detail about what he does because he knows hes living a giant lie. He will try and talk to you in a kind, reassuring voice to mask his true intentions. SOMEBODY PLEASE AUDIT THIS BUSINESS!

WARNING, WARNING, this is my second time I had work done at RC. Each time I had to go back and have them re-fix. Even if you are not paying don’t have them touch your car. Simple driver’s side door, $1,300-dollar job, had to go back now twice, 1st in-side door panel not set right, rough edges around door handle and door edge, actually left painters tape on the bottom of the car I peeled off. Pleasant office staff however incompetent workers.NOW I have a dent on the hood and I get we didn’t work on that side of the car.

We have been using R&C for years now, they always do a top notch job... I just got my jeep back from them today and they blow my mind everytime I get a car back from them! I brought my car to them after getting T-boned on my driver side. Not only did they fix the damage but they cleaned up the whole car and gave it back to me looking nicer then the day I bought it. They are true professionals to deal with and always take care of any of our needs. I know that when they have my car, its in good hands.. I recommend going elsewhere! I went to R&C for a quote on repairing some rust on my vehicle and basically got insulted. The gentlemen who I dealt with was disinterested from the start when I told him it was not an insurance job and I was out of pocket. He told he had no interest in performing rust repair work on my Jeep because Jeeps rust. He said Id be back in 6 months for him to re-do the job. He told me to take hundreds of dollars out of my wallet and burn it as Id be accomplishing the same thing! I went elsewhere and received an excellent repair and excellent customer service.

Blown away by the folks at this shop. They went way out of their way to help me when my VW was damaged in an accident. They not only came to my house to pick up the car key I forgot to give them but also delivered my car at the end of the day.
