GREAT prices and selection; TERRIBLE service. The eye doctor gave me the bums rush throughout my exam. She acted as if I were an inconvenience whenever I had a question. I knew as soon as I put my new glasses on that the prescription was off. The lady at the counter said my mask was fogging up the lenses. 16 DAYS later I was given a time to return; then told I had to wait 20 minutes behind another customer. 3 rounds of discussion later, the same lady finally admitted that the prescription was different than the glasses I was wearing. The doctor was in the office with no patients waiting; yet I was told I had to wait 5 DAYS to call for an appointment NEXT MONTH. Horrific all around!

Ive been going to this vision center for years. They have great and fashionable frams are all face shapes and everyone there is so friendly. Michael always helps me find the right glasses for me!
