The store overall is not very good. The level of customer service is fair at best. Can never get them to answer their phones or speak with a manager.
Never had a problem at the Shelton Ct Walmart Pharmacy. They usually have all my meds in stock and if I say I will just be shopping around in the store they have my scripts ready fast.
I have been going here for close to 5 years and Ive never had a problem. They have special ordered medication for me and gone above and beyond to help me when Ive had insurance or prior authorization issues. I am a nurse and when patients are looking for recommendations on a local pharmacy I always suggest Walmart.
Have had to wait days to get prescriptions filled. Do not seem to have a lot of medicine on hand..can be bad for an immediate need
The pharmacy staff here are accommodating however the transfer of accounts from Derby to Shelton has been an utter disaster.
