Don’t bother going to their deli. Their cheese is so thin and this is boars head. Never again.

I stopped into Shop Rite after needing to get some last minute groceries to last just a week, since I was going out of town. I pushed my cart through the fruits and vegetables section, then the deli and looped around to ask customer service to show me where the coffee was. The help was good it saved me time in searching another aisle and wasting time. Thanks for your help ShopRite, I was an out of towner!

Nice selection of Seafood. The staff member assisting me was very helpful. The store is clean and very easy to navigate.

I was able to find what I needed very easily, and my cashier actually gave me tips on how to make home made pizzas (because im new at cooking) and how to spread the dough so its not too tough. I havent been here in years and i can pleasantly say I would definitely come again. ❤️👍😁

Oh its always a toss up between here and stop and shop WHICH IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET. It really depends on the week who has better sales going on but they are both clean and well run

One of the better stores in the Shop Rite chsin. Stands out with cleanliness, great parking and access. Great location of Rt 8 north & south. Fruits and Vegetables are usually good quality. Fish department excels over Stop & Shop.Great store for well-known Cac-Can sale in January.

We love to shop at this ShopRite. Always find what we need and so much more!the store is always very very clean and the shelves are typically well stocked! I love the way on holidays that they put sales on the stuff that everybody just has to have unlike other stores who Jack the prices up on things like pie crust and whipped cream and pie fillings and all the things you need for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.

The brown rice california roll was really bad, I ate about half before throwing it out. Its overly vinegard, smelt off. Disappointing because it looked great. Ill try something else next time because I dont think its fair to write a place off after trying one thing.

Sunday January 10, 2021 was so packed and the employees had a inventory cart almost down each aisle doing inventory. On a Sunday mid-morning. The parking lot was so full, I drove around for 10 minutes before I could find a spot. The aisles were packed with people and employees, there was no way the 6 foot rule would have been in effect. Why employees were out doing inventory at that time of any day is beyond me. I remember doing it in the late evening hours. Not during the busiest time of day. I use to love shopping there, and the next time I have to go shopping I will be rethinking where Ill be going. I know now, never on a Sunday!

Great produce and meat selections. Also very well stocked with italian specialties.

Ive shopped at the Shelton ShopRite for years because of their low prices, but this year they have been terrible with Covid. Many of their employees do not wear their masks properly. I had my cashier take off her mask to wipe her nose while in the middle of checking out my groceries, an employee take off their mask next to me to shout at a friend, and an aisle full of employees with their mask off their noses and when I kindly asked that they cover their noses before I entered, they jeered at me. When I complained to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do about her own employees. As a result, I will now be shopping at Stop and Shop across the street.

I love this supermarket. Always fresh and always good. Even on Superbowl Sunday, for a quick grab of last minute items. They had the chefs out doing demonstrations of how to toss wings in a bowl with sauce, had a few sauces out. Always good specials and good prices to be found. Always clean, organized and fresh. And seems to get a touch better every time I go

Fresh produce. Bit pricy. But watch out for their best prices on the mail flyers. Eg. Corn at 0.19 cents for this week.

No help at the meat section EVER. Derby shoprite is right on exit 16 way better service.

Better stocked than Stop and Shop by far. Some items that we have grown used to getting at Stop and Shop they dont have, but we can live with that. Overall like it much better.

Always clean and employees are friendly.I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with rude customers when something does not go their way or something is out of stock. Customers need to realize that sometimes being put of stock is out of the groceries store hands. Get over yourselves, whatever item youre looking for will be back in stock. Chill out and give the employees a break!

Cashiers are very friendly and the customer service desk is always willing to ring you up if they notice you have a few items and are waiting in line. They have pretty decent sales as well, I take advantage of buying on line which has been very convenient.

Good prices and a great selection of everything. Great organic and healthy section, especially for the budget friendly store it is. Produce is affordable and good. Good selection of organic produce too. Dont even bother with stop and shop across the street. ShopRite has all of the same stuff for less money.

Had everything that I was looking for. Quick service.

I went in the day before Christmas eve. I prepared myself for long line, and things out of stock. I found none of that. A nice young woman was even restocking the hams that were onsale. Everyone was so pleasant there. I plan to make this my store from now on. Its only a couple if minutes further then where I go. And I never have a great experience there .

Its a ShopRite excellent sales. Being in a city must have city sewage and not the problems the Southbury store suffers from.Although I didnt try the meat. Southburys meat is tough.Too far for me to go to all the time. Id shop here every week if closer. I always shop when in the area.

I’ve been going to the Shop Rite on Bpt Avenue/ Shelton for Almost 20 years, there was never a problem until of late. For the last 4-5 years, I’ve been spending 40-50$, on marrow bones, for my Bloodhounds’s, ( more/ other groceries)For the last year, it’s been an aggravating experience almost every week. A lot of times there’s none out, if you ask, you get faces, or lies. They will let you feel like you asked for their only child. But if you’re a pretty lady ( I’ve witnessed) they are doing cartwheels, everything, except for cooking them. Last week I ask the guy, if there is any in the back. Grumpy “ NO “, then I ask the kid out stocking, “ sure” brings out 7 packs. I will now be going to “ Big Buy

Mens hair thickening cream by Dove out of stock. Seems a big push for gel which I wont settle. No Bounty paper towles. No Charmine for the bathroom. Applegate frozen non pork food sold out. So muching for stocking shelves.

My favorite place to shop. It is BRIGHT & CLEAN. The aisles are wide. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are wonderful. Ample parking. Features bakery, deli, fish market, butcher, & pharmacy. They offer shop from home grocery pickup or delivery.

Great store. The people that work here are very nice. Plenty of cashiers on staff. The wait to be checked-out is usually short. I appreciate that this store seems people focused.

I had to ask the cashier to pack my groceries! I have to bring my own bags and pack my own groceries. I should get a discount on my groceries! Little do they know their jobs could be eliminated
