8/14/21 bought a 7 cubic ft at Sherman tx the store was very helpful when purchased but got home 60 mile 1 way and called with everyone working at home they was going to charge me $195.00 to deliver to me. So now I have to drive 60 more miles to them then 60 miles back 😡

Stopped at this Best Buy to get a Fitbit Sense. I knew exactly what I wanted. Once I located the watch and realized it was in a locked case I waited patiently for help. Three employees were at podium at the entrance within very easy sight of my location. None acknowledged me nor was I ever asked if I needed help.So I left and went to Target just down the street. I was given fast service and spent my $250.00 on the watch plus purchased the warranty. 😀 Guess that’s why Amazon’s CEO goes out to space while BestBuy’s stays home
I brought my PC to get a new CPU put in from the Geek Squad, They said they didnt have the equipment to do when they SHOULD have it! Then they offered to put in a better CPU cooling fan which i reluctantly agreed to. later i got a call saying they couldnt put the fan in and that they dont want to break it and offered me a refund. Why do you work for the Geek Squad if you cant even fix computers? Sorry Best Buy but you no longer have my business. EDIT: I forgot to mention the fact they made up some cap about how a new CPU wont make my PC faster. Like yes it is! I wanted an I7 so I could play RDR2 without stutter. I meet every requirement for the game except the CPU which caused some stutter but the game was very playable. I just wanted to eliminate the stutter but NO, they have to hire the most incompetent PC repair guys ever.
Friendly staff, they put on our screen protectors for in under 15 minutes. Very informative about Verizon watch and we ordered one, which btw came in 2 days later.

First off, Isaac was fantastic help.. But the store had nothing in stock, just about every display laptop I looked at had to be ordered, and the place is understaffed, so I chose to order online on my own and let Isaac help others. Why even have stores?
Terrible customer service. I purchased an item from Best Buy and bought the Best Buy warranty. The lady at the counter tells me they cannot exchange my item even though my warranty is still active. I’ve had multiple issues with this company when it comes to warranty and today is the last time I will be dealing with Best Buy. This place use to be my favorite store. Sad.

Prices for televisions are way too high, and they also have salesman that jump on you the minute you walk in so I decided to go elsewhere.
Nice and courteous employees. Should have had more than register open. Instead of employees by the front door, one of wich was able to check one customer out but none of the other 6 in line.
Quick in store service, was on hold for 1.5 hours while driving to their store to talk to salesman about buying my wife a new computer. In store salesman helped her select exactly the task oriented computer she needed. Was on the way home in 20 minutes with her new enhanced computer.

Got a car stereo installed by the Geek Squad Auto Tech, Colin! He did an absolute amazing job. Best Buy delivered a rememberable experience from the purchase of the radio to the install of it. Colin was very quick and professional with his work. He recommended the radio and it delivered. Feel like I have a new vehicle! Afterwards he took the time to go over the features with me ensuring that I felt comfortable with my purchase and that I would love it. He answered all my questions and will be going back to him to have more work done.

People were nice, on average. No one really went out of their way to help or ask if we found what we needed. Only one boy from Geeks Squad desk if I was ready to check out, but it seemed boredom was his reason. Not good, not bad. Just, meh.

Waited for 15 minutes, no one would help my daughter and I buy an iPad. A lady who had previously walked all around where we were waiting walked up to assist another employee and customer. After another 5 minutes she looked up and asked me to put a mask on. Mask mandates have been lifted by the Governor. People who want shots are able to get shots. We were not standing anywhere near anyone else. We left. Not spending my money where its not wanted.

Bought a Samsung 65 NU8000 there. The sales lady who helped up was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Their prices are hard to beat. Typically a purchase like this is a stressful venture for me but I felt really good about it and still do. Because of their honesty and customer service I would definitely buy more from them.
It was what it was. Still had what i was looking for. If i was the employees there i would of gotten fired. Rude and disrespectful customers all over that place. So i tip my hat to Ladys and Gentlemen that worked Christmas Eve, you did amazingly at doing your jobs. And my wife loves her gift.

We’ve had many good experiences in Best Buy before, but this last time was disappointing. We bought a new phone through Best Buy & they wouldn’t help us set it up unless we paid a $40 fee. I’ve bought many products through Best Buy and I have never run into this problem. I’m not sure if it’s the company or if it was just the girl with blue hair who helped us (she seemed new & tried to sell us other products too & then rushed us out). This extra fee is unnecessary *especially* if we’re already making a $1000 paid-in-full purchase. We are pretty disappointed.

It took almost 30 minutes to get help from an employee that wasnt even working the department I was in. Once the employee showed up I got my purchase and was out the door in five minutes. Not the best experience but not the worst either.

My ten year old + 65” Samsung plasma television just quit working one day. It wouldn’t power on. At the same time, we ditched Dish Networks when they increased their pricing by $50 more a month. We decided to start streaming our TV content after figuring out how to do so, and what the costs would be. My monthly rate went from $128 a month to $65 - about half of what it was with the latest quote from Dish. And this includes watching almost all of our favorite programs, plus many more. Please note that my internet usage while streaming went up considerably and I had to pay $20 more dollars to my internet provider as a result. In total I still saved money by streaming our TV viewing.I found a 65”4K LED smart tv on sale at the Sherman Best Buy store. The salesperson was helpful and the process quick and efficient. My only complaint is that they wouldn’t take my old TV and dispose of it for me. Be sure and compare their in-store prices (Including speakers, headphones, etc.) with those on-line. Best Buy isn’t always the cheapest. We didn’t buy a sound bar there. In addition, their warranty coverage length was typically less than on-line competitors.
They are horrible. Waited for 45 minutes and couldnt get any help. Traffic flow is minimum. Was trying to buy my son a new system for his vehicle, instead I will go to Car Toys in McKinney. Already had $1500 in stuff picked out, oh well. Hopefully this location shuts down, its a joke

Worst customer service ever. Was not helpful and did not communicate. Trevor was the only decent one in the store that had an idea of he was even doing. Store manager didn’t help with anything and didn’t try to make the situation right.

Awful experience at this Best Buy. I had spoken with someone over the phone to make an appointment to bring my laptop in. When I arrived 10 minutes early to my SCHEDULED appointment I was greeted by a man named Josh in the parking lot. I was told by Josh that I was going to have to wait because a walk-in were taken in before me. With no appointment. When I did have one scheduled. I waited for about an hour after I arrived (50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time) before I was finally able to take my computer in to be seen by Geek Squad.When I asked Josh why walk ins were being taken in before appointments he had no good reason. He was clearly very uninterested in speaking to me. After I went home I called the store to speak to a manager to inform them of my experience here later come to find out this man is the GENERAL MANAGER of this location. How wildly unacceptable it was the way that I was treated by him. As I was waiting in the parking lot in my vehicle, with my windows down he was also very rude and condescending to other employees within ear shot of myself and other wiring customers.Long story short. I would rather make the 30 minute drive to McKinney than ever return to this location and have to interact with this person ever again. I will never be returning to this location.I will say however that Geek Squad was excellent. Very professional and got my issue resolved very quickly, what a shame it had to be such a big ordeal over a 15 minute fix.

We went in look and price. We found such a great deal that we bought the item. Every department I went to I was greeted and reminded that if I needed help to just ask. I dont like how crowded the walk ways are though if there is many people, you bump into others. Checking out is always quick too.

Where do I begin except to say I had the most fantastic experience at Best Buy! I was trying to restore a back up from my computer to my newer phone and the iTunes was needing a new update. I could not make that happen so I brought it to Best Buy. I spoke with a very nice gentleman named Baden in the Geek Squad department, and he commenced to helping me. Because iTunes was not supported by windows computers anymore, they could not update to the new iTunes.So the next step was to backup my old phone to the cloud which took forever. Baden assured me that we could let it take the time to back up and he would make sure it was in a safe and secure place. We did that In the meantime he updated my new phone with the newest software. Later today, about ten minutes before Best Buy closed, I returned to the store finding a big smile on Baden’s face indicating the back up was successful. Then he showed me how to have the cloud transfer the information to my new phone. He is a good teacher and put it in terms I understood. All in all, I had such a wonderful experience as I use my phone not only for my personal use but for my husband‘s business. It was crucial that I get that back up on my newer phone. I am so thankful God led me to the right person to help me. This process took a couple of days off and on through those days, but everyone at the store greeted me with a smile, Baden was very patient, and everything was accomplished in a timely manner!

Got a new phone. Went from a 3 to a 10 in upgrade of phone. These guys were so patient and kind, getting everything from my old phone onto my new one, and showed me helpful features on my new phone! They are AWESOME!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sherman Best Buy for your new phone! The best customer service I have had anywhere!! And love my new phone!!
