A chunk of truck tire took out the left front corner of my Honda. These folks got rigjt to work and in less than a week I had my car back in great shape. They even vacuumed the inside and cleaned the dash, really a lite detail job but unexpected. This is probably one of the last cars to be repaired by them tho, Caliber Collision is buying them out, supposed to be the same people and same quality, I hope I dont have to find out!

We were our way home from vacationing. When we heard a noise. Went to this shop. My front spoiler had dropped down. They took us right in. Fixed it and would not accept any money. Who does that in todays time. I highly recommend them.

These guys are wonderful! From the excellent customer service to the actual bodywork, these guys have you covered. Larry was very helpful every step of the way from calling Enterprise to pick me up, appraising damages, contacting my insurances, and even notifying me nearly every day on progress. And then I hear he buffed my car out right before I picked it up! He is valuable asset to the company.I drove up and nearly cried because my 2015 looked like it just came off the lot. My service occurred in 2017 Dec. Im writing a review now, because over time - dealing with other shops in the area, and living with the results of -the work warrants my time to notice this good outfit.This shop does a good job. They keep costs down and are able to get the job done right. I had a particularly difficult rear end collision. They worked with Progressive insurance (something Ford and Lone Star Auto couldnt accomplish)Nate was the person that handled all my paperwork, and Ive had good looking bumper since.

Didn’t get my vehicle repaired here, just a quote which is why I didn’t give less than 3 stars (that’d be unfair). The guy I talked to was nice, but quoted me $3000-$4000 for small hail damage. Got it fixed at Caliber Collision with no issues for $1200... No opinion on the business itself, just the short experience I had.

Ive known the owner for over twenty years hes done several repairs for me. He puts customer satisfaction first. Best place to get your auto fixed.

As good as new! My car is fairly new so the literal fender bender that happened was devastating for something so small caused such big damage. All I did is call the insurance company, These guys at Sherman Collision Repair took care of the claims adjuster and even the car that came from Enterprise. When my car was done, they said thanks for letting us work on it, as if it was their pleasure. Im amazed by their work. I saw it in mid paint job, and these Nissan colors are always off, yet it was matched perfectly and cant tell where it was painted. 5 stars all the way.

Great from the get go. I had my suburban bumper and tail light bashed in by another driver in a parking lot. Garrett took care of everything with the insurance and rental car. They even removed some dents that were there from hail damage as a courtesy. Looks like new, paint is flawless. Really happy I took my car there.

After they gave me a repair estimate, I said that I was going to get another estimate somewhere else but they kept haggling with me and throwing in extras. I finally agreed to have my car repaired there. The business was preferred by my insurance company and one of the several perks of that was that they would pick up and drop off the car for me, which was a necessity. They tried all they could to get out of doing that and acted like they were doing me a huge favor by the time they finally agreed. One of the men up there was very rude when I called in to check on my car. I will never use them again! It was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.

I took my car in to have one of my rear-view mirrors replaced, but one of the employees backed another customers vehicle into my own and wrecked my back bumper! They said they would be happy to cover the cost of the repairs - for the damage their employee caused! I will not be going back.

Quick Service good service but they need to do something about their I dont know I dont know if its its I guess they need to do something about their my truck was broken into and ransacked and then I had a a diesel can in the back that was stolen and it had diesel in it so yes Im dissatisfied so that guess they need to get better security or they need to with their detail guy

I took My truck there for a repair for the back bumper. I got my truck back and the latch to my back gate was broke and the paneling wasnt put back on right and my back tail light is out. When i took my truck back they said we had forgot to tell you our tech broke your latch because he had trouble getting the back open. My reply was out of the 10 months that i had my truck never once did i have trouble opening my back gate. Their reply was if you buy the part we will do the labor free. My reply to that was I am not buying the part because it wasnt broken when i brought my truck to you guys.
