The entire service department is phenomenal! Ive taken my truck there for the last year for general maintenance, oil changes, tire rotation, and more recently brake replacement. In my experience, relative to other places Ive taken my truck, Sherman Chevrolet takes care of what you take your vehicle in for.......they dont mysteriously find other issues to throw at you, leaving you with a >$500.00 bill when you only came in for a tire rotation. The service department does a fantastic job all-around (service, cost, and time). I feel as if my business is valued, and that the service manager (Justin) is great guy, very friendly, trustworthy, and goes the extra mile to ensure that you leave his Service Department very happy and that your vehicle is well cared for! If you want high-quality, competitively priced, and trustworthy service = take your vehicle to Sherman Chevrolet Service and ask for Justin!

I like their service dept. I usually go on Saturdays therefore they are usually little busier. Only thing I dont really agree on is if you get an oil change or oil change & tire rotation you pay the same price. I would figure that if you do oil change only it would be a bit cheaper.
