This is a great place with a lot of potential! The drawback is that that they are so very impersonal! 2-1/2 years and I know no one there! 2-1/2 years and they treat me like its my first time there. My last dealer service department knew the sound of my voice when I called! I have two more services left on my Lincoln and then bye bye Utter! Ill drive to Houston for my next Lincoln¡
