Experience started off great. However, dealership chose to sell the vehicle from under me even though we had a documented agreement! Dealership chalked it up as a mistake and offered no real remedy. I have my opinions on how this happened.Sales person did not live up to his word and sales manger apologized only. Vehicle has been very hard to find.Have to travel now to pick up vehicle in the Midwest. Just be aware of who you do business with. Choose dealers who possess integrity and follow thru. Choose dealers that are interested in long term relationships/partnership - not short term gain!Good dealers are out there, you just have to find them. I would not recommend this dealer!!!

I don’t live even remotely to this location matter of fact I passed hundreds of Chevrolet dealers and choose this one specifically for Billy the manager this is the second car I’ve purchased from him and I’m elated to say the least his staff including Wayne the salesman were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and put me in exactly what I wanted! I had the best experience at Sherman Chevrolet yesterday. I worked with Jeremy Eaton to buy a new 2022 Tahoe. I was driving up from Dallas and Jeremy was able to give me a price and other details prior to me driving up so that there were no surprises when I got there. I think it really comes down to who you are working with and Jeremy and his team did a great job. Ill be buying from them again.

The staff were really good and have my truck on time in one day, in another dealership would take 3 to 4 days just to look at it.

Purchased an extra key fob for my certified used car that only came with one key when i purchased. Then had to have it programmed, i know its not the service centers fault but after spending over $200 for a fob and then pay more to have it programmed from a car that i purchased from them seems crazy. But they were very professional and double checked if i should of gotten another fob, which apparently is the way things are now bexause of shortages. I was happy i finally got my spare key.

Went very smooth. The experience was much better than previous Dealerships that I have used in the past. Great job!

Before making the trip to the dealer, Chad our salesman was very helpful and responsive to all the questions I had relating to the truck I was looking to buy. I purchased my 2021 Chevy Blazer in Gainesville only because Sherman didnt have what I wanted at the time. However, I made an appointment with this location to have my car serviced because I have had several bad experiences with local places with my previous vehicle. With my car being new, I didnt want to take any chances on someone missing something or treating me poorly because Im a female who doesnt know too much about cars and what I need. I called Sherman Chevrolet, almost expecting to be blown off and/or get a busy tone, but to my surprise, I was politely booked for the very next morning. I arrived at my appointment to be greeted at my car (no wandering around looking for someone to assist me) with a friendly good morning from Criss. (Spelling check? Sorry, friend!) He helped me from the moment I stepped out of my car to the moment I got back in it to leave. Not only did he make sure I got my first oil change complimentary, but he took the time out of his day to make sure I got a free car wash as well, after making sure my schedule allowed the time. When he couldnt personally help with my Chevy Rewards questions, he made sure I was sent in the right direction to get rubber mats ordered for my car. The next day when my mats came in, he offered to install them for me. Talk about going the extra mile! I genuinely feel like my business was appreciated here, which is rare lately, if Im honest. Just wanted to say that Johnny in Service is the best!!! We had a freak accident where our sunroof in our 2018 Chevy Tahoe was shattered by something from the truck in front of us. After some discussions with our insurance company we found out that we could cover it with only a $50 deductible rather that $1500 that we thought we were going to have to spend. He took the liberty of going the extra mile to file the claim on our behalf and get Sherman Chevrolet set up to be a vendor.

The easiest car buying experience ever! We had spoke with Jeremey back in April of 2020 and had continually been looking at different models of cars. Once we decided on a Chevy, we knew we had to contact him. He made such a good impression on us and is not your typical car salesman. The finance/signing was easy and quick, but we felt like everything was explained to us well. They all stayed late, as we had driven an hour from home to buy our truck, but never made us feel rushed. Scheduling service was easy and the service was finished in a timely manner.

Had my cruze repaired there. People are friendly, but they charge a lot for labor per hour. Only took them about 30 min to take out old and put in new part. Then was told that i could not have the old part. It was put in only two years ago, was going to check at the other place that installed it to see how long the warranty was on it.

I had contact with every Cadillac Dealer within a 100 mile radius of our home. I was looking for a specific combination in the car we wanted. We found a complete range in the sales rep desire to find and deliver the car we were looking for at the price we wanted. Sherman delivered in all aspects making sure we had what we were looking for as convenient and easy for us as possible. Worth a few minutes extra drive to get that service!

I should have written this when this happened, but here goes. I bought a Chevrolet Silverado that was about 2 years old in 2017. We went on a test drive and the salesman explained some of the more recent additions to the truck systems. Before going back to work on the paperwork, I opened up the ash tray. It was full of change. After the paperwork was signed and I was going home, I looked in the ash tray and it was empty. While they can keep the $5, it occurred to me just how CS these people are. You get the second star cause Im a great guy.

It was very easy to get an appointment and have maintenence completed. I wish the waiting area was a little bigger but thankfully, the service department wasnt super busy on my visit.

We had noise coming from under the vehicle when we brought it in. They said they looked and drove it and couldn’t find anything. The next time I drove it the same thing happened. I pulled over and looked under Meath and found a huge ring hanging on the drive shaft that been banging around underneath. How do you not see a 8-10 inch ring hanging off the driveshaft???!!!! 2021 suburban

Caveat emptor.I had an oil change this week on a 2013 Chevy Suburban. I ask that my air conditioner be serviced as hot air was coming out driver side vents and cold air out other vents. My service writer a recent ATT telephone salesman called and had determined I needed a $1500 air conditioner compressor replacement. I said no. He also wanted new plugs, wires, throttle body and all fluids changed thousands of $$ more. I said no.My air conditioner temperature was not cold. No one to my knowledge had tested my Suburban’s Freon level . I searched Google and found other Suburbans, Tahoes, and Chevy trucks had hot and cold air similar vent issues. The cause was the internal acuator sticking or being defective allowing hot air from heater core mixing with refrigerated air.Armed with this information, I took the Suburban to Classic Chevrolet in Denison for a second opinion asking to check Freon level and possible acuator door defect. Classic evacuated air conditioner system and determined that Freon should be added and that acuator was defective. I said fix it.I drove theSuburban back to Irving and the Suburban air conditioner was very cold. Job well done.Sherman Chevrolet failed the test and I will go elsewhere in the future. As Ronald Reagan once said, “ trust but verify.”
