I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE ORIGINAL OWNER AN ALWAYS STEERED ME IN RIGHT DIRECTION. I PRAY THEY MADE IT THRU ALL THEY WERE ALREADY GOING THRU AN THEN PANDEMIC.

Never answers on Sunday when they say they are open online. They had answered pressed a bunch of numbers and hung up.

Rude service, helped with nothing. Changed my card yet didnt do what they said could do and 15 till 9 said system went down yet took payments. Maybe yall should make sure they arent on drugs and take baths. I left boost and went to att cuz of this. Never again would I go and Ill tell everyone what happened.

Very rude unprofessional service at this location will see you something turn around and lie saying you never came in and very vulgar someone should get this location in check

Sign on door says no mask no service, yet manager on duty isnt wearing one. The floor is an insurance companys nightmare. The tiles are literally coming up from the concrete causing a trip hazard. Got my sim card and watched my step and was out. Unbelievable

I really had the best customer service with Rebecca! This girl always helps me shes always very helpful and understanding and helps me with any question that i have! The other girl Jasmine is not helpful at all! Shes not friendly at all and is quite rude and doesnt hardly talk when i ask questions or need help. She seems pretty lazy for every time that Ive gone up there shes just sitting around talking to i guess theyre her friends that go up there to visit with her! She closes early i guess she doesnt like to finish her hours. I went to pay my phone one day and they had 30min left to close and she was already pulling off in her car so i didnt get to pay my phone that day. But i do like this store and i will only go up there if the other girl is working! Cuz like i said shes awesome i love her attitude and her personality which i think your store needs very much when working in this type of sales not a person who obviously is lazy and doesnt really care about her job!

The location on Map vs the Real Location is just a Tad bit off and It places you smack dab into a completely seperate building, but NO FEAR 💜💜 Just Look A Lot More Left ~
