I have been with your company for about 2 or 3 years now and have been to a few of the stores. I have to say out of them all this one is by far the best. Went in yesterday last minute upgraded 3 of my lines. Got the great employee I have meet so far. David was so polite and professional about everything. Knew exactly what we wanted and need to the T. He was so great made the service the best I have seen yet. My husband and I have decided that this will be the store we use from now one. Thank you David for being such a great employee and person with us in general. Your the best.

Very polite and helpful staff. I referred my uncle and they delivered the same great service. They broke down the plan and billing for him in Spanish so it made him very comfortable in making the switch to cricket.

In and out fast. I was able to get a phone, a case, and everything without a bunch of haggle work. I just told them which phone I wanted, they told me an all inclusive price, and BAM I was out the door with my new Stylo 6!! I had gone to the Texoma parkway location, and they were rude. I will ALWAYS be going to the Cricket by Starbucks now!!!

I went to the store yesterday to have a phone issue fixed. The gentleman (Parrish) was extremely helpful. He was so helpful that I decided to just upgrade the phone. I called today to let the GM (Josh) know how happy I was with the service I got there. He too was very friendly and helpful. I would drive the twenty plus miles to visit this location.

Great service! We recently moved, and Verizon doesnt work well in sherman. We tried to go to the store on Texoma Parkway, but their systems were down both days we went. Georgina got us all set with new iPhones and the service is much more affordable then Verizon was. We will definitely be telling our friends.

Went to the store today.. the lady and guy are amazing. helped me with my Cricket sim card, got me a new phone and they also moved all my contacts and info over.I think Jay was the guys name ..

There variety is ok, but the people working there arent really helpful. A family member of mine was almost scammed into giving her phone to some man working at a cricket store in sherman.

Unfortunately u cant give zero stars. Tell you anything too make a deal. Very uneducated about what they are selling and unprofessional. But im out 90 dollars so I guess they are good at sales. Dont waste your time and money.

We had a cracked glass screen protector on one of our phones. They had the replacement there and replaced it for about 22 bucks. While we waited we looked at the new phone selections. There are several there under a hundred bucks and some dor 19 dollars. Thanks, folks!

These people are completely unprofessional. Went in and some guy with gauges handed us off to another employee, who was just as unprofessional. Will not go here again.P.S. complaint submitted to higher ups, and glad I dont have service with yall
