Came in today to get my 1k oil change and scheduled service done on my bike today, and Chance did a great job getting me set up in the service center. I made my way inside, and got to talking to Justin about a bigger bike. I ended up having a fantastic experience and plenty of useful information, that I ended up leaving with a fantastic brand new bike! I couldnt be happier with Justin and the entire team making me feel right at home, very personable and knowledgeable, and didnt feel pressured at all throughout the entire transaction! Found the bike I wanted - 800 miles away from home. Justin picked me up at the Dallas Fort Worth airport and drove me to the shop. Everyone was professional and quick to help get me on the road. Bike was as expected and at a fair price.

I owned a 2019 Ultra Limited that started to give me a few problems, it never left me stranded, but little things, plus I had over 10k miles on original tires and wanted my bike gone over completely, serviced and tires put on. While servicing the bike a head gasket leak was discovered and an electrical issue. I knew an electrical problem existed, wasnt sure what caused it. All of these problems were 100% covered by my warranty so my only cost was going to be for tires and service. While waiting I looked at a 2021Road Glide Limited with a Snake Venom paint. After a road rest and a lot of work by the sales team on numbers I road home on a Brand New Road Glide Limited FLTRK. This is from a guy who swore he would never own a bike with a Frame Mount Shark Nose fairing.

Hot Rod helped out from the beginning till the end. He made our trip down there well worth it. Everyone was great to work with on the purchase of our motorcycle. We will definitely be back!

Ive been riding and buying bikes for over 40 years but this was the nicest crew Ive ever worked with. Zane is great and a truly nice guy. This young man made the process easy and even though the price was non-negotiable (not his fault) he made the rest of the transaction easy, he stayed in touch, and he kept me updated. I found my bike on the website, waited until the blizzard was over and made the 3 1/2hr drive to get it. Justin, Hotrod, & Brooks were waiting to take my cashier check and facilitate my purchase. There was no selling involved, the bike sold itself. I was given a tour and met all the departments teams. It was an easy 1 1/2 hr process, they had Brad help me load the bike and hit the road. Great selection of new and used bikes, and fantastic service. Conveniently located right off Hwy 75 and easy to get to. A surprisingly big store for a small town...I believe its well worth the 60min trip from Dallas to get treated well and enjoy their selection of bikes. Definitely will be making them my first choice to buy and service a Harley!

My husband and I went in about a month ago with low expectations so not to get our hopes up. We looked at a used Heritage and Everett came over to see what he could do for us. Zane knows his facts. I walked into Adam Smiths H-D in Sherman not expecting to see a Pan America, but was pleasantly surprised when I saw a beautiful Gauntlet Grey Special in the center of the showroom floor. I called another dealership in More Oklahoma area I talked to two people there I told them what I wanted and what I was looking for they said they will call me right back and two hours later texhoma Harley called because the Harley financial sent them my info because I went ahead and filled out a credit app online while I was waiting for that phone call. But my paperwork was put in a file and forgotten.. they didnt even try to find me another bike .. its like they didnt care ...after talking with Hot Rod. I am Harley-Davidson owner of 12 years, but this comment is not about that. I was in Sherman at the Town Center and ran out of gas and coasted across the by way next to the Harley store. A lightbulb went off...They could have some gas, after all they dont make electric Harleys yet. I walked up to the service center and with much shame shared with them that I had ran out of gas. The worker said No problem buddy .He got a small gas container and gave me enough gas to get to the station about a half mile down the road. He actually put it in my truck too! I offered to pay, but he refused. I am grateful there are still great people in business that have the common sense to recognize the importance of helping people in real situations like this one. I have never had a better experience and made to feel so at home than when I was at Texoma Harley Davidson. I felt like I was family and no one even really knew who I was. I came here to purchase my very first motorcycle and I love this bike SO much. I will say that the motorcycle I purchased was just added to the lot so getting the price was the only hiccup we had. After that it was smooth sailing and every member of the team we encountered was very nice.

I ride an old bike, 89 FLHTC. Everyone in the place are great. Although they cant always get the parts I need through HD, they go out of their way to help me find them even if they have to go aftermarket or point me in the used part direction. When I ask to see a parts breakdown of whatever component Im working on they show me all I need and at times have called a technician in to advise me what usually may be the problem. This has saved me hours of time making repairs and preventing future problems. Should I ever win the lottery this is the dealer Ill buy my next bike. Wow! My Love & I just stumbled across this place on our bonsai run to Colbert, OK. We had no idea there was an area referred to as Texoma. Well, Northbound out of McKinney, TX on the US75, youll find it! This shop is right off of the highway, and real easy to get to. Super hospitable folks to guide us to the T-shirt racks for our proof of passage. Our phones were dying, so we didnt take any pictures of the joint, but a beautiful place indeed. We mentioned that we were from Commie-fornia, and promised that we were leaving. Even though it was tough to do because we felt like we were back in America! Fun place...

Wish I would have read the other negative reviews before driving 2.5 hours. Fast talking salesmen Dan sent pictures of a beautiful blue Harley Deluxe. The bike sold before I left home. This salesman called/texted me numerous times as I was driving to see the bike and never told me the bike had sold! When I arrived, he then tried to sell a different bike that had parts missing. Oh, almost forgot about the $957. Prep charge they wont tell you about until they get you seated.
