I ordered three tops from this boutique and my order went through just fine. Then I get an email the next day saying two of my items were refunded. The excuse was they weren’t of good quality to be shipped? They gave me a 10% off coupon and my money back. Ok! Cool no big deal. So I got back on the site and ordered two more shirts (different from the first of course) my order again went through just fine. Got an email today saying one shirt was refunded!!!! So frustrating! If you don’t have the shirts then say they are out of stock! I won’t be shopping here again.
Very cheap quality clothes, left a review on an item i bought on the website and they only post 5 star reviews. since they only post the positive reviews on their actual website i decided to post here so they cant filter it. 😂 👎
I hate to leave a negative review, but after my experience with this boutique, I don’t think I’ll buy from them again. I purchased a neon pink cooler from them Memorial Day weekend. It took a few days to ship and once I received my item (I was so excited)- I find that they sent me the wrong cooler. The box was all beat up, tape coming off the box. So I reached out to customer service on Thursday, even called and left a voicemail. You can’t call and actually speak to a customer service rep. It took days for CS to get back to me, I had to leave comments on their Instagram page and DM them for CS to even respond to me. They quickly got the package shipped to me, and I was excited to finally get the cooler I spent $135 on. This time- the package was even WORSE. The return label glitzy girl included in my box was literally falling out (PICTURED), it could have easily been lost. Leaving me to cover an unnecessary shipping charge. The tape was not even holding the box closed, and it looked like someone kicked the box with a dent in the side of it. Upon opening it- I received my beautiful pink cooler. No supportive packing materials, so there were a few scratches on the front, some oily handprints on it?? (PICTURED) and the front sticker was coming off. As many followers as this company has, and as much money they make- you’d think quality shipping and customer service would matter. I’m thankful my cooler wasn’t beat up. I don’t think I’d buy from this company again.
It’s my first time shopping with Glitzy Girlz and I will be a returning customer!All of the clothes I bought fit true to size, I had a question for the customer service and they responded promptly, extremely professional and they were polite. Great quality of clothing as well!
Update: very pleased that customer service answered and refunded my order....appreciate it! Placed an order on July 14, still have NOT received my order. In the past I recieve my order days after purchasing, looks like since theyve restructured theyve lost that customer service touch, i now have a 206.00 order and no merchandise and the event I ordered them for has passed
I used to love shopping at Glitzy Girlz but it has went DOWN HILL in the last year. I ordered something 19 business days ago and it still has not shipped. Their shipping policy states that “during high volume times, they estimate between 7-9 business days for shipping.” I finally reached out and essentially received a long winded excuse.I think it’s terrible for business to not keep your customers aware of their order status and when there are delayed processing times. I would have been more understanding if I had been aware of this.I paid to have my items shipped in a certain amount of time, I expect to get what I paid for. Nothing was done on their part to rectify the situation, it’s just frustrating.
Ordered August 26, a few days later get a shipping label created and 10 days later still no tracking info other than the label being created. I called questioning the shipping time, got no answer and left a voicemail. After two weeks I get an email that my order has been canceled Bc they didn’t have enough in stock. Hmm… correct me if I’m wrong but when people are purchasing shouldn’t your system update you continuously how many you have in stock before allowing someone to check out? According to the other comments I’m not surprised at all. At least I got my money back unlike so many others who have complained to the BBB. There are many great boutiques out there, unfortunately this just isn’t one, and certainly not one I would give my business to.
This is my first experience using Glitzy Girlz and I will not be using them again. I ordered something July 19th and am still waiting for my order. After tracking my package, it says that it has not even been shipped. I was hoping to wear the dress I ordered for my baby shower this weekend, but now I just want my money back.
I ordered from here in hopes of getting clothes for vacation. It said shipping time was typically 3-5 days, but during busy times 7-9 days. I ordered and asked when it would ship. They explained due to high demand, they were packing orders currently from over a month ago. While, most people would leave a bad review, they let me cancel my order and refunded me when I asked. I thought that was really awesome and clearly not a business just after a $.
Has decent selections of cardigans and shirts with trendy designs. Good sizing and alterations of cardigans, shirts, and other apparels.
Wow great customer service. I had a question about my package and customer service answered it ASAP! Received my package and it was wrapped perfectly and everything was what I wanted it to be!
Awful company and awful customer service. I will not buy from them again. I ordered a dress for an event with a few weeks delivery time grace. They did not dispatch for nearly a month, by that time the event had passed and the emails I sent them telling them that I would like to cancel and refund went ignored. I even started a case with PayPal against them and even those emails went unanswered and then a week after I complained to PayPal, I got an email saying it had been dispatched. Now I have a dress for an event that has already taken place and I am scared to return in case I am again ignored. They do not care about their customers so long as they get and keep your money.

I used to love this company, I have purchased so many items and have always had a great experience. I have told everyone I know how awesome they are! But never again!! Im not sure if they have changed who runs this company but its no longer the company I once loved. I ordered on Aug 6th 2021 and quickly found out they were behind on shipping, no big deal its just clothes and I didnt need them for any event or anything. I was told they would ship in 2 weeks, I was then told they would ship Aug 26th (which I asked that on Aug 25th). Here it is Aug 29tb and still nothing!! I asked again yesterday and now my comment has been deleted. I just want my clothes and not to continue to be lied too.
19 days and still nothing! The label for my shipment was created 16 days ago. Ive emailed them and was told UPS cant pick up thousands of coolers at once. Ive since emailed and have gotten no response. Terrible. Read their return policy first. That speaks for itself. Read comments on BBB for the truth because their website removed my negative review.

Order something in July mid month… still haven’t received it… left emails and was only getting a computer generated response. Was told as of today they are shipping out July 10’s order and it would be another 10 or so days before they got to the 18th’s. I called and luckily spoke to someone and they canceled my order and refunded me back but I could tell she was super irritated and wasn’t really friendly about the whole situation. I shop online boutiques quite often and this is very disappointing.
I wish I could give more stars but honestly, this is the second time I’ve ordered and ended up being disappointed. First order, it took 1 month for my order to come from the date I placed the order. I had purchased a dress for a wedding and ended up having to get another dress somewhere else. Don’t get me wrong, I love the dress I ordered… but when being told that it takes 9-10 business days and it ships a month later.. it kinda sucks! Well here I am again needing a dress for a wedding. Knowing that the first time I had a long delay, I purposefully ordered the dress 1 month before the wedding AND ordered 2 different sizes, just in case. I placed my order August 10th and it’s now August 31st and still have gotten nothing. When I emailed I was told during their “high volume times, shipping is 7-9 business days and there is a backup in the warehouse”. Okay well it’s now been 15 business days and I was told they are just getting orders done from August 6th and 7th… well the wedding is September 10th and again I am finding myself needing to get a dress from somewhere else. I understand it’s trying times and they may be short staffed l, but then be honest and realistic about the shipping dates. All I can say is, the clothes are cute…but if you are ordering for an event, this is not the place to order from.
Personally as a plus sized woman it is very hard to find clothing you fall in love with. I came across this website and absolutely fell in love. Fell in love so much I ordered over 300.00 worth of merchandise. That order was placed July 20th. It is now past 30 days and i still have not received my order! I have received 2 emails along the way that unfortunately 2 of my items at this point have been refunded to me because they no longer have the item. I have called on three seperate occasions to get somebody who is at home not even at the atore only to be told they are behind in the warehouse. This time to be told it was placed in the basket to be shipped and hopefully will be sent out this evening! I have ordered things from china during the pandemic that have not taken this long!! Your website clearly says 7 to 10 days it has been over 35 days. Will not order again from here. Not even so much as an offer to say we will ship you something with your order for free to make up for the inconvenience
This place is deceiving, they do not publish anything under 4 stars on their website. I tried to warn ppl if something is true to size or not and they wont publish it.Customer Service, Shipping Time, etc. Has gone extremely downhill. I dont believe I will continue shopping here. The clothes do run true to size, which is what kept me coming back. But, when they cant answer calls or emails regarding issues with your order... No thank you!
Id been buying from glitzy for over 2 years and these past months have made me not want to buy again from this coming. They clout on social media but they dont care about their customers. They post items to be sold soon but months go by and the items are never posted for sale. And this is many products theyve done this to. Disappointed
I placed an order on July 9th and have yet to receive my order yet. I’ve reached out on Facebook multiple times and get the same generated response. I’d advise anyone who orders from this company to expect wait a very long time to get their items. The customer service department is rude and the owner of this company should be ashamed.

This store claims to be plus sized but in my opinion caters more to women who wear sizes 01-10.... the shoes they have are for narrow feet which plus sized women do not have! Their display Mannikins are not even plus sized, they are skinny with small waists. I think they just happen to carry 2X and decided that was enough to claim they are a plus sized boutique.
Had the absolute BEST experience today! Everyone was so helpful and made the experience amazing. Spent way too much money, but how could you not in this store?! I loved everything!! Will definitely be back ❤️
Ive gotten two orders from Glitzy Girlz Boutique and so far I love everything Ive gotten...I only have a couple of complaints, a couple of the dresses Ive bought are pretty see through which makes it hard to wear without having something under them. One order, had a shirt that came dirty...there was dirt or something on it. I understand that things happen, but other than that, I absolutely love the clothes.
This place is not welcoming at all. Was making my way into the store 15 mins before they were closing an was advised I wasnt able to come in and shop. They lady who came to the door was very rude and disrespectful. Thank goodness thay are going to an online shopping only. Hopefully the service is better behind a computer than in person. These ladies are nothing but rude.
I enjoy the styles and designs this store offers. Also have a great selection of plus size clothing! Tons of leopard print- which Is my favorite. However, I’ve been here three times now and easily spent ALOT of money here- and the service always is just lacking. The staff don’t ask if you need assistance and pretty much just stare at you. I feel a tad judged here. But the designs are worth the attitude I guess. Just could definitely be improved in the customer service area:(
WOW! This store is absolutely gorgeous! If you have never been in store you MUST go! I was so impressed with everything! Not only do they have all of their clothes displayed where you can actually see them they also have shoes, jewelry, candles, and CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS!!!!! Which I am always searching for unique ornaments. We came in because my sister needed a 30th birthday outfit and she of course found everything she needed and more. The level of customer service these girls offer blew me out of the water. They were so helpful and kind the moment we walked in the door. Thank y’all so much! We can’t wait to come back and see all 12 Christmas trees! ♥️❤️♥️❤️

Poor customer service. Weekly employee turnover, with little to no training. Clothes are shipped out dirty. It’s all about how many orders they can get shipped out in a day, and not about the customers.
Never am able to make the trip since location by me closed . Am in Sherman and google says they are open I walk in ( doors unlocked ) the lady very rudely says we are not open . I say door is unlocked and google says you are . She pretty much pushes me out . Lost a customer
