What an eclectic coffee spot in Sherman, TX. I love how it is nestled in a “mall” of sorts, though you HAVE to go there and experience this unique place. And if you time your visit just right, you can get a hot piece of quiche (fresh from the oven) that is just yummy!This place is why I try to always go to an independent business over a chain every day!

The food!!! The food here is completely hand made, the flavors and textures expertly composed, and every bite is always delicious! Tucked into a cozy, tiny, boutique mall, you can choose from a handful of interesting sitting areas to relax in while you wait for your light lunch, bakery items, or coffee to be lovingly made and served. We love stopping here on our way to Dallas!

This place has great coffee, breakfast items and lunch options. More importantly the owners are great people who are attentive and friendly to their customers.

Went there with friends for lunch. The food was beautifully laid out and so very tasty! There were 6 of us and we were quickly served and our drinks were always freshened. I highly recommend this wonderful eatery! You will not be disappointed.

So Im not a coffee connoisseur so the most I can say about their coffee is that its really good and I like it, whether in its plain black form, simple espresso, or dressed up into a fancy drink. Ill let others wax on about roasts and grinds and such. Its good. I like it a lot. Decidedly better than those places that have you order in Italian.However the great coffee, smooth and rich as it is, pales next to the real gems - the food. They smoke their own meats and OH MY GOODNESS. And the flavors they pair them with, whether in soup or sandwich or taco form - good heavens. Perfection. Their smoked salmon is the BEST Ive ever had and I grew up on the Pacific Coast. Ive had smoked salmon from some seriously expensive places and Bean Me Ups salmon blows that away. And Sheilas baked goods - pure heaven. If they have their banana bars then get one. Im meh at best about banana bread but those bars beat chocolate cake as my favorite desert in the world. Theyre amazing.Plus you cant beat the atmosphere. Bean Me Up is tucked inside an older historical building thats been converted from an old J.C. Penneys to an indoor mall/office building with a cute courtyard and unique shops. The green chairs in the lobby are the perfect place for an afternoon nap whether you intend one or not. Decidedly a Sherman must-do.
