I’m really sad to write this but I am disappointed! I usually get great service and great quality food but this morning is not the case! I was given an expired yogurt!! I’m really bummed because y’all are usually great! But this have put a sour taste in my mouth. Just the smell of the yogurt could turn your stomach

I always receive fast, friendly service at this location! Most recently, I accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong location. They offered to make my order, at this location, with no second charge. I was very grateful for this! I believe the employees name who helped me was Blake. This employee went above and beyond, and did everything with a huge smile on his face! The other team members made our drinks quickly, and we did not have to wait very long. Once again, always fast and friendly service!

Got the pink drink today, staff was very friendly, and seemed very happy to help me.

The quickest and best customer service I have had. I go to this Starbucks about 3-4 times a week.I want to give a shout out to Beth. Beth is always so very sweet and right on top of everything. Just love her.

Difficult to understand how it took 23 minutes to wait to even get to the speaker and order. Multiple cars ordered and never made it to the window because they gave up and drove off. It’s been awhile since I worked at Starbucks but this is below the corporate standard. They are obviously severely under staffed, get this store some help because you are loosing customers/money.

Of course everyone loves Starbucks, but this place is so busy, you MUST have the app to order online to skip the lines. I never sit in drive through anymore, and always order online. The staff and manager Brie are so sweet and so nice!!! She reinforces these polite mannerisms in her new workers and i never come in without a Big Hello! or leave without a Have a Great day!

I walked in and ordered a Tall Cup of Coffee with nothing in it. To me its the best tasting coffee ever. I love the baristas here they are so friendly and so nice. Say hi to Emily if ya get a chance. 🙂

It was at a busy intersection off the interstate and a line was wrapped around it. I got out and walked in and surprisingly I was served with a smile and my sever was so pleasant. As busy as it was made me want come back again.

Im still a huge fan of Starbucks, but with the rise in popularity and the enormous amount of traffic that has descended upon the intersection of Hwys 75 & 82, getting in and out of the Bucks is a nightmare. Parking was already scarce and if you are lucky enough to grab a spot, beware of the snaking drive-thru line. Its like a turn at bumper cars trying to maneuver your way out of the lot.

This Starbucks is the best. Just moved here from Dallas.... not sure if it is Sherman thing but the drive-thru service is awesome. Especially in the morning.

Everyone here was SO nice! I came in with my husband for my birthday very apologetic because I had a complicated order and the barista finished ringing us up and said “okay now what was the complicated part?” Then everyone in the store yelled “happy birthday!” Not to mention the drink itself was DELICIOUS. Thanks for making my day happier!

Mamas gotta have her coffee !!! And yes Im basic and love pumpkin spice, I will say the cold brew, pumpkin foam cream is a little ehh for me so I change it a little and its FAB, but starbs usually is always a 5 stars for me!

This Starbucks is what you have come to expect from Starbucks over the years. Clean well kept, friendly staff. My only complaint is the ridiculous drive thru. The long line I get, everybody runs on coffee. The placement is terrible. Makes it unsafe, blocks Handicap parking spots and other businesses. and the line wraps onto the access road, nearly causing accidents every day I go there.

This is an okay location, but the drive thru can be tough to navigate during rush hour. I usually try to form the line around the building, but most others form the line backing up onto the highway. Service is always very good though.

This starbucks location stays busy from open to close. However, the staff is the friendliest Ive ever encountered. This location is always clean and condiments bar is always stocked. The ease of ordering through the app coupled with the speed and accuracy of service is why I continue to visit this Starbucks location weekly.

I usually go to Cjs downtown Sherman and today was one of those days I shouldve went there. After waiting in line for over 15 mins, all I ended up with was a Venti cup of steamed milk with foam. Not quite the white chocolate mocha I signed up for... unfortunately this location tends to do that quite often. Next time Im in the mood for Starbucks, Ill go down the highway a bit to the location across from TMC.However, the staff was friendly- but unfortunately thats not enough to spend $6 on a cup of hot milk.

Placed a mobile order and when we got here the line for drive thru was out the parking lot and down the road so we decided to park and run inside to pickup our order which was ready and waiting on us.

Have gone here multiple times and have never had a problem. Havent been there when it was overly busy but, when it was a bit busier the drinks were made with decent time. My drink was always made to order. Bathroom is clean when Im there as are most Starbucks. Drive through is small though but easy to get to. Parking lot is smaller than I think I would like it to be so when the drive threw is busy its hard to park. Other than that its not to bad of a Starbucks.

Pretty good, they were packed and had no place to sit, and I had to change my order some because they didnt have enough for mine. Nice people though.

Amazing service. They had my drink ready so quickly. I had their new nitro with salted cream. It was amazing! Their frappes are great too.

It was okay, Id probably give it three and a half. I dont go into Starbucks much but the kids love the mocha chinos and cake pops. The service is pretty good. But why dont they call your name loud enough to hear it, I mean why give them your name if you cant hear them call it? That is all.

I’m allergic to vanilla and they use it in their whip and I got a Carmel frap and asked for no whip. They put whip on it and after asking them to make another one because of being allergic to it (asked nicely) they went around the corner and came back seconds later. Handed to us and closed the window and there was still visible whip cream on the lid and Carmel that was on top of the drink. Will NEVER come back and just stay with the ones in Denison

Starbucks staff was friendly and inviting. They made an error on my drink size when making it but were quick and courteous fixing the issue. I would definitely recommend this location!

Lines were long, drive through line was unbelievable, very crowded and noisy. This was early in the morning! Only reason I went was because my daughter asked me to, and being Dad, I had to. These facts tell you that the product they sell has to be incredible, and it is.

I went here to get a couple of drinks and I was shocked at the line length. Cars were almost wrapping back onto the highway while waiting for the drive through. They were getting through orders fast, but it was just that popular of a location. When I spoke with one of the baristas she told me that this is the only Starbucks within miles, so that explains the crowd. Good location I suppose. If youre craving Starbucks and you are in Sherman, this is your place!

Starbucks is probably going to be the cause of my divorce but thats pretty much the only reason they got 4 stars. Service is always great in friendly as expected, and even the few times in my very particular order has been messed up, they were apologetic and promptly corrected the issue. Im here twice as day at least, its ridiculous!

I and many others love Starbucks its almost addictive one problem though way too expensive theyre so good youre willing to pay that extra $5 just to get you some, youre willing to stay in line for 30 minutes just to get you a cup personally I like the venti

What can you say about starbucks? They have top notch coffee prepared by professional baristas. They also sell coffee beans, whole or ground that you can take home. They have a selection of other food as well. The service is always great. Of course the prices are higher than a cats a__.

Love Starbucks coffee but its always so crazy here. The parking lot is completely chaotic and the inside is so tiny. Its nothing to have a line going back to the bathroom waiting on your coffee to be made.

I wont go there now. They have controversies which are counter to my beliefs. Their coffee tastes like burnt beans, and burnt was never my favorite flavor.

Great location right off of 75 in Sherman. They have a drive thru which is a huge plus for me with 3 little ones in the back seat! Everything I’ve ordered here has always been fresh and delicious. I definitely have longer wait times here than many other locations but that’s likely because it’s the only location in this area!

The staff are nice but not as professional as they should be. Although I enjoy having fun as much as the next person the staff there has too much fun. They are extremely noisy. Actually they make more noise than the customers. If you go in to enjoy coffee or tea and use the Internet, it is extremely hard to concentrate due to their noise. They consistently slam cabinet doors and heaven help us all when they empty a coffee filter basket, it sounds like an explosion.

I love Starbucks! The wait at this location was ridiculous. I ended up leaving before I ever made it to the counter.

They forgot my cream and honey on my last visit. Got a few miles down the road before I discovered it. Several different things have happened here. Probably my last time at this store.
