The guy I worked with was vary friendly. He did the best he could for my laptop. It was unfortunately not able to be repaired but he did not charge me. Would definitely go here again

I had to write this particular company a review. They made quite an impression on me. I was having problems getting a certain program to run and cut vinyl with my plotter. Seemed like every inch of progress was a hurdle, very frustrating.With very much professionalism, generosity and hospitality, they performed the miracle that I could not make happen. Yaaaaaay! Bravo for them!! Butch and Greg are my heroes. They are the best! I highly recommend this company for all your computer needs.I was sooo happy with them I ran out saying I had to go somewhere and scream I couldnt contain myself. 😄

The guys do a great job fixing our computers, this is our 2nd time bringing them equipment to repair. Very knowledgeable, easy to discuss the issues with, not too awful pricey.

I recently had them build a custom computer for my son and I. Its part gaming and part for work. The best part is, I can upgrade at anytime. My older computers were very limited by their brand. They built this crazy fast computer and installed all my software. I have not been happier with any computer I have owned. The quality and performance cannot be matched by anything you can buy I the big box stores. Plus, the price is the same. You wont be disappointed.

In reply to the review by Heather Cherwinski, we told her we would call with an exact quote to replace her screen on her laptop (as we do with everyone). We left several messages for her to call and confirm the cost of the repair, and it took her several weeks to get back with us. Once we had her ok, we ordered the screen and repaired her laptop within one week! We then left her a message that it was ready, and it again took her several weeks to come pick it up!

It took them 3 months to fix my computer, because they forgot about it. I called them at 2 months and asked them what was going on. He called me back told me the screen was broken it will be 220$. I told him we have already had this conversation why havent ordered the part. Enough said, this place has horrible customer service.
