Me and my boyfriend went to go get my oil changed and we were waiting for 30 minutes for them to tell us they ran out of air filters and that we would have to go buy one. What was sketchy they didn’t tell anyone around that except the car in front of us not anyone else around and there was 4 other cars I’m not for sure if they were trying to get rid of some cars or what but was definitely not professional. Don’t recommend

Grease & Go is the best at what they do they dont try to push wiper blades or air filters etc etc on you like other places do..there is always a line of cars but on a investment like your car or truck its well worth the wait to me for the piece of mind

I own and operate a service business and I expect to be treated like I treat others. I couldnt ask for any better service than I received today. I have read some of the previous comments just before writing this. Yes, they opened my doors and sprayed with wd40 without asking me, of course they will work better. Checked and topped off all fluids, air pressure and air filter. I have seen other places not be as thorough as they claim they are. The next time one of my vehicles needs an oil change I will return here.

Best service ever! They even helped me out by checking extra things on a vehicle I had just bought, thank goodness cause it needed a thermostat.

I didnt feel comfortable with their work. Manager was elusive when I asked to speak to him. Too, they just arbitrarily squirted some kind of lubricant in all my doors. Now my driver side car door wont stay open and slams back on me!!!

Good customer service, I regularly take my car in for an oil change. I always wait more than 30 minutes in line to be served. If youre in a hurry, go somewhere else.

I went in to ask if they could do a small job for me...change a bulb in my car. The man behind the counter said SURE, we can do that for you. He got up, went to the back ( the garage) And I waited. And Waited, and waited...and waited some more. He never came back, and the other man behind the counter never said a word,or saw about him. There were No other customers in the store. I finally just turned around and left. We went right down to OReilly and received help right away. They dont deserve even a 1...but there are no other choices. They deserve a Minus 1.

09/04/20. Pulled in line behind a pickup waiting. I was second in line. A vehicle pulled into drive and went around both of our vehicles in line. A spot opened up quickly and the employees directed the 3rd vehicle into the spot. I walked up to Manager Floyd. I said that there are 2 vehicles ahead of him in line that have been there 20 minutes. Floyd said, you should have pulled up. I couldnt, the guy drove around us... Do Not Use this location!!!! No Customer Service!!!

The only place I go to get my oil changed. They are quick and get you back on the road in less 10 minutes. You don’t even have to get out of your vehicle!

Great people with great service. Never try to upsale anything. Short wait in car then youre back on the road. The fill washer and blow out the air filter, air up tires, even grease the doors. Best place in sherman for oil change.

I really enjoyed this place compared to the others in Sherman. They changed my oil, cleaned the air filter, and a few other things. The old place I would go to would charge $75 and do nothing but the oil change. This place only charged $60. I highly recommended this place.

Grease and Go has a very nice and informative staff that helps you with any questions you might have, even those that arent really related to oil changes. In the service you pay for you get an oil change, air filter cleaning, window washer fluid topped off, tires aired up, and door hinges oiled. The two main types of oil you can choose from are Penzoil and Quaker State, although there are other alternatives. Overall great prices and friendly staff that make getting your oil changed a little less annoying.
