Good selection of merchandise.

Its an older building, but five stars for these guys because of their furniture display. I tried a soft leather double rocking recliner on for size that was super comfortable. They have some fantastic patio ideas that I plan to return for, including a portable gazebo frame with cover. Lots of wall hangings, bedding, cookware and appliances, and a snack food aisle. They have bird food and pet treats, too!

This is one store were you find excellent service and great people ready to attend what you need

Google everything unless you cant wait, items might be less expensive elsewhere.

3 stars because the store is great but if you dont have a way to pick up furniture DO NOT USE THE GUY THEY HAVE TO DELIVER. They sales lady was like hes good, fast, and reliable. Hes rude, can not, and WILL NOT give you a good time when your furniture will arrive. He will give you a date but no time. All you get is a We will call you a hour before we come after you already committed. I expressed I needed it delivered before 2 pm because I work nights and it was a ok I can do it. When I called him to confirm a time it was We will call you a hour before we come because we have multiple stops all over Dallas. If he would have said that in the beginning before I committed I would have passed and figured something out. Its 5 and he called me 2 hours ago saying he was on his way from McKinney. I should have just rented a truck and picked it up myself...... This is insane but I should have known better......

I love this place. So many things offered, at decent prices. The people are very helpful and nice.

I use to love this store. In fact I use to visit it at least twice a week. Now I hardly go once a month. The store wasnt very clean the last time I visited it a couple weeks ago. Bathrooms were filthy. The bed in a bag we purchased was missing things out of it. We call back to the store and they acted very unconcerned about it, and had an attitude when they said to bring it back. We explained we already have the sheets on the bed it wouldnt EXACTLY be sanitary for us to bring it back we would just like our pillow cases that were missing. We were then informed that was the only option and hung up on. I will Not be using this location any more, and thats sad. I use to love me some big lots.

I use lots of coconut oil & they have a great selection of it. I also get a lot of my makeup here as they get the good stuff often & it doesnt cost a fortune. Earlier this year, they had a drawer shelf that had USB ports built in,b but they sold out before I could get one. Such is life, though.

Came in looking for some patio furniture, and was helped by Jason, he was Great in helping us out and getting it loaded up as well.

Cheap good deals on every isla

The store is clean and organized. Jennifer, the associate, definitely represents Big Lots extremely well. Her support was above expectations and we really appreciated it.

Covid has definitely taken its toll on this store, but they still manage to be a guaranteed stop whenever Im in town. Well done!

My fiance is obsessed with big lots. The staff there is amazing. I really like the African American gentleman at the checkout hes extremely helpful and friendly.

Horrible customer service from an employee named Carry however she spells it. Talks over you and when I raised my voice because she was talking over me she just laughed. When we arrived at the store called to let them know we had arrived Carry answered the call took the information said hold on let me look for your order after waiting on hold for a lengthy time at least ten minutes.the call dropped we called back and Carry replied oh is he not out there helping you ? she never came back on the phone to let us know someone was bringing out our order. Not a happy customer

This Big Lots seems to be a bit bigger than most stores. Everyone is always friendly at this location .

The quality of stuff seems to be good and it is cheap. I bought a couch and am returning for the matching recliner.

GREAT experience at Big Lots today. Social distancing was being practiced. Felt comfortable shopping there. Got some cool Halloween items.

The last time I was in big lots was several years ago. I want to say probably 2013. I nevercreally was impressed with the quality of furniture and just seemed like lots of junk. I was in big lots a few weeks ago and was shocked at the change. They now carry Broyhill furniture and there home decor is up to date with the latest trends. I bought a few items and will definitely go back to biglots to check out whats new.

I did not shop only met someone for a marketplace transaction.

I go here for Halloween decorations.

The prices WERE reasonable before covid. Once again everyone wants to over price things because they can. I have bought things here and they were good quality for the price I paid. But looking through the store today I know that they are REALLY proud of SOME of their products. (as shown by the price increases)Maybe they should check the news or look around.. things are not that great economically. So Im thinking... 🤔🤔maybe they should try to keep prices reasonable so that the people that have shopped and spent money there when things were better, can continue to now when it really matters..(Im just saying Big Lots) 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I walked into biglots to get a few things and realized theyd made some much needed improvements. From the door to the isles and merchandise and furniture. It was a quick trip, so I will visit them again.

My experience was great!!! I was greeted by the casher she was very nice the for the 4star because the Campbell soups said a dollar for all the cream soups by Campbell but it came out a1.50. not much but there was a nother item. but that was it other then that it was a good feeling there.

They have a very nice. Inexpensive selection of furniture. I always enjoy shopping here.

They actually have pretty decent furniture. Very good place to get household items, I dont know about the quality of their food, they have some different brands but they have good selection of everything!

Great place to find a good deal 👍. The ppl seem to be more knowledgeable than any Wal Mart employee Ive ever met. The atmosphere is really cool. The aisles are always clean and clutter free.

Lots of things to choose from. School supplies,kitchen items, towels, place mats, furniture, make up ect. Great place to shop to save.

This Big Lots location is basically a small department store with many if the basic supplies needed to stock your home. They even sell cheap furniture, rugs and dishes. Dont expect fantastic quality but at least you can get some items for your college student or kids just starting out.

I can usually always find what Im looking for at a reasonable price. They have friendly staff and its easier to get in and out of than having to traipse through a huge superstore.

Variety!! Lots of items are pretty consistently on the shelves, while others come and go. I truly enjoy the sales and specials, but I really look forward to the changing of the seasons as they decorate the store so appropriately and beautifully!

I always find something interesting that you dont see in big box stores. This weeks find was wide and I do mean wide, German egg noodles in the pasta aisle.

We made it there 1 hour before closing so we hurried down the isles. Staff seemed pretty friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is that there are lots of items not marked...I dont like not knowing the price. When I asked it cashier if he knew how much the fold up chairs were... Here just looked at me and said idk... Your tools l total is...
