Went grocery shopping around 8:30pm and went to the self checkout. I asked the lady helping with self checkout if I could possibly get a few more bags to finish bagging my groceries. To my amazement she replied no there arent anymore. Which when you looked at her station there were plenty. People in the deli and bakery are super helpful but when checking out not only was I not impressed but it really just rubbed me the wrong way.

I rarely say this about a Walmart. But the employees in the Auto Center are just amazing. They make me feel good about the store every time I come in that way. Generally? The regular Walmart employees are good about helping at this store also. But the auto employs go above and beyond. There is a little short girl who just lights the place up. And the beautifully kind African American woman will leave you in stitches. She is a hoot! Great job lifting me up when I go your way.

Of course Walmart is Walmart you can find what youre looking for 70% of the time. They move things around really often which confuses you I think it makes you buy more cuz you passed more things that fly youre looking for something else. There is not many staff on the floor however there are a few and I have found when I stopped them and asked him a question that they are very helpful. Now if you do not take time to approach them and ask them a question then you can blame only yourself but if you will take the time and ask the person I have had exceptional response from the employees I was out there three times this past Friday due to my mothers death and was picking up some things and there was three different people and Im sorry I meant to get their name but it was the lady in cosmetics Iron Man over in the housewares and also at the camera department they were extremely nice and helpful

HUGE rave to Chad in automotive!! I was having problems and was told at a different place that I needed new tires. I came into Walmart to get those tires. Chad patiently listened my issues and answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid for having them.It was determined my tires were just fine. All I needed was an alignment. Took my car in, had the alignment done, and, sure enough, all of my issues were resolved!Chad could have taken advantage of me being uneducated and just put new tires on my car, but he took the time to actually help me and saved me hundreds of dollars by doing so.Because of him, you gained a new, loyal customer. I will be having as many auto services as possible done as possible because of Chads honesty and willingness to help. He was patient, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. He is an absolute asset to the automotive department.

It was quick and easy the people were nice the girl at the register was apologizing because she was training and I told her take her time everyone has to learn sometime. She did really well

Walmart is a really good place to shop they have really good prices on their meats and also they now deliver so it makes it way easier to get your groceries and nice and fresh. I also like the fact that they are very clean they clean every one of their baskets after someone else uses them. Mask included as you walk through the door for safety from the virus if I could give it a 10 I would but theres only five stars.

My wife and I went in and grabbed a couple things. One of those things was a single 12-pack of beer. I had my ID. I was purchasing. She did not have her ID. They refused to sell me the beer. So, I guess if you go with your kids you cant buy beer either. Alicia and Debby made our Sunday very frustrating and for no logical reason. Didnt feel very appreciated as a veteran.

For once it wasnt to crowded. Had everything I needed.

This store is amazing. The staff are very helpful and have good attitudes. The store layout is very easy to navigate and understand.

The parking lot was easy to navigate and free of loose carts. Once entering the store I was greeted by the door person and easily found a basket. The store was well organized and stocked so I was able to get what I needed easily. The produce section was pristine even though it was the middle of the day. I was impressed and wished my Walmart that is closer looked like that.

I like this Walmart way more than the one in Sherman. Seems to be well stocked most of the time. Employees pleasant parking is good

Wow. Changes within customer service at this location. Can see the change in the way we were treated and obviously the way employees are being treated. All eager to assist us with shopping and very friendly. CSM and cashier were full of energy and just on point with customer service. (I wish I had paid attention to these ladies names).Finally a good change in atmosphere with the associates. Glad this corporate world company has decided to take their responsibility of providing a decent wage to their employees and keeping them all happy, its definitely reflecting in your customer service and their energy and efforts for me to spend more there!! Pay attention to your employees they work hard and deserve more!!! Will definitely be back!!

The people who work there are not very friendly .do not like help any one at all.

Walmart needs to invest in more bathrooms! When I was shopping with my wife she needed to go to the restroom. The one upfront by customer service was being cleaned and the one the was in the back by electronics is now employee only. The next time I need to go to the bathroom and it is being cleaned, I guess I will have to go in the floor.

Its still a questionable place to shop. they may or more so probably not have in stock what they had 3 days ago....the product management/stocking is really disappointing....but corporate Walmart really doesnt care.. .its all about the $$$. They could care less about your safety, your familys safety, much less about employees safety....its more about corporate bottom line $ profit.... As with the rest of corporate America.. ..but being a little person in fortunately I have to go to the place I can get more for my fixed income money...

I use automated pick up and so far I have been pleased with everything I have gotten and Ive been doing it this way since last march

It was great. No one wearing masks (except employees), no one buying into the liberal covid agenda. It was just a pleasant experience. Cant wait to go back to this location. Its like this little town came back to reality faster than the rest of the country. Wouldnt even think covid existed by walking into this Walmart.

Ive been going to this Walmart for years, staff is nice usually - there will always be a few bad apples here and there. I do wish theyd clean the store a but more thoroughly though.

Really dont like self checks but we are being forced to use them. Then you have your receipt checked at the door if your items arent bagged. Duh you cant bag kitty litter or a big bag of dry food.

TERRIBLE customer service. You got literally a whole store full of employees playing on their phones and listening to music ON THE SALES FLOOR (which when I worked at Walmart that was a write up but that dont seem to happen) and you cant get one of them lazy people to go to customer service and help instead of making this poor old lady run the whole thing WHILE they deal with cashier problems alone?? I was not the only customer who was bothered by this. I heard one lady say she was there for 3 and a half hours. I know other departments are cross trained I worked at Walmart for many years. No excuse for poor management. Get it together Walmart.

Called up to ask about bank hours and the employee refused to help me and THEN refused to give me her name when I politely asked AND THEN hung up on me! When I called back she immediately hung up on me twice! So immature and terrible customer service. She said she was working at the switchboard and sounded a little older. I hope management finds this and does something about. I would also like to add and EMPHASIZE on everything being completely OVERPRICED!

I was sadly dissatisfied with the help I got at the automotive department. Also, I didnt find what I needed ended up buying the wrong thing due to not having anyone to help with sizing.

I would give the Sherman Walmart ZERO stars! Literally was just there had to go get something and drove over an hour to get there. I am not able to walk due to a broken leg so my son pulled up front for a minute or less to get me an electric cart... a yellow vest walks out and yells at me to move and move right now I cannot park there! I tell her I have a broken leg and my son has gone I to get me a cart so I can shop... she makes a rude da e and says whatever hurry up... then when I get into the store she starts pointing at me and saying something g to another yellow vest so I proceed to the restroom for my 1st stop... she follows me in and then mumbles and walks out! No thanks I dont have to be treated that way! I left and will make my purchase elsewhere!!!

Its a walmart. They cant keep up with the demand or growth around here and have so many empty cashier stations. They need to hire more cashiers or turn more of there non used stations into self checkouts. Just ridiculous.

Repeatedly they CANNOT keep NO SUGAR A&W ROOT BEER since before Covid. Being Im a diabetic thats important for me Now that the shelves are FULL for the most part, they regular Root Beer in all forms diet Root Beer regularly they dont have

No matter what time of day I stop there I always have to stop at a grocery store to get something on my list because the shelves are always empty on some items I need.

Waited over 15 minutes for assistance in the sporting goods department and never received any help even thought employee page was over heard on the intercom

Now that the novelty of shutting everything down is over and most places, save for few who believe Covid works only when sun goes down, have resumed normal hours, Im wondering why WalMart is still shutting down early instead of returning to their 24 hour schedule, yet their prices are higher, their employees are just warm bodies wandering, they dont really help and when closing time is about an hour away, one of the employees starts announcing the current time and time in minutes left before the store (and registers) will be closing on the loud speaker. Even worse, that is the first of the announcements that occur in increments of 15, sometimes even 10 minutes until the doors are locked and the jailer stands guard. I understand that people sometimes need to be reminded of the time, but overkill makes it easier to ignore.

Found everything I needed and the people were really nice

Go to this Walmart often, usually nothing special. Most of the employees are pretty nice and knowledgeable though. Prices are usually competitive with other stores in the area which is why I keep coming back.

Disappointed in sports trading card stock. They never have any product for purchase.

Wish there were much more regular cashiers. Seems like we are being forced to use the self-check-outs. Not good for me (and many others) who are elderly and/or disabled at ALL!!!

Auto service department was subpar. Will go elsewhere for oil changes and tires. Will stick with Discount tires and will try either First choice for oil changes or Kwik lube in Van Alstyne. Everybody in the auto service looked like they were miserable and unhappy, all young and miserable, sad but it is what it is. Paid for the most expensive oil change and they didnt even vacuum my side of the car.

Phone as specialist was rude in rush unwilling to help had call different Walmart and at&t to find out I can use 5 g sims she said I couldnt almost drove 25 mls out my way

I see going to Walmart anymore as a chore. There are so much better options. I go for my scripts. I will order my food thru the app if I donr feel like getting out. However, home good there are much better choices at other places.

The selection is decent, but could use more diversity in foods. Mostly I am disappointed that they do not carry more black owned hair care products. Cantu is everywhere but not black owned and therefore does not work well. The ethnic hair care selection is seriously lacking.

I like the new design of the store, though I tend to get lost because I dont know where anything is anymore its still upgraded and nice. The new Scan & go was open and there was not a line so it made it relatively easy to get what I needed and get out.

Just in case anyone was unaware, you can only buy1 single pack of pokemon cards, per household here. Putting that kind of extreme limit on a product is unprofessional and ignorant, and genuinely just wrong. What if both of my children want 1 pack of cards each? Absolutely unacceptable, will never go back to this location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Being disabled makes carrying my groceries nearly impossible, so I use the pickup, believing that they would have a MINIMUM service of bringing it to the vehicle for me. I pulled into the slot, called and explained my need for assistance ( in the RAIN, no less) and was told to use the machines, repeatedly I asked for help bc they were not working and NOBODY would assist! I injured my shoulder, elbows, and hip trying to load the bags in bc they were LAZY!!!

Getting terrible. Everything I went to get was sold out! What are the odds? Are they not restocking? Reduced employees to the point of cant keep up with supply and demand? Not happy shopper today, and I am a frequent Walmart shopper! Ugh!

I would say Walmart super duper Center not Supercenter its the biggest Walmart Ive been in.

Decent trip, except for walmart only having one pack of underwear in my sons size, which I understand. Except that it was missing 3 out of 10 pairs and theyd only give us a 10% discount, leaving us paying for 2 pairs of underwear that werent even in the pack if I wanted my son to have fitting underwear. I told them Id review the visit, so here it is.

I have come to terms that I literally despise Walmart in any Walmart supercenter Brand store anything I think the only Walmart you should go in is the gas station Walmart at least they check you out there.

Its Walmart. The staff are helpful when needed. They never complain when we have our small dog with us when we are at the store.
