Just attended the LTC class this past weekend with Austin. Very informative and helpful. Austin answered all our questions and was extremely patient with us. I have also purchased a couple firearms from here, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are also very competitive.

They have excellent customer services and they don’t price gouge. Definitely my favorite gun shop and they also have black rifle coffee on their shelf.

I recently made a purchase here, Austin helped me, and was super helpful and nice. He was informative, didn’t act annoyed or put out with my questions, (and I had several) and offered further assistance in the future. The process wasn’t crazy long, and the paperwork was easy. I drove up from Dallas—- what I wanted was $100+ more everywhere down here, so it was worth the drive. I will refer other friends down here to this location, because it was easier/more comfortable than any experience I had in Dallas. Thanks you guys for being so helpful. 🙏🏼🤎

I was looking for a good used .22 caliber rifle, had been to 5 other stores before Best Pawn, was extremely disappointed in prices and selection till I got there, they had very reasonable prices, friendly staff, a good selection, it was a pleasure to deal with them.

Good counter help, with ample inventory of firearms and accessories at reasonable prices. Ammunition is still sparse and over priced, akin to CDT or gunbroker. If you need hardware or suppressor, its worth shopping.

These guys are on point in helping me pick out my first firearm. They had exactly what I was looking for in a variety of options. Gentlemen behind the counter were very professional and helpful when it came to all questions I had. Wait time was very reasonable, maybe took 20mins for all paperwork and processing. I will definitely be back when I pick out my next Firearm.

I’ve been going to BPS Outfitters for several months and the service has always been fantastic.They have a great selection of guns and ammo and many other items.

I had a Vortex scope mounted on a rifle. When I picked it up I forgot to get the box and accessories that came with it. I came back later and the nice micro fiber lens cloth was missing. I asked about it but they played dumb. Not very friendly and not in a hurry to help a customer. I would have given only one star but they have things that other stores dont.

Big selection of ammo and guns. Prices are exceptional too. Everyone that works there has been really friendly to my wife and me

These guys are awesome had a problem with my ar and brought it to them and the younger guy at the rifle counter helped me out now it is firing like a dream again I will definitely by back again great atmosphere in there as well awsome store

Ive worked in Sherman for 20 years. This is the best gun store in the Sher/Den area. Huge inventory of firearms priced competitively, especially AR types. Big selection of ammo at fair prices also. Knowledgable sales staff that is not pushy. They also frequently have hard to find guns in stock when others dont. If they dont have it they will order it. I think they may even price match. I highly recommend Best Pawn Superstore.

Horrible experience and customer service! I was extremely judged being a female buying a gun! Kept pushing and asking if I was buying it for someone else! So very disrespectful !I have a lot of experience with guns, many personal guns and my carry license (veteran family). Everyone I talked to was extremely rude! Except the guard he was hanging out with my daughter while I was asking questions. Will not be back and do not recommend them!

If youre looking at guns, and want some service, maybe some friendly input on a potential purchase, go somewhere else.Update: I gave them another try because of limited ammo choices in my area. I observed a stark dichotomy between the helpfulness and overall attitude of employees. The younger staff offer helpful, friendly service while the older employees seem disengaged, almost aloof. Keep in mind I REALLY want to like this place because they offer such a large selection, but shopping here has been a mixed bag.I’m amending my post mainly because of one younger gentleman that was helpful and professional. He was ready to answer my questions, which were hastily shrugged off by another employee. These were valid questions, mind you, about a $400 price difference between two identical guns.Update: I had another extremely helpful employee that answered all my questions and gave us the time of day even though the store was packed on a Saturday. I’ll be doing more business here as they seem to be improving their customer service.

Completely dissatisfied, you guys came highly recommended but when my daughter and i came im to purchase a gun. My daughter was on the phone with her husband to make sure that ahe picked out the right gun foe her home aince he ia deployed. When my daughter asked about a military discount, Alex advised that her husband would have to be present and no lomg could sell the gun to her. It was not a limited addition gun it was a glock 17 5 gen. He began barking straw purchase with this did not evem qualify as a straw purchase as she was purchasing for herself. He became irrate and told is that he would not sell us anything in the store We where told after driving 45 mins that we would have to talk to cliff in the morning. Than we could talk to cliff now but neither gentlemen would contact the owner. This gun was a self purchase gun. Even if ahe was buying it for her spouse it is completely legal in texas but continues to accuse us of a straw purchase. My daughter was looking for something for self protection for her and her 6 month onld daughter to be treated horrible. I asked the other gentlement so if i called my husband said i want a wilson combat with starburst grip 1911 45mm would that be gift or straw. He agreed gift but since alex ia the full time employee what he said was gold. Its disgusting you treat two female that way. Bit was kind enought to thank him for his service

Not much variety overall. Low offers compared to others around the area. Somewhat nice staff. Prices are not to bad. Could have a better selection of music equipment as well as vehicle sound systems. Overall a decent establishment.👍

The staffs service is lacking in customer service and there prices are no different then any others pawn shops but they do have a pretty good selection on all kinds of nice things but there guns are the true star of that store.

I have been using them since I dont know when...they are fair with their prices...yes I have lost a few things but its been my own fault...they still let me comeback...

Hands down the BEST gun store I’ve been to, travelled all over the metroplex and to other states with the military and have never found a store so well stocked with knowledgeable and courteous people working. Will always endeavor to do business here, even though it’s 8 hours from home.

Owner of the store was very rude for no reason. Because I didnt know the difference between pawning and buying he rolled his eyes and held his hand up to me as he looked away and said then i dont need to be talking to you so then i asked him if i could speak to a different associate because he was being rude and he replied with I own this place and if you dont like it you can leave so I told him i font care if he owns the place is like to speak to someone else about buying a laptop then he told me he would call the cops on me if I didnt leave. Think he might be on drugs seemed like he wanted to pick a fight n his eyes were huge and he was waving his hands everywhere.

Yea theyre rude and act like their doing you a favor by just talking to you instead of making the customer feel welcome. I called them and they put me on hold, I could hear the guy waiting on someone else and when he was done he just went to doing something else and never did pick the phone back up. You lost my business suckers, i am retired and i buy a lot of stuff. I Called J&S Pawn and the lady was courteous and very helpful.

They have ok prices. They do need to get a updated website. I am not sure who is in charge of that but they need add current inventory on website so you can look at what they have. I am am not sure why they do not have a current website. They are suppose to be the best pawn but no website hmmm. Please list your inventory on website.

Total rip off. They took in a gun that was stolen from me on pawn from a known criminal. After the police contacted me and I was assured I could either purchase it for the pawn store’s cost or wait 1-1.5 yrs to receive it thru the court system, I decided to purchase it as the gun was a family heirloom. Magically when I arrived, their “mysterious & vague” cost had DOUBLED!!!! I appealed to the store owner and relayed the information I was given by the investigating detective. Still got screwed. These guys are liars and will take advantage of you if given a chance.

The place was clean and they were helpful but as others are saying, I did feel like I was a slight inconvenience for them to help me out. But overall it was a good experience and they had some good deals!

I went in there a couple days back and found a saxophone I loved it I had a music store owner make sure it was in good condition and it was stolen!! Next time you get instruments get them looked at so you can make money
