I can not say enough about the staff at Beltone in Sherman. My mom called to get an appointment and they set her up to go to the Plano location but somehow the Sherman office found out she lived closer to Sherman location, they reached out and got her an appointment the same day at 5 pm. When we got there, we filled out the paperwork and were called back right at 5 to meet Leslie Cyr the audiologist. We went to Beltone for a second opinion.Through course of conversation, we found out that sweet Leslie lived about 2 hours from the Sherman location. She worked on getting my mom a great fit and walked through every step of new hearing aids. We were at Beltone from 5 - 6:30 getting my mom a great set of hearing aids for an AMAZING price with 3 year warranty and never once did we feel rushed to leave (mind you, Leslie had to drive 2 hours to get home). I was more apologetic than she was worried about it.if anyone has any concerns about hearing aides and wants a second opinion....go see Leslie and her team....AMAZINGLY OUTSTANDING!!

Went in for 2nd opinion and came out with appointment for fitting of new aids we purchased.
