When I first came I didnt think I had a hearing problem my children wanted me to be testedWhen they tested me I did need hearing aids and theyve been working with me really well and they are very kind people they really care they listen to me when I have a problem I love my hearing aids I can hear everything really well and I can hear my grandbabies talking its changed my life I would recommend them to anyone they are very professional and caring

Very professional service. Audiologist took what ever time was necessary to explain how the aids work and answering any and all questions during several visits. Very friendly and courteous attention. Hearing aids chosen works GREAT !

We have known Jill and Kenneth for years... they have helped our family on numerous occasions.... not only are they consummate professionals... their concern and compassion is evident to all who meet them. Most recently they helped my parents.... who now hear so well... we have to be careful as to what we say!

Everyone in this office are the most professional and friendly staff. Every visit from the first until my last. Carolann, Deb, and Dr Sheppard are amazing. Ive never had to wait and they even opened early for me because of my work schedule. They are the best.

The staff is very friendly. Felt well taken care of. They took me through each step of wearing hearing aids slowly and listened to all of my questions. Follow-up treatment to get the hearing aids dialed in was also great. I would highly recommend to my friends!

I dont think the caring and service you will receive at HearCare, Inc. can be beat. I have a special hearing deficit (resulting from sudden hearing loss) that Kenneth worked on to provide me with the best hearing possible, and the follow up has been most helpful.

After I had some issues with the Gainesville TX office I was contacted by the staff at the main office in Sherman tx as to what the issues were and how they could alleviate any future issues, after our discussion i was assured that the issues would be taken seriously.I have since seen them at the Sherman office 3 times and I have to say that I am convinced that the owners both love what they do and genuinely care about each and every patient they see.I originally gave 3 stars but after giving them a second chance I have changed it to 5 stars, I look forward to seeing them in the future for any hearing issue that might arise.

I just had my second great experience with Hearcare, Inc. I called in with a problem on one of my hearing aids and found out my warranty had just expired. Hearcare was able to get my warranty extended to cover my problem...they had no obligation to do so. Another problem solved by Hearcare, Inc. Assume group.

Thank you to Jill, Deb and Carol- Anne, for all that you have done for me. For the first time in many years I can hear the birds outside from the inside of my home and the large, low toned chimes are beautiful. They have been hung on our porch for 15 years and except for when I am on the porch, I havent heard them at all. Now I can hear them from most anywhere in my home. They are just beautiful. I love when the wind blows! The bird songs and songs of my chimes are glorious! Jill, thank you for having been so great at answering my questions regarding my hearing aids and my hearing in general. Deb, you have been awesome in answering my many questions about my hearing aids, showing me how to change the wax filter and so many other questions, running copies of information on the care of my hearing aids and especially dealing with my other half also known as Trouble! LOL. We enjoy interacting with you. Thank you. And to Carol-Anne, thank you for tolerating my always asking if Debs there or not. You are a dear and we enjoy interacting with you too. You have taken care of us equally as well as Deb. Especially the other day when there was some excitement next door. You were hilarious and would make a great investigator. We tend to just drop in at times and are treated so welcomely and with joy. I have suggested Hear Care to a few of my friends and even a lady that I met casually at Walmart where I heard a phone ring that has the same ringer as my phone and because it rings directly to my hearing aids I really did not know from which direction it came. I told her that I hear the sound in my hearing aids. She said that she couldnt even tell that I wore aids. She told me that her grandmother needed assistance with her hearing so I referred her to Hear Care. I never got her name and did not have one of your cards to give her. I hope she was able to convince her grandmother to come to see yall and that everyone is so friendly and takes good care of their clients. Got my ears checked, plus they helped me get hearing aids also very friendly place to go they make you feel very welcome.

I bought hearing aids from them but they didnt help me.I told them they werent working for me before the trial period was up but he kept telling me he could get them to work and my trial period expired and they wouldnt take them back.I was out a lot of money because he wouldnt listen.I now own a 6,000 dollar aids that that are no good to me.He was in only for the money.Look somewhere else to buy.
