Rochelle was such an amazing person to work with. Happy, helping, and the best customer service. She went above and beyond for us, and Im happy to leave a 5 star review for her. Would definitely recommend this place for uhaul and storage.

I dont know about their storage, but picking up a U-haul here was the worst experience ever! We have rented a lot of U-hauls in our 20+ moves over the years, but this was the only time weve ever had such a negative experience! We set up for after hours pickup (which weve used before with relative ease), and they forgot our furniture dolly AND put the wrong key in the lockbox! After 30 minutes on the phone with U-haul, they helped us access the second key box, and it was empty! So we wasted all that time and now we have to wait until tomorrow morning and spend another 40+ minutes round trip (plus however long to actually pick up the truck) to try again and we will have to delay getting started on packing. So, we wont be coming back to this location! Well be driving the opposite directing to Mckinney, instead.

My experience at 5-Star Storage was very good. Glenda was knowledgeable and helpful as was Pam. I gave them a 3 star rating because there is always room for improvement! I would recommend 5-Star to anyone with a storage need.I would like to thank Cynthia for working so hard to rectify a problem I had with my gate code over the weekend of 8-9-2020. Cynthia you rock! The climate control units are 80 - 95 degrees since June 2019. Facility is under new ownership. I gave them time to make repairs but after 2 months I moved out. Barbara refuses to refund me for my unused days as my contract states. Barbara also blocked my code on June 10 because new owners changed due date to first of month and, although I was prepaid for the next 26 days in June she states I was past due because I will owe for the last 4 days of the month. Barbara failed to send me an invoice for these 4 days....she just locked me out! There is no one to call on the weekends in case of emergency. The inside of the buildings have dead bugs and lots of dirt. And they raised their prices! This facility is not what it used to be. Oh, and I called Ruben but no return call yet.

Cynthia was very kind and helpful. She answered all my questions without me having to ask them, the prices are affordable and the unit that I got was clean.

Absolutely UNREAL how gracious and helpful these people are. Weve rarely if ever had such pleasant dealings with any type of business as this. The facility is top notch, but its the staff that make it worth the extra drive for us to store our RV here. Sure wish other companies would learn how its done from these gals!!!

We had our stuff here for 3 years. They changed owners. Both super nice. We did get mice in our climate controlled unit. No break ins. A lot cheaper than Dallas so it was worth the long term storage.

I have had no troubles with this place in the past, but I was not impressed today. I went in and rang the bell on the counter and waited several minutes. The person in the back was too preoccupied with adult movies that they were watching very loudly.

The lady was very helpful she made sure we had everything we need it she covered all the details. The truck was clean and ready to go I would use their services again

The business looked very professional and your staff is top notch. Considering that a couple of pit falls were encountered, but Glenda handled everthing and we came away, as a happy customer and new tenent.

Super helpful and courteous. I couldnt get a unit today in Sherman, so guy reserved me one in van alstyne. A little farther, but best price and high security. Lots of cameras.
