Tina was awesome. We are moving to the area and she not only helped us with our storage unit but provided information about the area. The facility was clean and well laid out. I would highly recommend.

I spent the majority of the morning searching for available storage units in the area and finally located what I need at Devon Self Storage. Once I confirmed availability I was able to secure my storage space quickly and easily online. I received a call within moments from Tina at my selected location to confirm my information and lease. I have been renting form here for over a year now and have never had any problems i get between 5 and 50 boxes of product sent to the office every week when i show up to the office to get them the staff helps me load them. the staff is amazing and always smiling. I will never go to any other place as long as i am in Sherman...

Been in this store twice and Shannon has been great to me every time. Would recommend going here if everyone else was like her. Not so sure about the honesty of the other male worker. There is a one star review pertaining to the exact issue regarding being locked out of the storage unit and being told an automatic payment could be set on a date that it actually could not, and I worked with a male employee I dont know the name of unfortunately. Be weary of him.

Great place for rent, staff is very helpful

We worked with Shannon to arrange our storage units - she was beyond helpful and gave great customer service.Facility is well kept, units are clean, doors work perfectly and very easy to lift/close/lock. Front gate has a keypad and there are cameras on the outside of the buildings throughout the property.Moving is never a fun process - especially when you have to store your belongings between homes. Shannon made this process as easy as possible and gave the peace of mind to us that we were needing during this time.Google didnt put the place on the map correctly but that is in no way the facilities fault. A quick phone call and we were able to get there without any issue.

Manager extremely helpful and respectful in response to my needs. Facility clean, secure, and well supervised. I would highly recommend Devon Self Storage.

I was locked out of my storage unit by their mistake. Very inconvenient when I was there to pick up items. I was on auto debit payment so I did not have to worry about payment. They took my unit off auto pay, did not call or email me and then locked me out for non payment.. Great customer service there... Why do you have to give your information and the company does not bother to call or email ..... Then they did not take responsibility for their mistake.. Made excuses for the error.. What, I got on your computer and changed my payment method and didnt bother to call myself ??? Would not recommend !!!!

Awesome experience! I used the online feature super easy and pretty straight forward. But the best part was in my 5 hour drive going through traffic it became very apparent that I might just not make it to the office before it closed. My panic was quickly quelled when I called the store and spoke with Lisa Petty who was willing to go the extra mile and make sure I would get in there no matter what. I ended up making it on time but I really feel like she put the costumer first, and you just dont get that much anymore. Thank you Lisa

After 2 months the manager i knew went on to bigger and better things, the so called manager has zero people skills and obviously has no experience running a business. The place is trashy now with bugs and if you say anything she will attempt to make snide remarks which she also is no good at. The place went from 5stars to 1star, definitely go to the loylake one if at all possible. Last thing you want to go through is dealing with this lady on a Sunday afternoon while she is still in sleep pants, will need therapy 😁

I have had a unit with these wonderful folks for nearly 5 years. They were helpful in getting me a unit when I first moved here with my family & again when I needed an additional unit after a flood. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a little extra space.

This place is very clean and fairly easy to access. The prices are somewhat reasonable given its location and cleanliness as compared to other self storage units. The staff was very friendly and helpful to boot; would highly recommend.

I prorated to move out and they overlocked my unit anyway. They made my wife pay nearly $100 to undue their own mistake. Now they are ignoring my phone calls because I want a refund. I had to pretend to be a new customer and, lo and behold, they picked up immediately. They said they would have a district manager reach out to me. Nothing. Crickets. Zip. I used to work in this industry and understand the challenges. Looking at the tidiness of their facility and their office, I should have seen this problem coming. The lady that was there when I first started was great. They have since fallen off.

Outstanding storage facility! The caveat is that you may pay a little more than their competitors, but that price is reflected in the quality of service you will receive. The manager has went above and beyond what is expected for good customer service and for that, there is no substitute! Highly recommended!

Very helpful and informative leasing experience from Shannon & Debbie. I leased upfront to the left outside space is convenient, except first day all three cars on the whole facility after lunch: we were in each others way due to only one driveway for cars to exit from the back two lanes, but we all remained friendly. Space is clean and well maintained as advertised. Items available for purchase to help with move are reasonably priced.

I reserved a unit on the phone and immediately received confirmation for that day. When we arrived the unit was clean and ready. The staff on the phone and in person were very courteous and helpful. This is a great place to use for extra storage.

They were wonderful. They worked as a team and gave us a great deal along with selling us more items 😫 They were very outgoing and lightened up the mood.

Cant say anything negative. From the first telephone contact to the move-in storage day and since, service and facilities have been impeccable and a joy to work with. The two back gates allowed the large moving van easy access to the two storage units. The availability of multiple sizes allowed us to pick the units we needed without worrying about not having sufficient storage space, not having more space than we needed and allowed us to separate items into both normal storage and temperature/humidity controlled spaces to best serve our storage needs. Their multi-period storage programs also allow one to select a storage timeframe best suited to our needs without the continual need to renew.

I needed a storage unit to store items while remodeling my house and picked Devon based on the reviews. Debbie was a great help and the facility is clean and neat looking. i highly reccomend Devon Self Storgage to any one in need of a clean, neat and well priced storage unit

I dont know because I didnt go but Thats what happens when you spy on people and campers world did a much better job yesterday and I bought a new camper but the owner should of apologized online when he saw my comment.I did go back and get storage at Devon storage.Too expensive. I cant find the remote to the lights on my new camper from camper world.

Units are nice, not real impressed with the lady running the place. She keep my husbands Driver licenses knew I was in a rush to have to go back and get them then was rude to my 16 year old when I sent him in to get them. She had to bring them out to the truck and then made me show my Driver License to even return them. And she knew exactly who I was. I think the fee for a big unit is way more than it should be when there are other places half the price but we haven’t moved from there because we’ll soon not need the room. Apparently they also require a 30 day notice when you know longer their services. I feel the manager on site is on a huge power trip. Really wouldn’t recommend this place.

Have had my unit there since 2018 starting at 165.00$ a month and in 1 1/2 years rental went up to 209.00$ monthly without being notified of increase. Would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Went to get some needed things from my unit at 9pm. The website and gate sign both say access til 10pm. Access was denied area closed. That is unacceptable. Have been a customer for 5 years but as of tomorrow I will no longer be a customer.
