Best reward program, need more locations

Got Ripped off by the female working at Mapco in Sherwood for the 3rd time. She attempted to make it right, but only refunded 1 item out of 2 she originally charged me for twice. Too busy on her phone while checking customers. And cut your eyebrows THOT!!!!

I really like the rewards card. It helps me save on gas quite often. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

I’m giving four stars to this mapco, the place is fine but whoever the girl is that was working night shift 1/2/19 (as it was past 12am at this point, might be considered 1/1, I’m not sure) she was totally and completely rude when I came in. She looked at me, I smiled and she looked away. Rather than provide any customer service she continued to talk to her coworker about how cleaning up the dining area isn’t her job, or something like that.So this Mapco is very nice but that one chick really needs to learn customer service. Just because you work the night shift doesn’t mean you don’t need to be nice to people.

Good service and never had any issues with the gas.

I used a gift card in store to pump gas. Upon using the card it was declined. I had to use other funds the were allotted for other purposes to get gat. When I called to get the balance on my card the amount is pending and being held. I have called customer service to release my funds as well as the gift card company only to receive the scripted jargon and to be told I will not get my money back for 5 days. This is pathetic because now Ive spent double and Im leaving to go out of town. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO MAPCO AND I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE A REVIEW ON THIS INCIDENT BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS!!!

Not very friendly staff. I ordered a thing, wing and potatoes logs. It was good though.

Cant stand gas stations that cant figure out how to put receipt paper in their pumps. Doesnt seem that hard to me but apparently its pretty hard for the people at this store since they never have any.
