Scheduled a COVID vaccine for 9am using THERE web site. Drove 40 minutes to get here to find out they canceled it 30 minutes before my appointment. Reason we don’t get here until 9am and start the vaccines at 10am… why let me schedule online if your not giving them.Just wasted hours of my valuable time at $45 dollars an hour you cost me a lot today. Vary inconsiderate.

This pharmacy has gone downhill since Charles is no longer there as Rx Manager. They were always short staffed and managed to stay up on things. I have recently had 2 separate occasions where my prescriptions took over 5 days to process and they had over 6 people behind the counter working. Ironic they never had any help before and service was far better.Demario is amazing but he cant make this place work alone.

This store doesnt have a mask policy for employees. I was just there at approximately 11am today. The clerk who helped me find a rapid covid test was not vaccinated, was not wearing a mask and proceeded to lecture me with the latest covid misinformation. I contacted CVS customer service and they told me that the policy for employees to wear masks is up to each individual location. So a major health chain is leaving such important information up to each store. The website says this store requires masks but that is not the case. So we can blame CVS when the next surge with the Delta variant hPpens here.

This is the slowest pharmacy that I have ever gone to! They will have your prescription and it’ll be something you need to take ASAP and they will not fill it the same day! They have horrible customer service and I wish that my job didn’t go through them to fill our prescriptions. Kroger and Walmart fill the prescription the same day or they will at least give you a courtesy call to let you know that they don’t have some or all of your medication. I had an allergic reaction to seafood and my medication was sent over the same day. I was suppose to start taking the medication the same day, but I had to wait 2 days after I had the flare up. I want to switch another Cvs, but I’m afraid that they will be the same way as this one.

Very very VERY slow. I have been waiting 5 days for them to fill my prescriptions and they still say pending. Tried to call the pharmacy on the phone and so far I have been on hold for an hour with no answer. Ridiculous. Every time I go my prescriptions are either not ready for pick up or I am in line for at least 45 minutes.

First off, the pharmacist is AMAZING he is so funny and sweet! Demario Rollins is his name. Hes very quick and just a delight!! The techs are amazing too! So big thank you Demario for all your help today!

I am so blessed that I transferred to this location. My pharmacist Demario and staff always go that extra to make sure that my pharmacy needs are met for example: from calling the doctor several times to calling me and informing me that a medication was no longer available. My days are sometimes complex and just to know that I have someone else looking out for my health makes me feel better. Thank you Demario and staff.

No one watching the register. I had to go looking for someone to check me out at register.

Super slow.

The staff greets me immediately every tome I enter. The pharmacists always pay attention to the scripts and if they are safe. They have caught errors. They have made suggestions to a tired and scared mama. They are often overwhelmed. They sometimes make mistakes. Everyone does. Give them some slack and show some kindness to these Hard working men and women.

I love this store. All associates are extremely friendly n knowledgeable. Its one of the cleanest stores I have been in, The pharmacy personnel are professional but the wait is a little too long. Especially for the senior citizens and those really sick. But I do like that store

The pharmacy tech Kayla was very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. She new immediately that the store didnt have the prescription I needed and offered to try and find it at another store. She then attempted to contact the Doctor and realised the phone number on the prescription was wrong. Looking it up and contacting the doctors office to get the medicine changed. She was just super helpful and professional. Im so appreciative of her help

Demario (hope I have that name correctly!) is the BEST pharmacist!! Hes stolen my familys heart with his patience and understanding when I was convinced he short-changed me on an antibiotic. Ive used plenty of pharmacies in Pulaski county but this one is a keeper. Impressive customer service for a big-box store. Keep being awesome, Demario.

The pharmacist screamed at my poor mother and was completely unprofessional because my mother was told her meds were ready and when I drove her there to pick them up she was upset that they weren’t ready and the pharmacist screamed at her and said he couldn’t get her medicine or had just sold the last of it to someone else. He screamed at us going out the door. We’ve moved all her prescriptions to Kroger. This older black man pharmacist, don’t know his name, should be FIRED! Please shut this location down and build us a nice fast food restaurant lol

Short staffed and the Pharmacist is rude and has no patience. He needs to be In a Pharmacy where he doesnt have contact with the Customers., perhaps a hospital

Nice clerks, helpful with locating products...but are gossips about co-workers in front of customers. Guess they have alot of time for such drama, because this store is not really raking in the shoppers! They seemed ready for the pesky customer to leave so they could continue at full throttle whatever they calmed down long enough for this customer to get items. (Didnt seem too eager to have a browser type customer at all!) It was my first time visiting a CVS.

We have had nothing but good luck with the CVS Pharmacy in Sherwood. We switched from another large national pharmacy chain to CVS about 5 months ago. The staff is pleasant, and they always have our medicine in stock, and it is filled promptly.

My child has maintenance perscriptions and we have to get them at the store. The pharmacist there is very direct (as opposed to being rude), but when I asked if he was former military, he indicated he was and toned it down a bit (my dad is prior military so I know). They will make you wait two hours to pick up, but I explain to them that I live far away and they have on occasion accommodated me.

Dropped off my toddlers cough medicine on a Friday and was told to come back in an hour and a half. when i returned they said the prescription was not finalized by the clinic so they couldnt fill it. at this point the clinic was closed and i could not get resolved. i asked why they did not call and they just looked at me....on another incident they gave me the incorrect amount of pills. I was supposed to get 12 and they only gave me 8. this was a terrible mess to figure out!! very unorganized and some are very rude. the blonde pharmacist (i believe a head pharmacist) is the rudest person i have ever dealt with. store side manager is equally bad. had a corporate call about her and they seemed apologetic, but her attitude has not changed. staff needs a major overhaul or leadership change.

CVS is under staffed and over worked. Because of this, they can’t spend time with you on the phone or in person. You can wait up to 20+ minutes on the phone or in line inside the store. Hire more staff and everyone could be more pleasant to work and deal with.

This is one of the best pharmacies ever. Walgreens and Walmart have given me trouble more times than I can count. The staff is always so nice and the pharmacists work hard to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. They really care to make sure my routine scripts are filled correctly and answer questions about any new medicines.

Many people have absolutely no idea as to the workings behind a pharmacy. I moved here from California and if these people commenting knew the difference how much this pharmacy is compared to how it is in California, they would be more greatful this is Arkansas and not California. If they knew what goes behind a pharmacy they would take back everything they said bad about this pharmacy. It has the best staff and they work hard everyday especially the pharmacists. The only reason they say bad things about it is because they didnt understand what went behind the making of their prescription. If it went any faster they would be a burger joint. But its not. Its a pharmacy with medicine and insurance paperwork and checking it not once not twice but more than that until it gets bagged. And as far as pseudoephedrine its a control drug in the state of Arkansas so there are security and qty limits. Check the federal regulations and then it wont be a big surprise as to why you cant buy certain amounts and at certain pharmacies. No one question the laws and procedures when theyre in a DMV or a hospital or even at a post office. But because a pharmacy is attached to a store its considered all one entity. Everyone who works at a pharmacy has to go through federal government clearance. Its not like these people walked in and got a job through an app. If theyre good enough to get through federal regulations then theyre more than qualified to take care of your prescriptions that actually can harm you.

This place is great! They go above and beyond. I switched from Walgreens and I wont go back.

The pharmacy employees are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in a service job outside of fast food. I was a loyal customer from day 1 of their opening, had wonderful relationships with the original 2 pharmacists there, but it has been all down hill since. They obviously have more work than they can do with the staff provided, but that does not call for out right rudeness. I have started switching to Cornerstone Pharmacy as my scripts have come up for renewal. Their hours are not as good, but they are the nicest people in the pharmacy business I have met. Only go to cvs if you are buying OTC items. The non-pharmacy staff are extremely nice.

I am not generally one to complain but I too have experienced some of the most unfriendly customer service at this location. I have not spent less than 30 minutes waiting on a prescription that is supposedly already ready for pickup. This is largely due to the fact that I have seen at most 3 (usually 2) people working at a time. Today I spent over an hour waiting to pick up my prescription and was met with extreme rudeness when I voiced my concerns (I was running well over my lunch break and due to return to work). The staff continued to speak about me as if I were not standing directly within earshot and in front of other customers as well. Keep in mind, I did not become irate as I find that type of interaction counterproductive. I work in healthcare and understand it can get busy and stressful but have never treated a client in this manner. One would think given the high volume of customers, they might spend the money to staff the pharmacy properly. At this point the way they were all running around frazzled, a medication error is inevitable which places both the company and the pharmacists license on the line. I will not be able to continue using this pharmacy.

Wow !!! I have a couple expensive medications and this pharmacist was great! She took the time to help me find coupons that got my copayment down from $250 to $10!!!!! Amazing.The staff all were courteous and helpful. Love this pharmacy !Definitely recommend

Very rude Pharmacist on the phone. Then when asked to speak with her Supervisor he was not apologetic by no means for her behavior. Excused her behavior as that is how she talks. She is from Chicago. Mind you Im calling as another medical professional. I cant imagine how the customers are treated. Will contact Corporate today. Not acceptable behavior.

The store is not terrible but I am giving it a one star rating based on the ruuuude pharmacy tech or pharmacist, not sure which. I was thinking of switching to CVS but after asking her a simple question she was so rude! I will never use this pharmacy now. Their Rx prices are higher than other places also.

I have literally NEVER had a bad experience in this particular store. On the contrary, Ive received good to excellent customer service each time I have gone in. Ive never had a situation where they needed to go above and beyond, but if I did, I would go to this CVS waaaay before I went across the street to Walgreens.

Even one star is gracious. This pharmacy is the least helpful pharmacy Ive ever been to. After Numerous problems, I transferred to a local pharmacy and couldnt be happier.

Unorganized to say the least. The last two prescriptions we have tried to fill there they didnt have in stock. They werent even anything special just birth control and Amoxicllin but both are pretty important. We will have it in a couple days is what they say. I live 20 min from the closest location so its not like a trip down the street. So have to drive 20 more min to the next location. If you have other options with your insurance I strongly recommend using somewhere else.

I had, a prescription for a muscle relaxant at cvs...everything was good for 3 yrs..then cvs switched to a horrible generic brand of carispodol that has caused me numerous health problems...the staff in sherwood is great (with the exception of certain pharmacists) but the medications are suspect!

In my experience, the rest of the staff is fine, but I am in complete agreement that Charles Johnson is the rudest, most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with. I am taking my whole familys prescriptions to Walgreens from now on (and thats a lot of prescriptions). Trust me, they are way more professional and kind at Walgreens! Also, CVS frequently doesnt have the medications my family is prescribed and Ill have had to get them filled elsewhere. Common things like anti-nausea for post-surgery.Specifically, Ive had no less than 10 dealings with Charles and in those dealings he has told me my doctor was wrong (turns out Charles was ignorant about what my medication does), told me to ignore the automated system because he has no control over it and it is often wrong (seems like an issue that should be addressed!!!), talked about his co-workers loudly and disrespectfully (and refers to them not by their names, but by where they are from), has said hed get me a 90 day supply next time and then theres no record of it, and has COUNTLESS times told me something would be ready the same day, when he actually doesnt have it in stock and then it took a week to arrive OR never arrived. And no one will bother to call about these issues! Id have to call and then be told condescendingly why its not his fault. No thanks, Im an adult and choose to not be spoken to this way. If he ever gets fired or leaves, Ill come back!

Worst pharmacy around. Rude people and never have rx ready when they say they will. Don’t get in a hurry for nothing. Filled half my rx and send texts a week later to pick up the part they forgot. If my insurance didn’t make me use this place I would definitely never come back.

Once again they have mest up and as a customer i have to do there job call my insurace company get the info to fix the problem. Then call them back wait on the phone again 25 mins to have them tell my wife ahe has to wait even longer and go with the medicane to alleviate her pain . Way to go CVS.

Pharmacy on phone leaves you holding forever. I had to call back 4 times. It hung up on me once. They said they faxed my dogs prescription to the vet and never got an answer - days ago. I called bet. They never got a fax. Had to call back. CVS kept trying to hurry with the info I gave them. I knew they would get it wrong. I gave them vets phone number. I dont know fax number. I told her repeatedly that I didnt have fax number. Its like they are not really listening to you. They put you on hold and another person gets back on and knows nothing. Very aggravating.

Worst experience ever. Do not use this pharmacy if you have another choice.They have poor customer service. They will lie to you about how long it will take to fill your prescription. They are rude. They are condescending.Is there anything else that needs to be know about this CVS? Believe me there is not!

Do not go here if you need meds right away! Theyre THE slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to. Half the time they dont have my meds in stock and if they do, it will take ay the very least 3 or 4 hours. Dont be surprised if it takes days though! Ive also called about a medicine thats supposed to be ordered and a week later its still not there and the pharmacist said i had to get a while new script bc its taking so long! WORST PHARMACY EVER! I ONLY go here bc i have to get my maintenance drugs here.

My wife and I are forced to use CVS for our maintenance medications by our insurance provider. So we switched from Walgreens about a year ago. Just about every time we have to deal with these people its a hassle. One person will tell you a date to pick up meds. Then when you get there the pharmacist has no idea what youre talking about. Then the manager will proceed to talk down to you and shuck responsibility for the screw up. I feel sorry for the technicians because they are the ones that get caught in the middle.

Overpriced but so is Walgreens. Unsure how long it takes for a prescription to be filled here as I never had one filled here. Go to Cornerstone Pharmacy they will fill scripts in 15 mins, or you can have them delivered for only $3-$5.

Pharmacy couldnt tell me how long until rx would be ready. Called an hour later and was told they were working on it and they would be done in 45 minutes. Wife went to pick it up 3 hours later and rx was still not ready. Wouldnt be such a big deal if We didnt live so far away. Also they had to change the labels on two of the rx three times before they got it right. Wife had to keep driving around the building for 45 minutes as they helped other customers to get mine done. Very unorganized and rude to say the least. Will definitely try mail order next time. Would not use this pharmacy if my insurance didnt make me for maintenance rx.

First off I didnt want to give them the 1 star. The pharmacy is the worst!! I dont understand why they offer the app or call ahead service because I have called ahead several times and medicine is never ready. The lady pharmacist (idk her name, white lady) is very rude and argues back and forth with the staff. She makes a million excuses as to why your meds are not ready. I have literally been standing at the counter and listen to her answer the phone and lie about how many people she has waiting.They ask you to get out of line to come in and be skipped over. I will never use this pharmacy again.

CVS has you use a card to get discounts but I never get discounts on anything. Instead I get profuse amounts of paper coupons I have to keep track of. At Walgreens I don’t have to do anything except scan my card and it automatically gives me discounts- not just once in a blue moon but frequently. CVS corporate: don’t you realize this is turning customers away?!?
