It is so hard to find the application and actually fill it out that it makes a person want to quit before they even begin and on the phone especially it is only once I went on to my laptop and restarted the whole application process was I able to actually get the whole process completed

Takes 10 minutes just to prepay gas here. Every single day. Doesnt matter what time you go in or what youre buying, you WILL be waiting 10 minutes minimum.

Came in to get a sticker for the car wash pass I purchased online. neither both of the cashiers knew how to look me up and they asked me manager to help them The manager then proceeded to complain about how he never gets to go home because of stuff like this then said that if someone like me showed up a few minutes later they would have just told me to go home since no one knew how to do it

Window washer fluid always empty!

The cashier named Sarah and the GM Michael are both very rude and unprofessional. I will never be returning to this gas station. Which is unfortunate because I use to stop there often and never had such a problem. But I DO NOT feel comfortable EVER going back now.

Partner filled up gas here six weeks ago. The next day, we went grocery shopping and when we came out, his car wouldnt start at all. The certified technician we brought it to claimed that the fuel pump went out due to high deposits in the gas he purchased from THIS speedway. Just got word today that they believe their gas isnt faulty, even though the technician says it is a product of bad gas. Over $1200 in repairs and the company is adamant it isnt their fault. Well never go to a Speedway again.

Watch your receipt. Prices ring up higher at the register than the price on the shelf. No apologies or correction; just a rude reply from the GM.

On August 9th I got gas and got a car wash code to do after I filled my gas tank up, I type it in and drive in and sit there for two minutes and then the car wash just shuts off completely. I go inside and the person told me that it was my fault the car wash shut off and then said “I guess I can give you a new code” and when I asked if I could just get a refund he told me they can’t refund credit/debit cards. I took the code and went back into the car wash and as I was sitting there the spinning thing that cleans your car almost took my side mirrors off (I can’t flip them in) and after I got home I looked at my car and there were a ton of chips in my paint and scratches all over. I went in and told the guy that I’d like to talk to a manager and he said there isn’t one in until Monday and that I can come in then. I asked to leave my name and number and an explanation of what I wanted to talk about and he said yes. I did and Monday (August 12th) comes around, no call. I go in Tuesday (13th) and the same guy says that the manager got my note and isn’t in again until tomorrow. I’m highly disappointed with this speedway and the management, the car wash damaged my car and they won’t call me or talk to me about it.
