They charging $120 for a mobile service + $120 minimum 2, 5 hrs for work no matter if this work is a 30 min you will be automatically paying $300+120even if you need to place a cup on your tire valve!!! They charged us $400 for a 30 min work- trailer air line replacement. I will never use them again.

Terrible service! Do not pay them in full until job is done! Been waiting since July for them to complete a job! Terrible customer service! Never call back! Can’t believe they are still in business!

Came here for a pre purchase inspection for a semi truck that i wanted to buy.They checked the whole truck inside and outside and gave me their opinion about the truck. Took them a good 45 minutes. After everything i asked how much i owe them, they just said its for free!!Amazing people! Very knowledgeable about semis.

From parts to service to road side assistance, I’ve used this tremendous crew for it all. Had everything from a Mack transmission rebuilt and replaced in house, to a fifth wheel locked solid on a job, to a wheel bearings replaced on my 3/4 ton gmc pickup and I haven’t had one bad experience. Great group of individuals who are very professional and timely. This crew goes above and beyond the call of duty,was stranded with broken air lines on a chassis trailer more then 100 miles from there shop. Onsite was there in just over an hour to save the day. However, I have now been recommended to come here by two different people, one that works for a towing and recovery place and another that owns a small fleet.Ok, now for the review, this was my first of many visits to come at this shop. Its rare to find TRULY family owned/ operated businesses anymore, but thats exactly what OnSite is and I felt like family, or at least a close friend, while my truck was being worked on. Bre and Cyle do an awesome job and did it RIGHT, another rarity these days. And price? They have the FAIREST prices that I could find, especially for doing a phenomenal job. If you have the pleasure of utilizing this shop, know that your truck is in great hands.On a side note make sure you give Aibo lots of loving, she is such a sweet girl.Wanted to add, they speak English. Not that I have anything against the eastern European mechanics in the Chicago area, but communication is sometimes difficult.

We bought a shuttle bus from them. Finding this bus was a godsend to our family as our van that we had at the time was down for the count, electrical and engine internal issues.We found this bus on Facebook and called about it, Cyle was right on top of answering all messages from us and we agreed to by the bus without ever seeing it in person.When we got up to the shop to pay for it they were checking it over to make sure there were no major issues that we would have to worry about. And there were none, Cyle even added in a bunch of spare parts in on the deal without being asked for them.I know that some people would think that this was just another car deal or whatever but to us it was a HUGE deal that helped open up our sons world and has enabled us to take road trips and vacations without having to worry about room or dependability.Everyone we met at the shop was professional and kind. Cyle was there when he said he would be and we still are in contact with him and the shop. We would definitely call them for repairs if we broke down in their area.If more companies were run like this one there would be a lot less people acting like mechanics and service providers were crooked and shady.My family is forever grateful to these folks for everything they did for us
