After searching for a good local mattress store this one had good reviews. The experience at the store was one with little pressure, the salesman was mike and he gave several recommendations on the beds and I really liked one. After applying for the 0% interest financing I was told they would follow up with me once it was approved (or not). That was on a Thursday around noon. I called back later in the afternoon and was told they had not received the results yet. Called Friday and I was not able to get a hold of anyone (youll notice a trend here). I called again several times on Saturday and again was not able to reach anyone. Waited until Tuesday as Monday was a holiday, alas I am able to speak to someone, they tell me the computer is currently being used and that a salesman would follow up (think that was on you mike)... needless to say they did not. Again I call Wednesday and no answer. I had to finally give up on this store. There is such little pressure to sell that they dont every try. If its this hard to buy a bed from them I wonder how hard it would be to return a product.

I took my 92 year old Grandma there for a new mattress. She loves her Therapeutic Monterey mattress. They delivered in a few days too. Thank you!

My experience with City Wide Mattress was second to none. I consider myself a picky shopper that will ask a lot of questions and take my time when making a purchase that will last a long time like a mattress. Working with Mike P. was great. He let our family try out mattresses without any pressure, answered all of our questions, provided his own personal experience/opinions, and was very trustworthy in my opinion. We ended up buying four different mattresses and we were excited about each one. Mike kept us updated until our time of delivery and the delivery team did a great job. Our house does not have the easiest layout to move mattresses up/down stairs and they took care with our walls and railings. We went to City Wide because our friend/neighbor purchased from them 3 separate times and couldnt have been happier. I am glad we listened to their referral, as we are now another satisfied customer that is giving out referrals.

Great mattress buying experience! Staff so nice and not pushy, very knowledgeable and prices very reasonable! Delivery and set up was smooth and had a lot of stock that was ready to go within a few days. Heard from many to go here and was even more impressed so would absolutely recommend everyone to go here for easy and least stressful mattress hunting. Love this business!

Went in to buy a new mattress, not knowing what I wanted because it had been around 23 years since the last purchase! Thought I wanted a hybrid but then decided on a memory foam. I was not pressured at all by Mike and he didnt try selling me the most expensive one. Got the mattress delivered within a week and I couldnt be happier, affordable price and great service. Thats what I want when I shop for anything, this memory foam is excellent and I have back problems and I actually have alot less pain in the morning. Thanks City Wide, IHighly recommend them.

Friendly service. Mike was very informative but not pushy. Also gave us a great deal on our purchase. Delivery guys were very polite and on time. Would definitely recommend citywide mattress. Much better experience than mattress firm, sleep number or any of the other chains.

We ordered a king size mattress for our new home a few months ago and Im so glad we chose City Wide. The whole process was so easy, it almost felt too good to be true! With three kids in tow, the salesperson helped us find a great mattress in just a few minutes. We love it! The delivery guys were nice enough to pick up our old mattress at our old home and deliver the new mattress to our new home - no questions asked! I recommend City Wide to anyone! Its an honest, small-town business that truly cares about its customers.

I can not say enough about this company! I tried doing the online mattress purchase, and ended up with a horrible nightmare for my troubles! I went to Citywide, on the recommendation from some of my family, who have gone there for years. I did not want to go, I can not stand shopping for mattresses, but Michael made the process tolerable! He literally showed me all the mattresses that would be a good fit for me, and took notes, all without any pressure! The price was perfect, the mattresses are fantastic, and I will go there again when it is time for new mattresses, hopefully in 20 years!!!

Huge selection and there is no pressure to buy. Without the overhead the prices are so within reason you cant help but purchase from the store. The sales crew know their beds. This place is pretty much Word of Mouth.

Will NEVER purchase from here again!!! The customer services is so disrespectful. How do you stay in business when you have a WITCH for help. I was trying to explain to her my sons frame leg broke. She went into this story how he mustve jumped on it or he is too big because weve been in business so long and we see this everyday. So I told her it was neither because my son knows better. Well I told her she went on a tangent and I told her I just dont understand if he did neither why would it break? She went off on me and I told her dont worry about me replacing it from you guys, you suck and I hung up. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! And you dont even deserve the star that you have!!!

We got a nice heavy duty mattress. After a month its finally softening up a bit, lol. Owner was nice and patient. No pressure.

Excellent customer service at City Wide Mattress in Shorewood. I needed a box spring, and every other big-box store in town gave me the complete runaround (quoting double the price of City Wide) along with a insane delivery prices ($70+ for delivery within Plainfield). Rick and Nick were honest, fair, kind, and met the lowest price of quotes I received within the area, with a delivery charge of only $25! My box spring was delivered within 30 minutes of me calling, and they hauled off our old box spring and mattress set! The two guys who delivered the box spring were completely kind & courteous as well. That is how you take care of your customers. Im so thankful!

DO NOT SHOP HERE/WARNINGI just left there, the owner straight out told me I would not give me my money back and walked away from me basically holding my money hostage. Called the cops and had his Shorewood police friend call me 4 times unnecessarily persistent to tell me I was banned from the store and I should consider myself warned, all because I didnt like the mattress he sold me. Didnt know Shorewood police worked for shady characters but I called a attorney, I want my $1,800 back.
