I will choose sears for buying appliances over home depot and lowes. Im telling everyone about my great experience and satisfaction that I have with purchasing from sears. Id urge yall to do the same should you find yourself in the market for appliances.

Was promised my order on February 17th and did not come in. Was told it will be in on March 17th after 2 weeks of waiting. Could have called and gave me an update. Was offered a floor model with a huge scratch on the front for $100 off. I paid with cash and was told I have to wait for a refund because they dont have cash! Frustrating Frustrating!!!!

These people are very friendly and are eager to help us find what we want. Love Kenmore brand and always buy their vacuum cleaners!

These people are so friendly, and helpful! Helped me pick out the best appliances. After looking at several different microwaves, washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, I think I got the best deal and service for my kitchen suite. Even great extended warranties for the next time my appliance dies on me. I will be back soon for a mattress or treadmill / cycle or maybe a ride on mower or Craftsman tools for the hubby! I didnt know they had so much stuff.. thanks alot to the folks in show low Sears.

Sales people were very courtious, not pushyDelivered when told they would installed and took the old dryer away. Altogether a great experience

(edit) then they pretend to Care by sending you this automated message with an email that doesnt exist... real classy Sears.I purchased a battery charger over a year ago guess what I cant find the receipt. And the store will not help me in any way without it. Say Im not in their system but I have the bank statements proving I made the purchase. Call Sears corporate and theyre just as useless. I would not recommend buying anything from the store unless youre going to staple the receipt to your forehead.

I went to Sears Hometown Store in search of a new refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The employee that assisted me was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. He took the time to explain each product in detail and answered all of my questions. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and my new purchase.

These guys were great. They showed up on time, quickly and efficiently removed my old refrigerator, installed the new one, set it up, cleaned up after themselves (including taking the trash out!), and were gone in less than 30 minutes. They even changed the door handles for me at no extra charge. I highly recommend the service team at our local Sears hometown store in Show Low.

It is one of the few Sears stores in the area and carrys a good selection of most things offered by Sears in tools and appliances.

I received a full kitchen from the sears store here in show low and the guys who dropped it all off were only suppose to get it into my house and leave. Well my fridge did not fit and they took it all apart and re assembled it after which was above and beyond what they were paid to do. Any box store would have left it on my door step and said it was my problem. Best delivery guys ever!

Better prices on appliances than home depot or Lowes.
