Worst customer service ever. We had a breakdown with our current trailer and are stuck in the area desperately searching for a 5x10 to get us out of here. We called and after being transferred back and forth between associates they confirmed that they had one for sale. We tried to purchase over the phone and were told we had to purchase in person and that they cant hold it for us.So we drop everything we were doing and immediately drive 50 miles in our RV to go get this trailer. We get there and the trailer looks like it was assembled by a child. The boards were all unevenly spaced and warped and there was a brake light missing. We asked for a manager to talk about getting it at a discounted price and he informs us that they dont even have the title for it!We explained our situation over the phone and the woman that helped us even went out and looked at the trailer to check the size for us. The fact that all of these things were ignored will insure that I never spend another dime at Home Depot. The manager (Jacob) couldnt care less about us wasting $60 in gas and hours out of our day due to his stores complete lack of diligence and quality assurance. Would you spend $1,699 +taxes & licensing fees on this trailer?

The most courteous, helpful staff of any home depot Ive shopped in. It was a real pleasure to shop there. George, Debbie, and Brittany jumped to our aid and stayed with us through our shopping process. They didnt leave us or drop us. And acting manager Jacob, was equally kind and helpful. Home Depot is a nice place. Always crowded millions of employees but none when u need assistance or u find one and they dont have any idea what youre looking for. If they even have it in stock.

Costumer service? What Costumer service? Long wait, bad service when i rented a boxer it broke Down do to not having oil. I lost nearly an entire day do to homedepo not servicing their equipment. One employee running a department that he wasnt trained in wasnt even the issue. The issue was the other employees standing around. When i finally got machine running myself the next day i brought back machine only to find employee on a cigarette break. I didnt even realize it was the employee until he finally came inside. When picking up the machine i had the Landscaper blowing the dust towards the employee and myself. Nothing at this location made any sense to me. I could not grasp the unprofessionality at this location. As a contractor i find myself at homedepo multiple times a day and this has to be the worst location.
Decent prices. Good selection of merchandise. Usually have what Im looking for, or at least a very acceptable alternative. Only complaint, considering its a stupid one, is that its really noisy inside. But what could one expect from a supply warehouse type store 😁 lol
First time at this location. We had a frustrating time with people who were SOME help and others who were NONE at all. Olivia was absolutely fantastic! I was able to express my frustration and she made it all better! I didnt have to wait in a separate line with my cart full of lumber, she helped ring us up right away. My experience started off at 2 stars and went up to 5. Olivia was very helpful and got someone to immediately help us load up. Her customer service skills are definitely a 5! Great job! Thank you Olivia! :)

The Home Depot Everbilt yard hydrant is the worst most worthless product ever built!!! My husband is a licensed plumber and has had to replace several with in 6 months of installation. By the time its realized that the new hydrant is leaking, thousands of gallons of water have been wasted. The brass fitting that is on the end about 3 ft down, cracks or just comes apart. It has to be totally dug out from 3 ft of mud, Its a real piece of junk! Do not buy this product!

I dont like to shop at big box stores. Because I am just a number of millions of others who want to give them money. I bought a chainsaw for Christmas and had brought it back because it was broken after using it twice. I had gotten a protection plan and they couldnt help me... I have to call the company who the plan is through. Last time I checked it seems like their job. Ill go to my local place next time and not drive so far and get treated like a person. Thank you for reminding me why I dont shop at places like yours... Im not just a number

Just shopped at this store a few minutes ago and the cashiers that work at garden were rude. The young lady in grey sweater had a little attitude. I really didnt appreciate that, please train your cashiers for better service.

The. Product I got from Lows was very good and the price also but the post office was awful. It took me 4 weeks longer then they said I would get it .mailed from the same state 185 miles away .It better to drive and pick it up.
What can possibly be wrong with the Home Depot? Only one thing - they put returned merchandise right back on the shelf. Consider buying a water pressure pump that has been returned after pumping sewage for example. So, 4 stars.

This Home Depot has been a struggle to get anything right from them . Theyre customer service is trash they do not pick up the phone Ive been calling for an hr straight Ive been put on hold twice . I show up to the store and they are snobby and arent helpful for the life of them . I would not recommend anyone go to this store they wouldnt even get a star if it was an option .
Over the years home Depot has been a good place to get any hardware in lumber items covid kind of changed things and building supplies are more expensive not quite what wed like and even being able to go in and get like one screw is not possible anymore you have to buy packages but still have things that you cant get anywhere else and you still can get the six by eight green grass rugs for about $22 and thats a parking so I shop there garden center hunting for bargains and discounted plants as well as broken open bags of potting soil and compost mix things of that nature I do like this location of home Depot in Show Low Arizona

Called their designated tool rental number 3 times in a row. Each time an automated answering system placed me on hold then disconnected after 15 minutes. This is the phone number provided on their till rental website. I finally got through by calling the stores main number then having then transfer my call to the top rental department. Where I told them about my experience trying to call the rental line they said, Oh, that just just goes to the little tech repair room and there only someone there a couple days a week.As for the rental, I rented a Ditch Witch trencher. The safety chains on its trailer were too short to reach my truck. Then after I got it to my house (a 30-minute drive) I discovered the trencher required a key which they hadnt given me. An hour roundtrip later to pick up the key and I finally got to work. The trencher was in good condition and worked well. Due to the high concentration of malachite rocks in the soil here, 80 of 30 deep trench took 5 hours to dig so, I ended up having to pay for a full day instead of 4 hours. Nothing I could do about that. At least they restarted the clock for me when I picked up they key.

Wait is always long, parts are NEVER in stock, customer service is non existent. Have to ask for help multiple times then wait a half hour for someone to show up to cut carpet. Home depot has gone down hill fast. Wont be a customer any longer.

The main reason I’m writing this review is because the customer service person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, argumentative and snippy with me. I called to ask the status of my order because this is the second time the due date was missed and I received no call or update of any kind. Summary of interaction: (Phone rings and she answers hello) I tell her I would like to know the status of my order. (Silence.) I ask can you hear me? Yeeesss(full of attitude) one minute (hostile abrupt tone). What’s the order number(demanding tone)? Oh I wasn’t given one. (She lets out a hostile sigh) every order has one. It starts with a w. What’s the order number? (Impatient and demeaning tone) I don’t have one. (Silence-which I don’t interrupt given her attitude) phone number (clipped tone)(I provide it) online order? (Clipped tone) no. She says she sees it was due yesterday and it hasn’t been received it will be here tomorrow. I ask will someone call me to let me know cause no-(interrupted) YES! (Extremely rude, impatient, almost yelling tone) ok cause no one called me either time before. (Silence) umm ok thank you. She replies mmmhmm and ends the call.Now beyond this I could ignore the fact I came to buy a bunch of appliances and no one could answer my questions. They were too new and didn’t know anything so I bought them all at Lowe’s. I tried to order blinds and the employees there were new as well and couldn’t answer questions. They were eventually able to go fire it out but I am not confident in my order. you have repeatedly missed delivery dates for orders with no contact to me so I show up in store and item is not ready. But Rudeness I can’t tolerate. I don’t care if she is having a bad day or I am the 100th person to ask about an order there is no excuse for the way she treated me. She is the only reason I wrote this review.
1 star because they,like Wal-Mart dont treat there employees that want full time fare. Home depot keeps losing great people.3 star because one most search for help.except in electrical( the old guy that cant hear well is always in that dept).5 star because they have a lot of stuff.

I just had the worst experience at home depot.My husband and I were there to get plywood and we finally found 3 employees standing a little ways from us I tried waving them over to help us and they laughed at at me and waved back to mock me .Ive worked retail all my life and never have I been so insulted before. I usually am okay with our local store. Not the best customer service but okay. This time we were wanting to buy a washer and dryer. I swear online it said it was in the store. We drove an hour to get there. It was my bad, but the ones we wanted were not in store. The worker in the area, was not helpful. Just said they were not there. And didnt know when they would get more. And left it at that. We had to ask her about different options. When we asked the soonest we could get it she said December 12. When we left the store, and looked online and ordered it there, we are supposed to get it November 27. This makes no sense. It seemed like we just came up to her, on a bad day. We were planning on spending over a grand, which is a lot for us, she was not interested in helping us at all.

Stopped here on my way up to my property and was mildly surprised at how clean this place was as compared to other home depots in the valley. Also staff was friendly and seemed genuinely eager to help, which also surprised me. Yes I would recommend this home depot in showlow az to my friends and others.
After my order was delayed five times and I was told o have to wait for it to come in before I can cancel it, it finally arrived. I called the store and waited 55 minutes to speak to come one only to be hung up on without even a hello. That is ridiculous wait time.

Great selection of materials/appliance. However, if your Native American dont expect to get help or as quickly. Have a Caucasian friend go in for you!! Theyll get what you need without any waiting and such.
While online shopping is a good alternative these days, sometimes you are not sure what you need and Home Depot has a wide selection.
Ryobi Tools are now junk.I have had a set I bought in 2009 they still work today and more powerful than the new 8 piece set I just bought.I have already seen smoke from a drill motor and can smell the impact driver getting hot.To bad these tools reflect the stores review but I should not have to send my tools to a company for repair that will not answer the phone.These tools are less than a year old.
While going thru the self checkout an employee manning it proceeded to harass me pushing their in house credit card like an annoying used car salesman. Not cool in this day and age of COVID-19. Also saw quite a few customers in the store without masks despite signs at the door requiring customers wear them inside the store.

I was told where to find my heat tape and pipe insulation. It was on the very top shelf and the insulation was as hard to get
