Best coffee and customer service in the white mountains! Love this place. Definitely the place to get coffee and their redbull drinks!

I had the best iced chi add vanilla of my life here. And the best thing about it is you can get your favorite drink in a 32oz cup. The girls were nice. The coffee shop was clean. I just wish they delivered. I would order one everyday.

Okay folks, while the coffee is amazingly good... the real star of the show is their purified water! NEXT LEVEL! I am going to have to bump my 3 gallon container to a 5 gallon! So good!!!

Water fill station out front was finicky, but friendly employee came out to help. $2 for 5 gal. After filling our water jugs, we went through the drive thru for coffee! I tried the daily drink - Hazelnut Divinity Latte which was delicious! My husband got a regular coffee with cream and sugar & said it was pretty good. Employee was very friendly & prices were fair. Around $4 for my specialty drink and around $3 for his large coffee.

Always a fabulous experience. Coffee is well made, tastes fantastic and the service is friendly and fun.

Stopped in for some coffee given the reviews, happy we did. Ordered a couple of Lattes with extra espresso - Vanilla & Caramel. Was a little disappointed they did not have any donuts/breakfast type baked goods other than cookies out. The espresso was delicious. Friendly service and a warm welcoming vibe inside.I was a little taken aback that we are still in a pandemic and nobody here was doing the mask thing, social distancing or was there any hand sanitizer in sight but it is all good since I can navigate those things myself.

Where we refill our water bottles from. Best water on the mountain. People who run it can be kinda rude though. Sometimes they sell farm fresh eggs which are delicious!

Cutest spot and their cafe mocha was delicious! And they put a little chocolate covered bean on top of mine; loved the touch! I’m picky about my coffee spots cause I’m from the city but this is it, will be coming back next time.

First and foremost, great coffee. I had an iced latte, and it tasted great. Nice caramel quality, low bitterness. Perfect.The proprietor was working the counter when I visited. He is friendly, helpful and knows his locals. Listening to him converse with them was a bit of insight. Nice guy.He was just as cool to the tourist that needed caffiene.If you live here, love coffee and havent​ been, drop in.If you are passing through and love coffee, drop in.

Best filtered water on the mountain. I get a block of ice here and place it in my water cooler and it keeps going for the weekend.

The Pour Station has the greatest espresso drinks on the Mountain. The service is better than the best. The ladies remembers our drinks. They to check if we want our regular drink as they begin making them. No, we don’t go in every day but they remember All the same. Great crew, service, and drinks. How is that for service!!

Stopped by a few days ago in search of a chai tea. Both my girlfriend and I were impressed with how amazing our drinks turned out. We highly recommend checking out this small business that made me one of the best Chai teas Ive ever had! Very hard to choose between AZ Mountain Coffee and The Pour Station they both rock!!! Keep up the great work.

Reply to owner:Thank you for your reply. She was of short stature, green eyes( i believe) and brown hair. I was there between 9 and 10 am. There was only one other couple sitting down having coffee. While they had theirs in a nice ceramic cup&plate we had our bagel in a disposable plate. As the other couple left the coffee shop barista was very friendly and said her goodbye thanks for coming and shortly after we left we werent even acknowledged. As i stated, very unprofessional and unsure as to why we were treated like this.

An adorable and cozy place with fantastic drinks. Most coffee shop coffee is bitter, but everything I’ve had there has been smooth and delicious. They actually follow directions when I ask for less sugar or special drinks. Great customer service and as a bonus—free WiFi!

So far, we only go here to get water. Im glad they have such great water here. Its priced higher than we are used to though.The machine at Walmart is out of order or dirty half the time. And there isnt any other place to get water as far as I know.

This local Ma and Pa coffee house is soo awesome. The owners are welcoming and the staff is so friendly. They are also a water distributor and it is the best water I have tasted!! Their coffee is a special blend and is the perfect delicate balance of flavor..no need for specialty creamers!! The owners are wonderful assets to the community. Make this a stop for coffee 😉

Easy way to get fresh water. They provide everything. Towels and a cart and a clean work area. Plus they have good coffee drinks and friendly faces. My grandparents refuse to go anywhere but here.

Coffee was ok. The women behind the counter were rude and dismissive.I was there at around 2 to 2:30 this afternoon. I talked to one woman with long straight dark hair. I asked for a latte and the wi if password. She mumbled the password and took her time with the latte. After I got my latte, a blonde girl goes behind the counter, and they start talking. It wasn’t busy, but I felt like I’ve inconvenienced them somehow.There was nothing wrong with the cafe. The only solid advice I would give is have some snacks besides oatmeal. A brownie or a cookie would go great with coffee.

The change machine outside took my money and gave me no change, but the girl working fixed it right up and was charming and helpful. I used to get all my drinking water from them. I will continue to get my drinking water from them. $1.50 for 5 gallons at the outside dispenser. With it I can get my water any time of day. As my hours are odd this is perfect for me.

Wow! First time going there today and I cant believe how great their vanilla latte was! There wasnt a too overpowering taste of espresso or vanilla and it was beautifully frothed. Love this place will defiantly recommend it to any latte lovers.

The Pour Station offers all varieties of cold and hot coffee concoctions, from the normal coffee shop fare to daily celebrations such as International Chocolate Day and Happy National Peanut Butter Day, with inventive and delicious Drink of the Day such as a Peanut Butter Fudge Mocha. They also offer fresh donuts & pastries, breakfast burritos, and sandwiches from local culinary artisans. All of this along with free wi-fi and a comfy place to stay and visit a while. In addition to the Pour Station is White Mountain Purified Water. Best ice in town, and you can fill your water containers. This is a cant-miss place which has earned 5 stars on a consistent basis.

Been buying pure water for years...always clean & friendly...

It’s an ok place. For some reason it’s more expensive to purchase water inside, seems like it would be the other way around get people to come inside so they will make purchases. We went there and there was some training going on and the owner or manager who was doing the training was rude and arrogant and not treating his customer very nice. We went back another time and asked about a chemex or if they had a pour over and they had no idea what that was. A place that calls themselves a coffee shop and doesn’t know what a chemex is or have a pour over option is not a real coffee shop. I’ll not be going back.

Its the cheapest place in town to get water filled plus it tastes awesome no chemical taste. We started going only here no issues what so ever.

I love the coffee here, and go multiple times while I am in Pinetop. I order a vanilla latte every time I go to the Pour Station . They have amazing customer service, and they even give chocolate covered espresso bean with your coffee drink, which I think is a cute little bonus. I have bought their coffee beans to brew coffee at home,the coffee beans make amazing coffee at home. I just wish that I could order more coffee beans over the internet to be shipped to my house. I cant wait to go back to Pinetop and get more coffee at the Pour station and more beans, because they are my favorite coffee shop!

This is based on two different occasions. When I went to get coffee because they have it on the front of their store. Went inside and they said all we dont have any! Then I bought a water jug 5 gallon which game were the free fill of water. After I got it home I found that the water was full of some kind of particles. Needless to say with such a long drive of 35 miles one way I did not want to take it right back and waste the gas money to do so!

Mmmmm their coffee is de best. Dont go to Starbucks.

When you need bottled water. This is the place. I use it for my CPAP water humidifier. Give it a try, you might be surprised😄

Most Excellent Hot Chocolate and Chai Latte in Show Low. Service was sincere and superb, prices for the quality products were affordable, location and drive through were excellent. We will frequent this place in the future.

I arrived at about 3:05 PM, which is an hour prior to their closing time, for a simple cup of coffee. Unfortunately, they had already dumped the coffee and told me an Americano (espresso and water) is similar. The Americano was good too, but two things were frustrating about this: 1) the fact that a coffee shop didnt have coffee and 2) I was forced to pay more for a beverage that I didnt desire.
