I just went here. there were 2 girls working, I was the only person in line and I waited with no greeting or anything for that matter for at least 5 minutes (even tho they saw me) until I just walked away. These girls need to be a little more humble that they even have a job . Just wow

Meh. Im not a huge Starbucks coffee fan, but their merch is always pretty and they make good snacks

They are most friendly and the severe always seem to have a smile the establishment has access handicap wheel chair accessibility and rest room are wheelchair friendly to. This establishment is always clean and the coffee makers are very good about wearing and hanging there gloves

I love star bucks. I dont drink the actual coffee its to dark for me. But a salted Carmel mocha frap, or mocha cookie crumble.. and the refreshers are worth it. Its always a toss up on the customer service lately but tensions have been high.

This line was so long and the servers were not even caring about how long it took to make the drink. They sat there and talked when i was waiting for my drink.

Ordered the same thing I order EVERYDAY Trenta coldbrew sugar free vanilla heavy cream and three steviea. Not only did I have to ask the worker to take my order I was told I could not get a coldbrew in a Trenta size. I was not happy. I got my coffee to find out it was all cream!! Disgusting. You could not taste any coffee. Very unhappy!!! Look at the coffee all cream

I went in on Saturday, May 23rd to get a coffee for my wife and me. When it came time for me the order, the barista didnt acknowledge me or greet me. She just stared at me as if to say, What do you want? I ordered, and when my beverages were ready, my name was called, no thank you, nothing. No costumer service ethic at the Safeway Starbucks in Show Low. Youve lost my business. I choose where I spend my money, and Ill be going to Mudslingers from now on. Better coffee, friendlier faces.

The baristas are not very friendly each time I go there and I asked for a straw and told I wasn’t allowed to have a straw with the drink I had (green tea). They’re very slow and only have one person working most times. Very disappointing...

Today may 23rd I went in with 2 other girls and the lady had no idea how to make any of our drinks, I didnt get coffee I got a cup of milk with a splash of coffee and eye rolls, my girl friend ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and was asked what French vanilla was her drink was also not made right and asked for it to be fixed and was responded with more eye rolls. Horrible customer service . Will never be going back.

Don’t see the reason why we place mobile orders 10 minutes or more before we get to the facility and then when we get into the drive-through are told to have to pull around to the mobile order and Wait another 10 minutes. 20 minute wait for a cup of coffee, absolutely ridiculous

After the way the policeman in California was treated, I will never frequent a Starbucks again. I realize it didnt happen here, but, it isnt the first time and corporate should do something about the screening process.

Yesterday, stood in line for 30 minutes, they were very busy. We were patient when we finally got to the register tried to order decaf coffee at 330pm and the barista says we have no decaf, what a coffee house without decaf? Not sure if they were truly out or she didnt want to take the time to make it. Not at all apologetic for the long wait. Will not return to this location.

Great coffee shop. New store at this location. Quick service even at peak times. Can run out of non coffee items such as egg bites. Prices are the same as any other Starbucks. This is the only actual Starbucks store in the area, there are 2 Starbucks locations inside the local Safeway stores in Show Low and Pinetop. Updated interior which means theyve replaced the comfy lounge chairs with more functional seating. Laptop bar and cafe style tables as well as some chairs with the coffee table set up.

This location is great. Ive never has an issue with a poorly made drink or anything else. The baristas are always friendly and kind. It does get a bit busy at times, but they do their best to keep up.

This place is so much cleaner than the one on White mountain boulevard. The new stand-alone Starbucks at 421 N White mountain boulevard is disgustingly dirty. Where this one is nice and beautifully clean.

I probably will not come back. I got a medium hot chocolate, one of the easiest things to make, it was completely disgusting. It tasted like hot water and whipped cream. I also went to the new Starbucks by the chase bank.

Long wait. For being one of the only Starbucks in this area they should have more than two people on staff during happy hour. Frappuccino needed more ice. Nice cashier though.

Quaint little Starbucks nestled snuggly in the front of the Safeway store. Nice sitting areas consisting of a motley of tables. I enjoyed the delectable grande caramel brulee, and found it to be rather palatable. Service was fast and appropriate for the transpired interaction. Recommended.

This Starbucks has had the worse service in the past year. Whether there are 1-3 people working, you will wait in line for at least 15 minutes when there is only 2 people in front of you. Being in a town where theres only 2 Starbucks 15 minutes apart, I think it should be important for the workers to fast and act nice to their customers.

Very convenient Starbucks in the Safeway store. They had a nice selection of mugs and coffees you could purchase along with great coffees and a friendly staff.

Horrible. This place is always out of stock of something. I swear, I used to go here everyday. First it was straws, then it was lids, then it was frappe mix, then it was espresso, then it was frappe mix again, then its decaf. Its ridiculous. Cant wait till we get the REAL Starbucks store coming in! Not the greatest customer service either, some are nice, but most of the older ladies are just flat out mean and hate their jobs. Oh and they SUCK at making espresso frappes and caramel macchiatos. The espresso tastes old, stale and bitter, just like the employees.

Ok, fine. Google keeps telling me I visited here because I pass it daily. Truth to tell, I roast all of my own coffee by hand, and no coffee shop can compete with that! If Im out and about and need a cup, Starbucks is one of my first choices, and I guess thats saying something. But I will only drink the plain black coffee. These fru-fru drinks they sell are just plain scary! Anyone who makes a single cup of coffee that contains 600-900 calories is doing the public absolutely zero favors! Obesity and diabetes are things that coffee should improve, not encourage.

Personally I love the Baristas they are super kind and they will keep a conversation with you honestly I recommend going here not just for the great casual conversation but they also have Wi-Fi there for free of course and not to mention they also have a great coffee like they make that coffee right in front of you and they make it perfectly I recommend just going there just to hang out even just to sit down and casually chat with one another

The lady working was very nice, professional and had a great personality. If the few minutes wait at your local Starbucks is the worst thing about your day I would say your life is pretty good. Spoiled rotten people who have no clue about real world issues. Lol. Im sure the people starving to death in 3rd world countries feel for you having to wait 10 or 15 minutes. It isnt the employees fault that there is only a few people or one on staff....and even in large city starbucks with 15 employees I still have to wait. Oh the horror. Lololol.

I Have been coming to this Starbucks for about 6 months now. First 5 have been the reason i keep coming back. I love the Starbucks culture. I loved the hey Robert are we going to do the usual? I loved the small talk and genuine caring about new stories of how my family is doing and what the baritsa just did on vacation. I couldnt have asked for a better way to start my morning being surrounded by happy people that enjoyed being there. Those experiences are why i kept going back.... Unfortunately that has changed. The only reason I go back is 1) when i see a familiar face or 2) because my pregnant fiance craves something from the menu.. I understand having a bad day, everyone has them. But again and again i dont understand it. Maybe the girls dont like working with each other? I have actually went out and bought a coffee pot and just stay home to avoid the atmosphere at Starbucks. That is no longer how i want to start my mornings out. One thing Starbucks is known for is the amazing culture that is consistent throughout all locations. The only reason I would spend 5 bucks per coffee i get is because i enjoyed going there every morning. I am sure Im not the only one that feels this way about what is going on there.Im not looking for a handout or anything of that nature. Just giving a friendly heads up from a retail manager in the local area. I know how important it is to treat customers, especially in a small town.Last but not least i want to give a huge shout out to Erika. She made my starbucks experience top notch. She was one that made me love coming to Starbucks. Extremely fast friendly, but it wasnt just to me. There could be a huge line and she would handle it by herself!! She acknowledge and treated everyone the same. I bet if she read this she would remember exactly who I am. She is the only reason i didnt give a 1 star. Thank you Erika.

This is the worst place I have ever gone to. The lady when we first got there turned around to do dishes instead of taking our order. Both of the ladies were rude. Over all this was the worst customer service I have ever had. And then after getting the manager, he said he will fix it, they still took 15 min to make our drinks the worst place ever stay away
