I have had nothing but positive interaction with American One. The mgr. Cheryl is a kick in the pants to deal with. It is a very refreshing experience to deal with a business that has a lite and cheerful atmosphere.I am new to this area, when I have a question or need information about the area, I turn to Cheryl. She is always willing to help and advise where to go for a multitude of services.A great business and a plus to the mountain.

THEY DONT MAKE COPIES! I was returning items & had a 3-page letter & invoice. I wanted copies since the originals needed to go inside package but I wanted proof of what was sent due to previous trouble w/the company. I was willing to pay for the copies. I understand how much itd cost for personnel & machines to do large &/or regular, everyday copy jobs; but, if most of their customers are businesses who make copies at their offices b4 bringing in packages to mail, what harm would there be letting regular folks, w/out other ways to make a couple copies, do so. They could probably charge $1/pg to deter those who dont really need copies. Plus, it could garner goodwill & return business. The woman working was professional & nice; if shes an employee, I understand she was just doing her job.

I had several packages sent here for their mail receiving service. Apparently you are supposed to list your phone number on the shipping address so they can call you when your items arrive. This is not stated on their website and both women working at the front desk were extremely rude to me about it. To make matters worse they had not processed one of my packages when I arrived and asked me to come back later and pay a second time to pick up the remaining package. Horrendous customer service.

This USED to be a wonderful place where you felt like family coming in to check your mail, and get your packages, but now, this is a terrible place with nothing but bad feelings. I have heard people in the parking lot complaining, upset, and wanting to leave but cannot get a refund. I no longer want to be anywhere near there, but am also trapped by my contract for the year. The new onsite employee is the most ill mannered woman, making a person feel sadness and anger at just having to be there, and now for the worst part!! ........ She is actually with-holding our packages for at least an extra day, when we have paid to receive them, with tracking; proving the package had been sitting there with no attention from the woman working there. That is a federal offense, last I heard. The moment I can afford it, I will moving my address elsewhere, so I can trust that I will actually receive my mail in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. The one star in this review, should actually have a minus sign in front of it, as it is in the negative.

Great pricing on PO boxes, RV/Boat/Mini storage. Staff is professional and friendly. Wish they actually had cameras in the mini storage areas instead of an empty camera housing.

Clerk was very nice and patient as I did not know what the heck I was doing. Easy to find lots of parking.

Received a note in my mailbox asking me to check my mail daily and check for packages because they were short on room for holiday packages. I thought I was paying for a service? I travel and am not able to check my mail every day. That is what I am paying them for. If not I would have my mail delivered by the USPS. They do not have a problem delivering mail during the holidays. My suggestion to America One Mail is to make room for the packages they agreed to accept.

The ladies in this shop are always grumpy and unfriendly. Poor attitude, threatening, EXTREMELY RUDE! They wait on people that they are familiar with that come in after you do. when you complain they look at you with a weird strange look on their face and ignore you and turn away. BEWARE! ....stay away from America One mini storage AND FED EX /UPS/USPS RETAILER. If I could give them less than 1 *I most certainly would!
